Let’s face it, being ill is certainly not something that we would ever consciously will upon ourselves – or is it? A growing body of scientific evidence compiled from emerging fields of intuitive and behavioral medicine suggests that virtually every illness that affects the physical body from AIDS to aches; heartache to headaches or cancer to the common cold may have some sort of psychological roots. As a matter of fact, many of these studies indicate that at least 90% of all illnesses are either significantly impacted by our thoughts, emotions, attitudes and beliefs or are created as a result of them. But how can this be? If we think about illness and how it affects the quality of our lives, why would we allow ourselves to hold on to thoughts and emotions that are, indeed, undermining the health and well-being of our physical body? The answer to this question is three-fold: 1. Up until now, we have not fully understood the connection between thoughts and emotions and the significant role they play in the formation of illness, and specifically their impact on the immune system. If we were to look back in history to the physicians and metaphysicians of the past, we would be reminded of an old adage that they would adhere to in approaching the healing of illness “as a person thinketh, so shall they be.” These wise ancient healers understood that illness did not just happen to us, but rather it happened because of us, meaning that it was the quality of a person’s thoughts and emotions that affected bodily functioning and that ultimately would lead to the breakdown of the physical body. They knew that the mind and the body imitate and imprint each other and that what affects one affects the other. University Medical Center professor of psychiatry, Donna Renshaw couldn’t agree more as she maintains that “thoughts and emotions have to be expressed somehow, somewhere, and if they are repeatedly suppressed, and there is conflict about controlling them, then they often show themselves through physical ailments of the body.” Her research and that of Psychoneuroimmunolo gists who study the link between thoughts and emotions and their impact on the immune system, shows strong evidence that the susceptibility to illness increases when these psychological factors are present; the inability to express feelings and emotional needs, feelings that are not valued; social isolation and rejection, uncontrollable stress, the lack of resources, failed expectations, loneliness, feelings of helplessness, victimization, unresolved issues, mixed messages from those we love, and the presence of strong negative emotions such as fear, anger, resentment, cynicism, worry, grief, guilt and despair. Take a moment and think about what it is like to be ill. How does it make you feel? Does it feel restrictive and confining? Does it make you frustrated or angry? Do you find that it serves a purpose because it gives you the permission needed to justify slowing down from the hectic pace of your life? Does being ill elicit the nurturing and attention from other people you emotionally crave and need? When ill does your perception of the world shrink so much that all you can see is your life through the condition of your physical body? Do you attach to the illness in a way that it becomes your identity? For example. Do you refer to it as “my cancer,” “my cholesterol problem” or “my heart disease”? How you answered these questions reveals the kind of relationship that you might develop with an illness should one occur. Your answers also reveal the psychological roots, meaning the hidden thoughts and emotions that could ultimately increase your susceptibility to illnesses and to specific types of illness. In order to better understand the connection between thoughts and emotions and illness, here are several examples of some of the more common illnesses and their psychological roots. However, it is important to remember that these descriptions are general in nature and are not intended to be interpreted as psychological or medical diagnoses. If you have any of these illnesses or display the psychological patterns associated with the illness, it is recommended that you seek the services of a medical or psychological professional or a holistic practitioner who is trained in their treatment. Autoimmune Disorders – Autoimmune disorders are caused when the mechanisms of the immune system become imbalanced and the immune system reacts to normal body tissues as though it was allergic to them, thus making the body allergic to itself. At the root cause of any autoimmune disorder whether it is chronic fatigue, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia or AIDS there tends to be the psychological pattern of unrealistic self-expectations and self-directed anger – the kind of anger that causes a person to be allergic to themselves and to turn against themselves much like illnesses that cause the immune system to turn against itself. The people who tend to have the highest susceptibility to these kinds of disorders are those who are immobilized by self-doubt, who never seem to find the personal satisfaction and gratification they seek and crave, who feel like they never fit in conventional social structures, who have a fear of failure, who do not trust, and who are relentless in their self-criticism. Depression – Depression usually occurs when there is a disruption in the normal life balance, a loss, conflict or trauma, and rather than being a single illness or condition, it is believed to be the result of group of mood disorders that strike with varying intensity. The medical cause of depression is difficult to pinpoint, however if looked at psychologically, there are specific predictable thoughts and emotions. Some of the most common psychological factors include feelings of hopelessness, disappointment and despair, perceptions that life has let them down, other people have let them down, and feelings that they are not emotionally supported by those they love. They display the behavior of victimization stemming from the belief that they do not have control over their life or what happens to them or the choices they have. They feel that life is against them and that being alive is not all that it is cracked up to be. Diabetes – Diabetes is reaching epidemic proportions as more and more people are feeling the sweetness of life is slipping away and that the burdens of life are overriding their ability to enjoy it. When life loses its sweetness, there is a tendency to look to other things to feed the deep sorrow and loss we are feeling. Food in many cases fills that need. Yet, the foods that we crave to psychologically give us what we need are not necessarily those that support the health of the body. The psychological roots underlying diabetes are associated with the feelings of lack of love, lack of happiness, lack of joy, lack of abundance, lack of hope, and lack of the ability to find and enjoy the simple pleasures in life. People with diabetes tend to long for what was and express a deep dissatisfaction with life. Many times, they believe that they do not deserve to have their needs met, and see themselves as not being worthy of the pleasures that life offers. Deep within them there is suppressed grief and embitterment which colors their perception of life, thus causing them to feel inadequate and unworthy. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome – Once considered primarily caused by the general fatigue that comes from overworking, we now know that this syndrome is actually the result of an autoimmune system disorder – a disorder that interestingly affects more women than men. Perhaps, if we look the psychological roots underlying this disorder, we can better understand why this is the case. The most common underlying cause associated with chronic fatigue syndrome is the frustration that comes from never having the time to do what is important. People with this syndrome suffer from what Dr. Stephen Covey calls the “urgency addiction,” meaning being driven by the need to do what is urgent rather than doing what is important. People with CFS consistently express that before their illness they felt that their lives were out of control, their calendars were over scheduled, they experienced emotional numbness, and they seemed to run from one thing to another, never having the time to slow down and enjoy life. They complained of people draining them of energy, always taking and never giving back. They did not have the time to do what they loved, rather spent their time tending to the needs and wants of other people. They suffer from what I call the NO Syndrome, meaning the inability to say no. People suffering from this illness seem to have difficulty delegating tasks and responsibilities, and believe that if they do not do things personally, they will not be done right. Heart Disease – If ever there was an illness where personality plays an important role its creation, it would be heart disease. The people who are most prone to heart disease are those who display Type A behavior. They are the people who live with constant and prolonged stress; who seem to struggle for all that they have; who are angry, resentful, hostile, cynical, argumentative, and who display aggressive, controlling behavior. This disease stems from the perception that life is hard and difficult, and that achieving one’s goals is a fight and an uphill battle. When asked about their life, people with heart disease express a deep sadness and emptiness inside. They feel that life has passed them by and they harbor resentment for having to carry the responsibility of providing for other people. Many express feelings of being taken advantage of, feeling insecure, and having the fear of losing what they have worked so hard to accumulate. They tend to be skeptical and do not trust people, and in many cases don’t even trust themselves. People who have suffered a heart attack never complain of having to little to do, but instead complain about having too much to do. We are now learning that heart disease also represents a heart that is not filled with self-love, and consequently, becomes broken because it is unable to find the love it needs, craves, and yearns for through the love of others. What we are learning about illness is that it tells the story of our lives and that those stories ultimately become our biology. We are learning that if a person believes that their illness is serving a purpose, feels that it is fulfilling a deep emotional need, owns it by personalizing and identifying with it, they become their illness. However, we are also learning that it is not all thoughts and emotions that contribute to the formation of illness, only those that are negative and that are self-directed. Only those that cause us to engage in self-destructive behavior and that lead us to create the false perception that we are less than who we really are. If we think of the stories of our lives as being a video tape that is constantly replaying itself over-and-over again through our experiences, it becomes easier to understand how those stories affect the health of the body. Here is an example of how those stories manifest themselves in the body: But what about the person who eats right and exercises regularly and who seems to have everything going for them, and then suddenly dies of a heart attack at a very young age? All medicine can attribute it to is a family history of heart disease. Yet, looking at heart disease from a psychological perspective we uncover a very different story. Such is the case of Toby who died of a massive heart attack at age 45. Digging deeper, we find that Toby had always been an over- achiever and was continually suffering from unrealistic expectations of himself. He was dogmatic and relentless in his need to control both his environment and his family. He would work long hours to escape the demands of home and had a wife that he believed was never happy. Time seemed to be his worst enemy because he never could catch up with all that he had to do or never had enough time do what he wanted to do. Talking to his wife, she said that he always seemed to be angry deep down inside about something; people’s inability to follow through on their commitments, people’s inability to meet deadlines, people who refused to take responsibility for their actions, his employees who consistently took advantage of his good nature and who were always letting him down, his boss who would criticize and never praise, the government for high taxes, the cellular phone company for their bad service, and even the car dealer for not fixing the problems that he so clearly explained to them. When we really got down to it, while Toby appeared to have it all, he never was happy with himself or what he accomplished. He always wanted more, pushed for more, and looked to others to give him the love he needed rather than learning to love himself and showing himself the same appreciation that he showed others. Change your thoughts – change your life. While we have most likely heard this over used cliché many times, it could very well be the answer to healing what ails us. When approaching the healing of the body, there are many techniques available that directly address the issues of the physical body. These techniques include changing diet, adding exercise, stopping smoking, minimizing the consumption of alcohol, using relaxation techniques, and getting more rest. However, if we are to truly heal, then we must begin with changing the thoughts, emotional reactions, and patterns of behavior that are responsible for the formation of the illness in the first place. Here are just a few suggestions to help get you started. Develop an awareness of your own needs. This doesn’t have to be a complicated time consuming analysis. You can start on a small scale such as recognizing that you need a few minutes of quiet time when getting home from work before plunging into the demands of the family, or that you need to be able to spend time with your friends without feeling guilty or worrying about how others feel. Discover your inner guide and learn to listen to it. This inner guide is not your conscious mind, it is your intuition. How do you tell the difference? Your conscious mind is the one that nags you and that berates you for not doing something or for not doing it right. It creates anxiety and stress. Your intuition is the voice of your soul and it offers alternative solutions to old problems, it creates the awareness that there are thoughts and emotions that are not serving you well. It creates excitement and stimulates the need for change. If you are used to listening just to the rhetoric and demands of your conscious mind, this one make take some practice and concentration. However, the benefits for doing so are many. Reframe your feelings about emotions. Emotions serve as a barometer to let you know how strongly you feel about something and how much you are feeling compromised. When you experience anger, it is trying to tell you that whatever is causing it needs to change, and change now because it is putting you in an unhealthy situation. Anger reveals the extent of the personal compromise you are experiencing and it is telling you that your personal boundaries have been crossed. When you find yourself feeling angry, find ways to express it that are not destructive to you or to the other person. Learn how to work through it without compounding it with other emotions such as guilt, worry, or resentment. And, most importantly, set some healthy boundaries and let other people know when they have crossed them. Eavesdrop on your self-talk. Pay attention to how you talk to yourself. When you hear yourself saying things that you would not say to your worst enemy – stop. Negative self-talk creates false perceptions about who you are and what you are capable of accomplishing. It creates mental barriers that support the replaying of old tapes and that keep you caught in self-destructive behavioral patterns. Develop a gratitude attitude toward yourself and learn to sing your own praises. The “End” of the Mayan calendar, Solar Flares and Earth Changes We have now celebrated the Cosmic Convergence and there is less than one night and one day before the fulfillment of the evolutionary plan for all of creation (or at least the attainment of the top level). As predicted the Ninth wave of this plan, which is coming to a close together with the other waves of the Mayan calendar on October 28, 2011, has brought a tremendous frequency increase to the world. This has been experienced on a personal level by many, but it has also been easily visible in the spread of political and economical chaos in large parts of the world. The current instability is evident not only in what is actually happening, but also in the constant shifts in how events or developments are perceived and reported. Greece, for instance, is one day said to be bankrupt, another fully afloat with the help of the troika, and the next day it is again said to be bankrupt. One day the Ghaddafi regime has fallen and another it is again fighting only to have fallen the next day again. In this world of uncertain interpretation of news alternative media on the Internet have gone in to try to fill the gap sometimes speaking with total certainty about impending catastrophes. There, one day the comet Elenin is said to create earthquakes and to set an end to the world, the next it does not exist and then it is back again (or was it planet X?). Anything, no matter how crazy or farfetched, can today find an attentive audience on YouTube and be presented as if it was serious information. To the instability of the world has thus been added information chaos and it is a common feeling among many that they do not know who or what to believe anymore. The mental framework within which people have understood the world is eroding and this, as much as the actual course of events, is a sign of our times. Some reject the meaningfulness of mental understanding altogether. This erosion prepares the ground for a new opening and radical shift in our ways of thinking and relating and attests to the fact that much of the world has been shaken off its previous balance by the Ninth wave. Underlying all of this we may find a somewhat nervous expectation of something unknown and dramatic that is to happen. It is not surprising that in the minds of many people this expectation has been largely negative. After all, the development of the Ninth wave has been essentially predictable according to Revelation 16, where it is the seven days that bring the most destruction to the old structures of the world. Thus, progress along the old routes has step by step been blocked and the experience of a dead end to our current civilization has spread widely with little to yet show in terms of alternatives. The novelties that have been generated by the Ninth wave have thus in the world at large been few and far in between. While many may have had inner awakenings of oneness the external manifestations of these have been very marginal. The economic downturn has displayed some surprising elements such as the expressed desire of a choir of super rich to be taxed more heavily and the possibility that China will buy debt from Italy or other Euro countries to keep them afloat. I however find it hard to believe that any of this would actually happen and the feeling one gets is that the rulers are running out of tricks. Despite the dead end, it can however probably be said that life in much of the world still appears much like business as usual. Thus, no occurrence has yet been powerful enough to precipitate the collapse that many are expecting or fearing and it now seems that this will not happen until in the seventh day of the Ninth wave, October 11-28. If so, the end of the calendar may become a very marked discontinuity. What we are witnessing is thus not another recession, but the end of the world capitalist system and the protests in the US against “Wall Street” may be an indication as good as any of this. One however gets the impression that as long as the old system survives there is no real opening to create a new world to replace it. To do so would be too much in conflict with the legality of the current dualist power structure and only after some kind of full collapse has occurred would people in general be compelled and inspired to create a new way of living and relating in the realms of politics and economics. To prevent such a new world from being born we can also be certain that when the collapse comes this will be presented by the powers that be as nothing but a temporary downturn. Such an illusion may then come to dominate many who lack the perspective of the Mayan calendar of an evolution towards unity consciousness and this also highlights the risk of believing those that say the calendar ends on December 21, 2012, which is something that will play right into the hands of those that want to resurrect the old system. In addition to the deepened political and economical chaos the Ninth wave has also brought a marked intensification of many types of natural disasters sometimes in places they have never been seen before. This has generated an immense interest in all such phenomena and a genre of catastrophe fascination has emerged on the Internet where some are spewing out information of natural disasters without providing any context or explanation to why they may be happening now. Such events would include solar flares, comets, earthquakes, floods, heat waves and extreme winds, many of which have increased in the Ninth wave. Some of these natural disasters that have been intensifying (floods, heat and cold waves, fires, extreme winds) are partly caused by human effects on the climate, but the same cannot be said about the seismic phenomena that are outside of our control to cause or manipulate. This is even more the case for so called Earth Changes generating altered coastlines etc that were initially predicted by Edgar Cayce as coming, but erroneously predicted to occur in the years 1958-98. Given the great interest in such today it is relevant to ask if they to some extent could be part of the cosmic plan and thus be predictable from the Mayan calendar. In The Mayan Calendar and the Transformation of Consciousness (2004) I wrote: “At least some minor earth changes may thus result from the high frequency change in consciousness that the cosmos is now undergoing. But the reversal of cause and effect to generate a doomsday view where such earth changes are presented as the very purpose of this particular phase of creation is untenable. Any possible physical effects should be seen only as by products of changes in the consciousness field […]” and I still consider this statement as valid and important. Since the high frequency change in the Ninth wave is operating at several levels of the universe simultaneously, such as cosmic, galactic, solar, planetary and human, we would expect to see it manifested at all of these. While it may be hard to study its manifestation on the cosmic or galactic levels it seems possible to do so on the level of the sun, which increasingly is receiving attention for its flares. Are these flares, the largest of which within the Ninth wave have been summarized below, then related to the Mayan calendar?
This is a complex question that would require data accumulated over large periods of time to be analyzed that is essentially missing. Yet, it is noteworthy in the list above that there was a large solar flare at the beginning of the Ninth wave on March 9 as well as those at the beginnings of the fifth and sixth days. Hypothetically there might then exist a link between these flares and the Ninth wave of the Mayan calendar. Even though an intensification of solar activity is expected as part of any regular solar cycle, what is unexpected in the current one is that this activity seems to have been delayed for several years and is made evident only now in apparent synchrony with the Ninth wave. If this is true an intensification of solar flares would be expected towards the end of the Ninth wave in its the seventh day beginning October 11. When it comes to seismic activity on our own planet, the link to the Mayan calendar is more clear as I have discussed in The Purposeful Universe. Thus, the continental drift is caused by pulses from the planetary tree of life in the Mammalian Underworld and this drift (also called Plate Tectonics) is the cause of all earthquakes and volcanic eruptions on our planet. Since the calendar is now about to come to an end we may thus also ask if the continental structure of the Earth, the global brain, will now be completed and if this will affect the stability of the Earth’s crust. If it does then maybe, the increased seismic activity in recent times derives from the fact that the inner core of the Earth, is now being fine-tuned for the transmission of the new unity consciousness from the Cosmic Tree of Life. Such a fine tuning may however from the perspective of us who live on its surface be experienced as particularly “fine” and could in fact have quite dramatic consequences. Regardless it is important to see that these are part of a purposeful plan. This is the only reasonable explanation I have heard for why there would be an intensification of seismic activity at this particular time, an intensification which was certainly evident at the seeding of the Ninth wave through the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. If there is an increased seismic activity at the current time it would in other words be because the calendar is coming to an end. While this is speculative I will on my part chose to be at a seismically solid place as the calendar approaches its end. As this most likely is my last communication before the Mayan calendar comes to an end on October 28, 2011, it may now also be in its place to discuss somewhat what this “end” may mean and of course is a question that has been discussed for some time. My basic answer would be that the universe attains its highest quantum state and creates a new stage for life (at the top of the nine-storied pyramid). It is thus a common misunderstanding that a “new” cycle will begin after the calendar comes to an end. This is a misunderstanding because what is coming to an end is not a cycle to begin with, but nine linear directed evolutionary waves. The only aspect of the prophetic Mayan calendar system that may be described as cyclical is the 260 day tzolkin and this is the only cycle that will come to an end. Yet, even if this cycle is important as a matrix of the energies of creation and personal resonance with day signs, it plays no role in driving the large scale evolution of the universe or its evolution of consciousness. With this in mind I see three possible alternatives that may follow after the universe has attained its highest state: The first, and most dramatic alternative, is that all waves – as well as the tzolkin cycle – come to an end. This would likely mean an abrupt end to all future energetic regulation of our lives and actions and a sort of freedom shock. Life would be lived fully moment by moment by moment and each moment would be an eternity that would not be organically linked to other moments. The second alternative, which I am currently leaning towards, is that the waves end, after having accomplished their evolutionary purposes, but the tzolkin continues to provide some energetic background variation. This would still mean living moment by moment without any waves directing our evolution, but a daily variation of tzolkin energies could prevent us from experiencing life as completely timeless. The third alternative is that not only the tzolkin, but also the nine creation waves (Underworlds) continue indefinitely and the total of peaks and valleys not limited to thirteen. This would still mean that we would no longer be subordinated to directed processes going from seed to mature fruit, but it would not mean that life would be like an eternal now. Rather, all the waves that are currently driving our evolution would continue after the attainment of unity consciousness, but really without any end. The latter view seems to have been held in the site of Palenque in ancient times, since calendrical dates deep into the future are mentioned there even if the dates in question cannot be considered as prophetic. I feel at this point it is not possible to tell with certainty which one of the three alternatives that will play out after the calendar comes to an end, but either one would amount to a fundamental discontinuity and a significant, if not total, transformation of our experience of life. Either one of them would mean the end to directed evolution and the freedom to just be. Maybe it is because they hear this call from the “future” that, despite the concurrent presence of some negative omens at the current time, I find a noticeable group of people who at this very time are coming home to themselves and are truly beginning to appreciate life exactly the way it is. Yes, we have been allowed to guide you and advance your understanding, but the final choice has been yours as the creators of your own evolution. Coming up to date, you are experiencing the result of your own desires and intentions where you have given away your authority to others. It is your creation and why you will see it through to the end. As ever, the only exception is where the Higher Beings who oversee it, act for the Creator and allow intervention. Since the dark Ones should have conceded their power over you some time ago, it has now reached a point where it will be taken away from them. Even the dark Ones have to obey some rules and cannot run riot as they wish. The over-riding factor in this cycle has been the Creator’s decree that it will be completed with Ascension. Therefore, it has been supported by the Galactic Federation and other bodies of Light, with the promise that it would be concluded as intended. There was not going to be a repeat of the last catastrophe when the Atlantean’s destroyed Atlantis some 10,000 years ago. Your history is another area that requires much correction, as again it bears little resemblance to the truth. Each country has written it according to how they would like it to be remembered. Naturally, they write their annals about the glory of war, and hide their atrocities and crimes against conquered people. Greed and power have accompanied most campaigns, and wars have been deliberately started for that purpose. The whole scenario is one that reflects the actions of those who have lost touch with their godself. That was not unexpected, as once you dropped down into the lower vibrations you forgot who you really were. To err is not considered as much a sin as failing to learn from them. To ensure that you did not remain trapped in the 3rd. dimension, a plan was conceived that would see a gradual influx of souls that could still rise above such a low vibration. The result has been that for over a hundred years the Light has been re-established on Earth. Now you have powerful grids that encircle it from which you can draw the Light to yourselves. We are pleased to say that having helped supply the impetus for growth over thousands of years, it is gratifying for us to at last see such wonderful results. It means that regardless of what you see in the outer world, everything is going according to plan. Ascension is assured, and before very long the positive proof will be before you. Dramatic times lay ahead, but all point towards the end of the cycle and your opportunity to leave duality in its present form. Wherever you progress to, you will still carry the responsibility for your actions. However, in the higher vibrations of the dimensions you are moving into, you have a level of consciousness that does not carry dark thoughts or allow such actions. You have all come to Earth to increase your spiritual understanding, and overcome the challenge of the lower vibrations by returning to the Light. God is All Love and has never deserted or condemned a single soul, but instead surrounded them in the Love and Light that will lift them up. You will find that as the souls of Light put themselves in places of authority, the dark Ones will try to block them, but to no avail. Alexander Higgins, who has been keeping us abreast with developments relating to the Wall Street protests says it’s Game On, as union leadership is now getting heavily involved in Occupy Wall Street: The plot thickens as more unions pledge support to the Occupy Wall Street movement and a collective group with 1 million members expected to march against the machine. As I previously reported, unions are coming out in full force to support the Occupy Wall Street protests. We received news that the 200,000 member strong Transportation Workers Union would be joining the protests. The Teamsters Union endorsed the protests. Rumors of Verizon workers joining the protests. A scathing endorsement was issued by the Industrial Workers Union … has also endorsed the Occupy Wall Street protests. Then news that several more unions had committed to or were contemplating joining the protests, while two the unions scheduled solidarity marches. Now TPM reports even more unions are joining up to protest against Wall Street and the movement is set to grow rapidly. The article also comes along with the news that a collective of 8 groups, with over 1 million members will be joining the Occupy Wall Street movement to show solidarity and march against the machine. … The other eight organizations expected to join in the October 5 rally, based on its Facebook page, are United NY, Strong Economy for All Coalition, Working Families Party, VOCAL-NY, Community Voices Heard, Alliance for Quality Education, New York Communities for Change, Coalition for the Homeless, which have a collective membership of over 1 million. Third party libertarian types have never mixed very well with unions, but perhaps Americans will be able to unite behind a single cause rather than be manipulated into conflict by mainstream talking pieces at the behest of political operatives. We’re not holding our breath, but this is a good start. As we suggested in American Powder Keg: New Black Panther Chairman Declares “The Hour of War Is At Hand” much of America is disgusted in the direction we’re headed, evidenced by the 81% of Americans who say they are not satisfied with the governance of the country. We’re all in this together: The majority of America is not happy and they’ve lost hope, because regardless of what group you identify with, what color you are or what way you lean politically, you’re losing jobs, falling behind on essential bills, having difficulty putting food on the table and are constantly being accosted by government on all levels. The challenge is not so much getting people motivated – because you can be assured that as this crisis deepens, millions will have no choice but to head to the streets for the reasons outlined above. The problem we face is that we are dealing with politicians and business leaders who have no other motive than power and money, and they will do anything and everything necessary in order to deflect blame. Thus, they’ll need a scapegoat(s), as we suggested previously: When the riots start – and they will – the core motivators for individuals who hit the streets will be similar. Where the difference will arise is who each person or group will blame. Those elites in the upper echelons of our command and control apparatus thrive on hate, confusion and panic, and they will use our own ignorance against us. When we discuss the coming civil disobedience and unrest in America, we may find ourselves visualizing protests where the people join together to oust a tyrannical government. Be forewarned. This is not the most likely outcome – at least not at the outset. With so many different ideologies in this country, every one of us interprets the problems and directs blame a different way. These differences will be used against us; they’ll be used to turn us against each other. As has been the case throughout history, and most certainly in recent protests and riots around the world, the powers that be will likely utilize agent Provocateurs to wreck havoc in an attempt to discredit the message of the people. Because of the differing backgrounds and world views at any given rally (especially one like Occupy Wall Street), it wouldn’t take much to create conflicts and clashes. Many of those who will be out in force on October 5th and at the many coming assemblies, rallies, and riots that we’ll see in America’s future will be myrmidons taking orders from their respective political, union or organization leaders. Thus, these engagements will not come without risk. There is always the danger that people will be misguided, misinformed, and misdirected, eventually turning on themselves. It’s great that Americans are taking to the streets to effect real change. One million people is a big number, despite the media feigning ignorance to the fact the Wall Street protests are even happening. This is how it starts. It is our hope that the people carry through with the original intent of the movement and focus their energy on the problem – unregulated greed and corruption on Wall Street and within the halls of Congress – rather than each other. I had a very interesting energetic experience of awareness in September. Greetings dear ones. We come again to wish you a happy ascension process. Even though it does not always seem an occasion for rejoicing, it actually is. You are beginning to differentiate between the dark and the light. Mankind is starting discern that which is old and finished and this discernment is manifesting in the world as a dissatisfaction with the status quo. Many are taking a stand on issues that before now they would not of even thought of as needing change. It is because those who always believed everything they were told, are now experiencing the higher frequency energies which are allowing them to feel the difference between that which is true and that which is false. You are becoming more sensitive to energy and Light. The veil is thinning, and is causing dissatisfaction with so much that you previously took for granted. You see dear ones, the old (duality and separation) is not based in Divine law and truth, it simply reflects your venture into the experience of separation in order to remember who you were while within this energy of separation. This is why the school of earth is so difficult and why graduation from the earth school is such an achievement. You are doing it! You are awakening in spite of appearances which means that you are hearing and following your inner guidance. By this we do not mean the many wonderful channels giving you information at this time. We mean your inner guidance, that part of you that is the spark of the Divine, that part of you that is the manifestation of Source Consciousness and embodies all that is. You are starting to trust and allow this completeness to manifest in your life as what you need–information, money, food, whatever. Source is within you and it is your awareness of this truth (your attained state of consciousness) that determines how much of this truth you manifest in the outer.
We say to you all that you are doing a fine job of this ascension but it is vital for you to stay centered and focused. That is, not to believe yourselves to be three dimensional beings occasionally coming into the higher, but to see yourselves always as Higher dimensional beings having to occasionally be in the lower. You see, most are still doing it in the old and beginner way; that is, reserving truth for special occasions and those times of meditation and quiet. Try now to live, move, and have your being in truth at all times for you are ready. Many continue to work from the belief that they are still beginners, but you are no longer beginners. It is not meant that you stay forever in books, classes, and groups that tell you how to be and what you must do. Many still feel that if they read a book, go to a class, or discuss truth with the like minded, that they are very evolved. Truth must be lived, you are able now to get your guidance from within; the Within that is Divine Consciousness– omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent. You! Once you know the Kingdom is within, you must not continue to look outside of yourselves or you create a bigger gap.
Over lifetimes you have played the third dimensional game of hide and seek and have learned who and what you are– the game is over should you choose. If you choose ascension, you must live ascension. This does not mean living out from a state of consciousness not yet attained, for that in itself is very “human”, however, it does mean knowing the truth at all times in spite of appearances, and then taking whatever human footsteps may be necessary at the time. It means sitting in the midst of chaos knowing; “God alone is power”. Then proceeding to do what needs to be done.
Through experience, mankind has become comfortable with third dimensional games and finds them hard to give it up. Much that you have come to accept as life and much that you enjoy, is dissolving before your very eyes, but know that anything real cannot dissolve. It is only the concept of it that dissolves, whereas the reality behind it will again appear on higher and better levels. We give you the example of relationships. Many relationships are breaking apart as the result of energy changes. In order for a relationship to work, there must be a resonating of the energy between those involved. This is true for all relationships and not just romantic ones. When an individual evolves and thus moves to a new level of light resonance but the other in the relationship has not moved, you see they no longer resonate with the same frequency. This is happening within many marriages right now because one partner is still in the old energy of; “I am half of a couple, I need you to give me the masculine or feminine aspect that I don’t have, and together we are whole.” At the same time, the other partner is realizing that he or she is a whole and complete and embodies both aspects already. You see what this will do to a marriage or partner relationship–each are viewing the situation from different states of consciousness.
The new and higher sense of relationship is based in an awareness of self-completeness. That is; “I choose to share my completeness with you but I do not need you in order to be complete.
All things are going to change, but everything real and imbued with truth, will simply manifest on a higher level.
Those protesting all over the world, are experiencing urges flowing from a deeper sense of truth and connection with their reality even though most do not understand this yet. Divine Freedom-(a law)- is coming alive within them and they are expressing this in a way that makes sense to them, by protesting.
Stop looking so much to others for your answers. Let them help you; the books, the channels, the informational sources, but always allow the final word rest in how it resonates within you. You have all that is real within your Divine self, it is only the dream that has made you believe that you were separate from it. Practice going within for everything , and as you do, you will gain spiritual strength. You are awakening from the dream. You are finished with the games of living behind a veil of forgetfulness in order to see if you can find God in the darkness.
You have done it, now accept, embrace, and live out from that which you are, always have been and always will be.

Close your eyes My Beloveds and if you will permit this Messenger to so gently place The Creator’s shawl gift around your shoulders. As the shawl is placed ethereally around you, feel The Creator’s hug. It is just a warm gentle hug by the ONE that has known you since you were birthed into Creation.
Feel the warmth of the Amazing Grace shawl around you. Sense the golden Divine Grace ebbing into your Essence, just allow and accept this beautiful gift.
The Creator is the ONE that knows your highest aspirations, your deepest fears, your darkest moments, and your highest of joys. This is the same Creator that birthed you into Creation and has watched over you throughout each of your lifetimes along with those times in between when you are not in form.
My Beloveds you deserve all good things. In times of grave change and uncertainty rely on your own Inner Wisdom and Higher Self to help you connect to your SOURCE. My Divine Beings of Light your eyes are brimming with tears from frustration and chaos. These are the moments in NOW when going within to pray is of utmost importance for your own mental and emotional health. Share all that is within your heart with your SOURCE, Your Creator.
One of your main missions here within this Earth Plane within these moments of NOW is to be simply an observer. You stood in line to be here to witness the very things that are occurring because you wanted those experiences for your higher evolution. You wanted to be of service to help raise the frequency levels of the Earth Plane to the highest vibrations possible.
My Beloveds, the scenes are not pretty and as the darkness emerges to be transmuted back into pure light remember always that you volunteered to help this evolution move forward. Personal integrity, greed, honesty, and on and on the list could go of betrayals to the Light that you are. Each betrayal will surface and be brought into view so that it can be recognized and re-qualified back into pure light and love.
At times it may appear as all is in darkness, but that is only a very close human surface interpretation. Go within meditation and ask to see the Larger Picture unfolding. Within the Higher Planes the true picture unreels. It shows the rejoicing that all will eventually be transformed back into its pristine brilliance, one step at a time. This dark condition is temporal and transient.
The biggest challenge that most of you face is simply believing the human view. Remember that you are not human beings having a spiritual experience. You are Spiritual Beings having a human experience.
You are here My Beautiful Beings Of Light to witness the transformation of negative back into pure light. When a door opens into a totally darkened room it begins to illuminate all within the room, leaving no space for the shadows to manifest.
Those that are not on their Spiritual Path may find themselves uncomfortable and in pain until they bring their vibrations up higher so that they may tune into their own Higher Guidance Within.
My Beloveds your part is very important within these moments of NOW. You are being asked to work to shed all the levels that no longer serve your highest good. In this way your vibrations will continually escalate as you work to clear the debris within your own energy fields.
In this way you will be able to walk into a room or an area and instantly raise the vibration of everyone in that room or area. This is part of what you are being called to do, My Beloveds. You are the Light Workers that are the Beacons of Light. You are constantly receiving light from the Divine and transmitting that Light back out into the Earth Plane.
Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey.
Arrange yourself in seated position or lie down so that you are comfortable. Keep your legs and arms from crossing if at all possible, as this blocks the flow of energy. Cover yourself with a light blanket if you chill easily. We want you comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within yourself through meditation.
Close your eyes and take a comfortable deep breath, then comfortably exhale as hard as is possible. With each in breath, you are breathing in love and renewal. With each out breath, you are breathing out fear, frustration and doubt. Take another comfortable deep breath in and comfortably exhale just letting all the stress go. Take another comfortable deep breath in and then just exhaling letting it all go with a sigh as you are breathing out all frustrations of the day.
Feel your body relaxing from the top of your head down to your toes. Give yourself permission to feel the calm and peace. Your muscles are feeling loose and limp, so relaxed, so deliciously serene, so wonderfully lazy.
Direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate. If it helps you to visualize your ego self by identifying it as a symbol or as an object please do so.
In your imagination ask through prayer for The Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by praying mentally something like this “My Creator I AM asking for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. I am protecting myself My Creator from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. I am thanking you in advance My Creator for assisting me by sending this Ray. I am visualizing the ray in my imagination now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. It is entering into my physical form, permeating all that is within my I AM presence.”
The Creator has responded to your prayer and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray and Two Golden Fluid Rays for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel; permeating throughout all of your etheric energy fields & physical vessel and into all corners of the actual area that you are meditating in. The rays then are exiting through your Crown Chakra. The Rays then are returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop. These protective therapeutic rays are in a continuous circular motion while you are in meditation.
You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission.

Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator. Listen to The Creator’s spiritual heart beat and feel the unconditional love that courses through you each time you think about this moment.
Breathe in deeply allowing and seeing within your spiritual imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they join you now. The Angels take your etheric essence hands and guide you out of your physical body. The Angels then direct you into your Etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel has been stationed to stay with your physical essence until you return from your meditation journey.
You are seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination, Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are with you now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within”. You have located the Golden Door and now you turn the etheric spiritual door knob, opening the door as you cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a spiritual growth adventure.
You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Your Angels whisk you down the hall to the first door on your left. The door label reads “To Your Crystal Palace”. You open the door and cross over the threshold. That door has led you to your helipad. You see in the distance a large mountain. High on the tallest peak of the mountain you see a constant brilliance sparkling in the Sun. The Angels tell you that that is your very own Crystal Palace.
Your Angels relay to you that today you will be taking your helicopter to that location. You hear a motor in the distance and glance up just in time to see the Angels directing your helicopter to land on the spot in the center of the heliport.
The pilot Angel hops out and welcomes you and directs you to your seat in the helicopter. You are now seated and buckled up and away the Angel pilot goes. In no time you are landing on top of the mountain at your helipad within your Garden of Serenity.
Waiting for your arrival is your friend Colby, a golden peacock. Colby opens the helicopter door with some help from the Angels and greets you to your very own Garden of Serenity. Colby re-introduces himself and reminds you that this is your Garden of Serenity and to make it as beautiful as you can in your imagination.
Colby then begins to walk you down the path chatting continuously until you arrive at the golden doors of your very own Crystal Palace. Notice your name on the golden door in front of you and on the two column to your right and left you will notice the names that you have held throughout all of your lifetimes. You will also find the name that you were gifted with when you were birthed into Creation. Some of your names may appear in other languages, some might be in symbols, some might be in light, some might be in tone. Have a look and see if you can recognize any of the names. Please do not worry if you don’t recognize any but the current name you presently hold within this incarnation. This information will re-appear when the moment is right for you to remember.
You open the golden door and step into the entry corridor. You notice all the colored dots on the floor created by the light refracting through the crystal spires atop your palace. Each color has a special feel and message for you if you are ready to receive it. Take a moment and acquaint yourself with the colored dots. The colored dots all have wonderful senses of humor and will make you laugh.
You have now visited with each of the dots that has drawn your attention. You notice that the corridor has an entrance off to your left. You turn to your left and find yourself in a large circular grand room. You will notice that there are doors all along the perimeters of this circle and then there are also halls and other corridors leading off of this one Central Main Grand Room. Your Angels tell you that each time you come to your Crystal Palace you will notice more and more corridors and doors. You are always under construction.
The door that is closest to you and the beginning of the circle is labeled “The Creator” and you see blazes of light emanating all around the door. Then you see a door labeled “Your Angels”, “Your Spirit Guides” and on and on you go around the room. You realize that each room has a specific purpose.
Your gaze now reaches a room that has a large glass window and it appears to be all steamy inside. Your Angels tell you that this is where you will be going today and direct you down the walkway towards this room.
You open the door and see that this room has a pool inside and the water is crystal blue with vapors coming off of it that are rainbow colored. The Angels tell you to take off your shoes and roll up your pants and wade into the pool.
You do as the Angels suggest. You take your shoes off and roll up your trousers then you place your foot into the water. The water temperature is perfect not to hot or to cold. You wade out a ways and find the water is the same depth in all parts of the pool. You look up and see a glowing being also in the pool now walking towards you. You sense that you know this being. Your Angels smile and tell you that this is your very own Archangel. This is the Archangel that named you at your birth into Creation. In the background you hear a song that you are trying to place just where have you heard this before. Your Archangel smiles and tells you that this is your very own song and it was played for you on your day of creation. Then the Archangel calls you by the name that you were given at your creation.
The Archangel has reached you in the center of the pool. In the Archangel’s hand is your shawl of Divine Amazing Grace. The Archangel softly enfolds you in the shawl. You instantly feel The Creator’s love and Amazing Divine Grace permeating every part of your Essence. The Archangel asks you to close your eyes.
You close your eyes and see the fluid gold in your mind’s eye circulating throughout your body. Then your Archangel tells you to picture the Earth Plane as a small blue and green ball that is gently nestled in the palms of your two outstretched hands. You see the Earth ball there and notice a rather dark haze around it.
Your Archangel asks you to now go up a level in vibration by releasing something that no longer serves your Highest Good . When you have accomplished that and handed it to your Angels to be transmuted you look around then notice that you are now part of a vast group of Essences that are all holding hands forming a grid of Divine Amazing Grace around the entire Planet Earth.
Your Archangel relays that this is part of your mission now to daily go into meditation and connect with all the like-minded Light Workers and daily beam Divine Amazing Grace to everything that is and makes up the Earth Plane of existence. The Amazing Grace will permeate every particle and part of the Earth Plane within and without. See this Grace your Archangel tells you as the highest Divine transferable energy that you can ever use. It is more potent than even unconditional love.
Divine Grace will never violate anyone’s free will choice but will simply be accepted, used and welcomed to assist all to ascend in vibrations to the highest levels possible. Using this daily in meditation and connecting ethereally with all likeminded Light Workers will enable the Earth Plane to be cascaded with Amazing Grace to uplift the darkness you now see.
Your Archangel tells you that little by little each day you will begin to see progress. You are now a conduit for Divine Amazing Grace. Accept the gift and help raise the frequency levels of all within the Earth Plane with the help of all that are working with this project.
You thank your Archangel and give them a hug. They tell you that they are always with you and all you need to do to connect is call their name. Tears of love and remembrance roll down your cheeks.
Your Archangel tell you for now it is time to return to the Earth Plane to begin your work. You accept the mission and you see your Archangel begin to fade back into the background of the room.
You feel energized and wonderful and remember your very own Archangel and your place in Eternity. That remembrance brings a smile and such joy. It helps you to remember you are part of a much larger picture than Planet Earth.
You turn and walk back to the side of the pool you get out and realize that you are not even wet. You laugh and think that is so fun.
Your Angels then help lead you back out of the room and back into the Grand Circular Room, then back to the entry corridor. You say goodbye to your colored dot friends and go out the door. There is Colby waiting on you and he walks you back to your helipad.
You thank Colby for being your friend and tell him that you will be back soon. Your Angels help you into the helicopter and help you buckle up. Away you go back to where your journey started. You land at your beginning helipad and deplane.
Your Angels take you back through the door and back down the corridor.
You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor.
You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your spiritual Essence back into your physical form.
Take a deep breath to help you reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily spiritual guidance.
Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.
