INTRODUCTION

Mankind is awakening to the light of their own spirituality, as they do so, the facets of Divine Thought sparkle and reflect knowledge from many vibrations of spirit energy.

As one embraces the wonderful and colourful philosophy of spiritualism one senses the beauty and profound wisdom of its illumination, its reality, and the very essence of Divine truth that shines through the Cosmic Light of existence.

This A-Z has been compiled to offer an awareness and understanding of the terminology of spiritualism. As one awakens and expands one’s consciousness, one may wish to use the philosophy from the Light of spirit as stepping stones to the reality that life and its potential is limitless and without boundaries. Spiritualism is to help one’s soul grow and expand in the understanding and intellect of one’s present dimension, and to be open to the knowledge of other worlds and dimensions of existence.

There is no death.

The Spirit is made up of an infinite number of wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations, each mirrored by the Celestial Light of Divine Thought.

Although it would appear on the surface that the aim of spiritualism and its philosophy is to offer evidence of the continuity of the soul, one’s consciousness, it is very clear that there is a deeper purpose and truth to the teachings of spiritualism. An important message lies within its endless pages of knowledge. That message is the wonderful revelation that mankind, the human race, every soul on earth, is of a celestial and angelic emanation, every soul is a heavenly soul and every soul has a divine meaning and purpose for being on the earth at this moment in time. In the eternal mosaic of life, there is an order to what may appear as chaos through one’s consciousness and its perception.

No one is ever alone. Every breath, every heart beat, and every teardrop is in order with and, calculated by, the Light of Divine Thought. The Light reflects the opportunity for every soul to realise their celestial potential here on earth. It is the spirit, through the constant flow of evolution that has ensured that the progress of the human soul shall continuously gather the knowledge it relies upon to understand and relate to the environment of any incarnation that, it may exist in.

This A-Z may be deemed to be somewhat diverse, even challenging to the present conventional wisdom of Spiritualism, yet it seeks to inspire the freedom of Thought of all souls, with hope and compassion, with upliftment tenderness love and support. The information in this book is one soul’s perception of Thought. Please be flexible and dissect, absorb, or dispel any of the following in accordance with your own perception.

One day, all language shall dissolve into the pure energy of Divine Thought but for now, this A-Z Index of Spiritualism is a gentle introduction to the present convergence of Spirit, Spiritualism and Spirituality.

ACCEPTANCE

The acceptance of oneself as a whole is an important and positive starting point for ones spiritual progress.

All the many facets of ones consciousness are the foundations of ones spirituality. One is encouraged in the acceptance that one is a Divine Soul and that; all other people are Divine Souls also.

A ‘quickening’ to life is now occurring. Many if not all the people in the world are experiencing it in different forms. The acceptance that this is happening to one-self and the fact that mankind is also merging and altering to a philosophical intellect of spirituality is helpful to oneself.

Spiritual Guides accept everyone for who they are. They do not judge or criticize other souls. This form of acceptance is profoundly respectful.

The more one accepts who one is the more one gracefully accepts others for who they are.

In the moment of the here and now, there is a wonderful feeling in accepting that life is as it is.

ACOUSTICS

All energy vibrates therefore it has an acoustic resonance to it. Acoustics vibrate the sound of someone or something.

As Spiritual Beings there is a resonance to our beings this is also an acoustic resonance.

The acoustics of a room or environment are an important aspect when sitting for spiritual communication.

AKASHIC

The Akashic is a dimension of Thought that contains and holds ALL of the information and knowledge of ALL the souls of mankind FROM THE PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE. Referred to in general terms as the Akashic Records.

It also holds the knowledge of any world, dimension, or plane of existence which, the soul has experienced.

It is possible that any soul who wishes to receive information from the dimensions of the Akashic Records may do so by the means of meditation and spiritual guidance.

ALIGNMENT

Alignment is the aligning of the energies of one’s Body, Spirit and Soul as a whole.

An alignment of energies assists oneself with the ascension of one’s consciousness.

Achieved in the physical, one’s mental, emotional and spiritual energies are to give balance and harmony to oneself and also to assist in the channelling of finer energies from the dimensions of pure Thought.

The purpose of an alignment is to achieve a heightened state of awareness, to attune with the purest and finest of universal and cosmic wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations. By doing so, the knowledge and philosophy of the Divine Thought from these multidimensional wavelengths of cosmic consciousness can be conveyed and channelled for the spiritual evolution of the earth plane and its vibrations of intellect and understanding.

By aligning one’s energies of the Body, Spirit and Soul with the energies of the earth and cosmos, and, by connecting and opening oneself up to the Thought vibrations of these energies, a variety of spiritual experiences can take place, such as, Heavenly Awakenings, Visions and Soul Expansions.

The chackras and their energies are always utilised in the process of an alignment.

If one wishes to channel cosmic energies, one is wise to associate one’s energies with an alignment.

All the aspects of an individuals spiritual development, be it mediumship, healing, meditation or simply the well being of oneself, are greatly enhanced by the alignment of ones energies. And also, the light of spirituality within oneself is able to shine through.

ALTRUISM

Selflessness. The care, compassion and consideration of others.

ANALYSIS OF BEING

A judgement process of ones life.

It is a Spiritual opportunity by one’s own conscience, in accordance with Pure Thought, for self-judgement.

An Analysis of Being is a divine dissection and dissemination of ones life up until this present moment.

Past and present, thoughts, words and the actions of oneself are viewed, fully sensed and judged by an individual in accordance with the energy of God.

An Analysis of Being is a healing process; it frees an individual of the chains and shackles of past Thought energy which they have allowed to be imposed upon themselves by personal or external influences.

There are many types of Analysis of Being and, all differ according to the vibration of Thought of each individual soul and its energy yet, always is it for the positive progress of one’s evolution. An Analysis of Being can be of immense revelation to the individual who undergoes such a process. It is an enlightening transformation in a thinking pattern of one’s consciousness.

An Analysis of Being is a process of chemical reaction brought about by a critical mass of one’s Thought energies. By the constant suppression and inaction of one’s Thoughts, a build up and then a reaction takes place within oneself. This reaction results in a critical mass which then refines one’s energies by transforming the old and stagnant vibrations of the Body, Spirit and Soul to new frequencies, so that the vibrations and frequencies of one’s consciousness expands and ascends from ignorant infant awareness into Spiritual maturity and intellectual understanding.

Thoughts that have been suppressed become unblocked and are released. Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, thoughts of freedom and creativity, passion and sorrow, grief and joy, truths that have been locked away in the distant regions of one’s sub-conscious mind reveal themselves and their respective energies. Some of the various vibrations that are sensed during an Analysis of Being can be, or may appear to be, of a dense and negative energy. In ignorance, some of the analysis can be painful to experience, especially if an individual in the past has inflicted hurt and pain upon others. Some of the feeling of this pain must be experienced and passed through by one-self in order to clear ones conscience and be able to move forward. This is the God energy within oneself passing judgement upon oneself.

One could say that an Analysis of Being is a Spiritual awakening of ones soul. In some instances an Analysis of Being may be of such intensity that one may encounter a total transformation of oneself, where ones consciousness may enter into the realm of spirituality, Angels, Spiritual Guides and the pure knowing of the existence of God.

An Analysis of Being offers a profound understanding within oneself and the wonderful vision, of life, people, the universe and the cosmos, and the glorious truth

that everyone is a Celestial soul, emanating, pure and divine. Its revelation is God, and that God exists in every atom, particle or molecule of existence, every Thought of every consciousness is of God, and God is THE OMNIPOTENT THOUGHT ever conceived or imagined by anyone or anything, ever.

Analysis of Being’s are reflections of mankind’s infant state of being.

An Analysis of Being brings one out of the darkness into the Light.

An Analysis of Being is what it is to you.

ANGELS

Evolved Celestial Souls.

Angels are emanations of consciousness. They are souls of Light whose knowledge has many vibrations of consciousness.

By their emanation of consciousness, Angels continuously convey the message of love, hope and peace to all the individuals of the world so that the spirituality of all souls may progress and evolve with the Light.

Angels guide all souls, by the ordination of the Divine Thought.

Angels exist within and upon many dimensions of existence.

Angels are illuminations of the Divine Light.

APPARITION

An Apparition is the appearance of a discarnate soul, revealing itself in part or in full by the use of spirit energy.

There are specific reasons and purposes for an apparition to occur. One is to bring comfort and upliftment to a bereaved person; another is to offer evidence of a soul’s survival to a loved one who is still here on the earth plane. An apparition may occur merely to attract an individual’s attention for the purpose of communication; it could be a loved one who has passed or a Spiritual Guide.

Some people experience apparitions of angels especially in times of great need.

An apparition can be a very moving spiritual experience for anyone who is fortunate enough to experience such an event.

APPORT

The materialization of a physical object.

An apport is produced by, the manipulation and transference of the sub-atomic particles of matter of a particular material object by discarnate souls on the finer vibrations of spirit dimensions, into the physical earth dimension.

Apports can occur anywhere but are often associated and produced in a physical phenomena circle.

Apports, which are most common, are flowers, stones, pebbles, feathers, coins and items of jewellery.

ASCENSION

Raising or lifting up to a finer vibration of spirit energy. An Ascension usually referred to as a spiritual ascension of one’s consciousness or Thoughts.

Ascension of consciousness helps one’s mind be removed from the burden of the dense physical energies of solid matter and sheds Light in the understanding of the spiritual dimensions of this and other worlds.

Spiritually, all people who wish and seek to attune with the souls on the higher spiritual realms should always endeavour to raise their vibration of conscious Thought and ascend as inspired by their guardian angels. Protection, intuition and common sense must always be determined and used by the conscience of one’s own soul.

An ascended soul has the spiritual capacity to channel energies of Light into this physical dimension and world.

Intuition, protection and common sense must always be determined and used by the conscience of ones own soul if one wishes to ascend ones mind.

ASTRAL

Wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of Thought energy.

The Astral holds all Thoughts of the souls of humanity, both incarnate and discarnate.

The Astral is said to be the dream reality of life.

ASTRAL BODIES

Astral bodies are formations of Thought energy within and around the physical body. They are associated with and determined by, an individual’s multidimensional consciousness.

Collectively there is one overall astral body to each soul but, it is made up of many other bodies.

One’s consciousness thinks in many altered states of awareness, these various Thought vibrations are separated by their gravity and attune with other Thoughts of the same vibration, they then form into 7 individual astral bodies each associated with a wavelength, frequency and vibration of the electromagnetic spectrum.

Although there are at least 7 astral body’s, the energy of them merges and unifies into one overall and collective astral body.

Thought is a living energy, therefore, the purer and more loving one’s Thoughts are, the clearer and finer these particular astral bodies can be, but the lower and more negative one’s Thoughts are, the more dense that part of an astral body may be. Whatever the vibration of one’s Thoughts, they are within and around oneself and the Light of one’s soul.

In simplicity, one’s multidimensional astral bodies are determined by the positive and negative Thoughts of oneself.

Part of the spiritual journey of oneself and humanity as a whole is to gain the knowledge, awareness and understanding of all the bodies so that one may achieve, individually and collectively, the complete enlightenment of one’s soul.

It is wise to remember that all Thoughts, feelings, words and actions are held around one’s soul until the energy of them has been transformed to a refined and purer frequency of Thought energy this is a process of eternal progress of ones soul. To assist in the clearing of these energies one may utilise the energies of the chackras by the process of meditation and channelling, this offers oneself a greater freedom for soul expansion and spiritual enlightenment.

ASTRAL PLANES

The astral planes are planes of existence. Each plane is made up of and denotes a particular wavelength, frequency or vibration Thought energy, the purer the Thought the finer the plane of existence.

There is a general acceptance that there are 7 initial astral planes. Mankind and the earth are said to exist upon or within the 3rd astral plane. There are 4 purer, finer and lighter astral planes beyond this 3rd dimensional earth plane and 2 that are slower and denser.

Each of the astral planes is associated with a particular wavelength of the electromagnetic spectrum therefore giving it a specific emanation of colour.

Spiritual Guides and inspirers are of the 4 higher planes of the astral.

Angelic guides are from the Light of spirit that is beyond the astral planes.

The astral plane that each soul exists upon is governed and determined by the gravity of Thought of one’s own soul, whether the soul is incarnate or discarnate.

The clearer one’s conscience is, the Lighter one’s soul, and the Lighter one’s soul, the purer the astral plane that soul will exist upon or attune with.

When a medium refers to a spirit from the spirit world they are in fact referring to a discarnate soul who is on one of the frequencies or vibrations of the astral planes of existence. All mediums should ascertain to communicate with the souls from the finer vibrations of the astral planes.

It is true to say that souls from the lower planes of the astral who are in pain are often tempted to make their presence known as they seek to be guided into the healing rays of purer spirit vibrations, so that their pain may be alleviated.

It is fitting that one should be aware of the energy that is around a soul from the lower vibrations of the astral realms and that this energy can be of a negative influence. In the attempt to ascertain the notice and acknowledgement of a medium or a spiritually progressing soul on the earth plane, the energy around the soul from the lower realms, can, inadvertently, impede the clarity of the Light of a medium or individuals aura.

When developing one’s spiritual gifts, it is wise that one is vigilant yet compassionate when one is consciously aware of the souls on the lower vibrations of the astral planes whose suffering and affliction may be immense.

One should always seek to be inspired, and trust in the Light of the higher astral planes that emanate from the wavelengths and vibrations of pure and Divine Thought.

The higher astral planes are made up of vibrations of love and harmonious Thought energy. The souls who exist upon those planes are no longer burdened by earthly worries or stressful conditions such as those that may cause illnesses. And, because of the Light of the energy on those realms is purer than the energies around this world, hurtful and disturbing everyday Thoughts that we are accustomed to cannot exist on the higher astral planes. Only loving and compassionate Thought energy may manifest itself. This is why, when a discarnate soul from the finer vibrations of the astral planes comes back to visit our world, their Thoughts are always of goodness and kindness. They seek only to inspire positive Thoughts at all times.

As oneself expands through the wavelengths of the astral planes, each wave or vibration of existence becomes finer and lighter. The Thought energy becomes purer and, it is true to say that the existence of the souls on the finer astral planes is one of great joy and happiness because of this.

With this in mind could one really wish that someone whom we have loved does not move on and progress into this wonderful light, knowing that when they do come back to visit us they bring this light with them.

An endless cycle of inspiration of Divine Thought is occurring at this very moment. All souls are a part of it.

Spiritual Guides are guided by the guides from each astral plane or vibration, so too are the guides of guides guided by their guides who in turn are guided by their Spiritual Guides. This is the merging and continuity of wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of the astral planes and beyond.

ASTRAL TRAVEL

The projection of a part of one’s soul.

Astral Travel is when the mind or a part of ones consciousness travels through the various wavelengths, frequencies, dimensions and realities of the astral planes.

Astral Travel often occurs during sleep state when the physical body is brought to a still and is relaxing and resting from the stresses and tensions of the daily world. It can also be achieved through meditation and predominantly; it is used by awakened souls, channels, mediums, healers and psychics.

There is a link between astral travelling and Out of Body Experiences, (OBE’s); both represent an altered state of consciousness and attunement with 4th dimensional realities. When one is experiencing astral travelling the guidance and presence of a Spiritual Guide is recommended, and one is advised to allow one’s conscience and positive Thought to guide oneself at all times.

During astral travel, to interfere, manipulate, or influence any other soul in a negative manner is not of Light. In accordance with the Divine Thought, the energy which one projects externally, one experiences in return. Astral Travel is a wonderful spiritual experience.

Note:

In the very near future one shall have no need to travel outside of one’s physical body. The earth’s atmosphere shall emanate the energy of pure Thought with such gentle intensity that the substance of matter that makes up one’s physical body shall become refined and subtle. By the use of electricity, gravity, magnetism and the energy of one’s ascended consciousness, the physical body shall be able to, not only travel by the use of levitation, but also, and with the greatest of simplicity of one’s Thoughts, transfer one’s energies and dematerialise to another location,

AURA

The Aura is the complete and total emanation of all the energies of oneself as a Celestial Being.

The Aura is a collective mass of one’s conscious, sub-conscious and soul conscious Thoughts.

The Aura consists of the 7 basic wavelengths and colours of the electromagnetic spectrum, yet, in a multidimensional concept of reality, the aura consists of millions, if not billions of wavelengths, frequencies, and vibrations of colours. Collectively as a whole, one can say that the auric field has one overall colour, and resonates at a particular frequency, note or chord.

All energies in a multidimensional manner of body, spirit and soul make up one’s aura. All Thoughts, deeds and words of any wavelength, frequency or vibration, that oneself has experienced, is experiencing, or is yet destined to experience, makes up a persons aura.

Past, present and future lives, on this or any other plane, sphere, dimension or reality of existence, are of and within the conscious perception of an individual’s aura.

Much of the knowledge and understanding of the aura lies within and upon the sub-atomic and particle world of physics. As one’s soul expansion occurs and spiritual unfoldment progresses, mankind’s consciousness will open up to the science of these dimensions of the spirit energy of divine and cosmic Thought.

One is responsible for one’s own aura, its energy of emanation, its Light, its knowledge, its understanding and its clarity, on all wavelengths and dimensions of cosmic reality.

When spiritually opening and developing one’s consciousness, one is always encouraged to maintain the purity of Divine Thought within one’s aura.  It is important to one’s development that one’s aura be kept clear and free of any negative energies which have not been transformed or utilised and to maintain that one’s aura is free of such negative influences as best possible.

Stillness helps all the energies of one’s aura to be in balance and in harmony.

Through a time of stillness a respectful spiritual emanation is at the fore and the influence of one’s own aura upon someone else’s is kept to the minimum.

Any situation, event or occurrence, physically, mentally emotionally or spiritually, that one may find themselves in, has been fed to them from the consciousness of the aura, with the purpose of soul growth and expansion.

The auric formation mathematically calculates the energy of one’s environment and

reflects those calculations through to one’s conscious mind, so that the soul may achieve its present destiny.

The aura is the fingerprint of one’s soul, from which, one may be recognised by discarnate souls, Celestial and Cosmic Beings.

AWAKENING

An Awakening is the spiritual unfoldment of one’s soul energy to the Light of further knowledge and understanding of the Divine Thought, existence and life as a whole.

An awakening is an opening up, and expansion of an individual’s consciousness, intellect, sense of reason and perception to new wavelengths and frequencies of finer Thought energy and to the many dimensions of the universe and cosmos.  Awakenings take place on many levels and are occurring constantly in the infinite present of the moment.

Some people experience gentle awakenings of their consciousness and intellect, while others experience more intense and more profound awakenings.

An awakening inspires and encourages the spirituality and positive progress of one’s soul; it magnetises oneself to the Light of truth within and around them. It also encourages one to remove oneself from ignorant and stagnant energies and vibrations which oneself may be holding onto within and around themselves, their soul, and their aura.

An awakening enhances and refines one’s sensitivity to the vibrations and frequencies of the environment that one exists within, making a person more sensitive and more respectful to the present state of being of themselves and others.

When an awakening takes place by the expansion of Thought, the Light of one’s soul is more illumined and shines brighter.

An awakening is a pre-ordained event, in order with the Celestial Light and Divine Thought.

AWARENESS

Awareness is consciousness itself.

Awareness is the ability of perception to perceive. All souls have the potential to perceive all spiritual realms, with the ability to be aware of oneself, the environment, spirit energy and discarnate souls on all wavelengths and in any dimension.

Awareness offers the sense of understanding to the intelligence of the universe, it reveals one’s self-potential as a Celestial Being, and it offers the reflection of all truths from the depths within oneself, ones characteristics and facets of personality on all levels of being, to the world at large.

Spiritual beings who guide the souls upon the earth plane will always encourage the expansion of one’s awareness in a spiritual capacity, so that the awareness of humanity as a whole may also unfold into spiritual awareness.

Awareness is infinite and eternally unlimited; it is restricted only by oneself.

One is always responsible for the awareness of oneself.

Existence itself is awareness.

BALANCE

The harmony of all energies as far as one understands and perceives them to be.

As one develops one’s knowledge of spiritualism, one’s consciousness and its sense of balance is constantly altering, therefore it is important to be aware, that as new knowledge is received old knowledge is affected.

By the meditation and stillness, a relative balance can be achieved and maintained whilst the new knowledge and old knowledge harmonise.

Balance, in a manner of speaking, does not exist because life and all reality are in constant motion therefore, nothing is ever in balance. All things are constantly on the move.

The only instance at which a degree of relative balance can be achieved is during stillness. Even so, in stillness there is motion on a sub-atomic wavelength or frequency, this leaves us with the reality that any present balance, ‘just is’, and the closest one may get to balance is equilibrium, (the harmonising which takes place between any two individual energies.)

If there is any sense of imbalance to energies oneself on an individual level, the Light of one’s soul will inspire alignment of the imbalance to take place, either by the individuals themselves, or by the inspiration of Spiritual Guides.

Balance is dependent upon one’s own sense of consciousness in any given moment; therefore one must always go with one’s own sense of balance.

The energies of one’s Body, Spirit and Soul constantly re-align their sense of balance.

THE 7 BODIES

There are an initial 7 bodies to every human being and these 7 bodies are formations of energy which emanate, individually and collectively, from the many wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of the Thought energy of one’s soul, one’s consciousness.

Each formation or body of energy accumulates into a mass, of which, every individual is made up of as a Whole.

The 7 bodies can be utilised with the philosophy of Spirit, Spiritualism and Spirituality.

All mediumship, channelling, healing and psychometry are achieved through the use of the 7 bodies of energy.

Each body is made up of a specific substance, and it is possible that the substance of each body or formation is of matter; therefore the 7 bodies equal a particular wavelength, frequency and vibration of matter. Some of this energy can be detected and calculated in a 3^rd dimensional way, but most is of the 4^th dimension and beyond, and because there are 4 states of matter, i.e. solid, liquid, gas and plasma, the 7 bodies are a mixture of these states.

The 7 bodies are 7 force fields of energy.

Each line of force meets at a specific point within its mass, creating a vortex of energy, these energies are commonly known as the chackras.

The following graph shows an example of the 7 bodies and their possible relation to each other. Please be reminded that as an example they are only a general assessment of the 7 bodies and the accumulation of all their energies, and that you the reader may wish to interpret, accept, or alter the order of them according to the flexibility and simplicity of your own Thought.

Although these bodies are only initial states of Thought energy, there is a multiplication factor to them and one could say, like the astral bodies, there are 7 wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations to each individual body, therefore there are 7 bodies to each single body. For example; the spirit body, although shown in the graph at the infrared as a single body, is also of all the other wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of the electromagnetic spectrum. Such as ultraviolet and gamma which means there are 6 more bodies to it, each represented by a particular frequency The multiplication factor in this instance is then 7×7 which = 49 bodies or frequencies of energy to each individual soul (Minimum).

The number 7 is of such significance that life at the present time revolves and works with this number in a variety of ways. The emanations of the electromagnetic spectrum produce many multidimensional realities, and it is possible that the following are also a production of the wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of the electromagnetic spectrum:

This is only a small view of the number 7; it is always open to a multiplication factor.

Together, the 7 bodies reveal and reflect that the human race, is in fact, a Celestial Race, and that each soul is made up of many particles of Thought energy. As the individual soul recognises and works with the energy of their bodies, one is then opening up to, and moving with, the stream of life. And through the 7 bodies each individual can attune with many other dimensions of existence and, to the many wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of thought energy that flow simultaneously through those dimensions and planes of reality.

Every soul is attuned to other dimensions of existence and to the many wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of Thought energy, which flow simultaneously from these other planes of reality.

The gift of life is life itself, and all the colourful waves of Divine Thought that embraces and illuminates life.

The 7 bodies are a mass of energy that have been created by and rely upon the chemical process of life. They are a mass of Thought energy, and as such, are in need of constant care and attention, they are, through the Light of one’s soul, the doors to infinite knowledge.

The gift of life is life itself and all the colourful waves of Divine Thought that embraces and illuminates life.

The 7 bodies are the life illuminations of oneself.

BREATH

The breath is the emanating spirit of Divine Thought.

Everything that exists exists within the spirit, any plane, dimension or wavelength of reality is of the Divine breath of spirit.  Physically, in the earth dimension, it is understood and referred to as oxygen. Universally and on a cosmic scale, breath is spirit energy.

Discarnate souls exist in many and various dimensions and worlds; the breath of these worlds is spirit energy. It is the life force of reality. It is the spiritual essence in which the animation to life and all states of being is offered.

All elements of the cosmos exist within the energy of the Divine spirit.

All souls, whether they are incarnate or discarnate, all people, all Spiritual Guides, Angels and Celestial beings, exist within the spirit of the cosmos, by the ordination of Divine Thought.

Breathing techniques and, meditating to the rhythm of ones breathe assists with ones spiritual development.

There is a possibility, that every single breath that one has during this and any lifetime, is calculated with exact accuracy and precision so that one may achieve one’s destiny of any specific incarnation. This offers an inclination to the knowledge that everything in one’s life is meant to be, that mankind is allotted a specific number of breaths whilst within the physical body.

Every breath of the spirit that is breathed in upon this wave of the physical dimension is a Divine energy and is used in accordance with one’s conscience.

The gift of breath is the gift of spirit.

Celestial Beings are emanating souls who exist upon refined wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of cosmic Thought. They have, through the process of evolution, through many life spans, and through the learning of the Divine Thought, progressed and expanded their soul energy to the point of multidimensional spectral resonance that they are Pure Emanations.

CHACKRAS

Centres of energy within and around the physical body.

There are 7 principle chackras; each one is associated with a colour, wavelength and frequency of the electromagnetic spectrum. They are generally known and acknowledged within Buddhism as wheels. And, although in western culture or spiritual belief systems there are 7 principle chackras, the Buddhists believe that there are a minimum of ten wheels or chackras.

The chackras are vortices of energy, brought about by the crossing of electromagnetic wavelengths. They are also relative to the ether.

These vortices of energy act as transformers of all the cosmic, spiritual, physical and conscious energy of each individual.

Each one of the principle chackras is associated with a particular area of the physical body. For example: the throat chackra, represented by the colour blue on the electromagnetic spectrum and indicating emotions. When an individual is feeling emotional they very often get a lump in their throat, they are in fact sensing the build up of the energy of the throat chackra, the emotions in that part of their body. Another area is the solar plexus, when somebody has a gut feeling; they are sensing the energy of the chackra of the solar plexus. When one has heart palpitations one is sensing the energy of the heart chackra. These are 3 instances of the 7 principle chackras.

Once again because everything in the universe and cosmos is made up of Thought energy it is highly likely that there are millions if not billions of chackras. As the soul expands and grows in intellect these lines of energy become clearer and more fluid. This enables one’s soul to channel cosmic energies.

If a chackra is over used it will result in the draining and depletion of another chackra, this causes an imbalance of one’s alignment.

It appears that every individual is attuned with a specific chackra for a specific purpose of that soul.

The intellect of present consciousness upon the planet reflects that mankind is attuned with the vibration of a mind chackra. This offers the concept in the possibility that science and spirit are universally unified and that in the future the merging of these two energies will be of basic and fundamental acceptance, that all souls shall intuitively be aware of this knowledge.

The close proximity of Celestial Light and the continuing ascension of one’s consciousness, indicates that the present emphasis which is given to the chackras will no longer be. Refined intuition shall allow every individual soul the spontaneous awareness of any chackras presently known. Because all is of Divine Thought, so too, are the chackras in some way linked to the energy of Thought and consciousness, therefore the chackras are effected by the energy in the way one thinks.

The free-flowing of the energy of each and all chackras prevents stagnation and enhances spirituality of each individual soul, it also allows for the wonderful colours and vibrations of one’s aura to emanate and shine.

It is possible and it appears that there is a definite link between the 7 principle chackras and the 7 astral planes.

CHANGE

Change is constant.

CHANNEL-CHANNELLING

A channel is a soul who is open to spirit energies. A person who allows themselves to be used for the channelling of Divine Thought through the energy of spirit i.e. a medium, psychic, healer or a channeller of spiritual philosophy.

A channel is a soul who alters and ascends their consciousness through various wavelengths and vibrations of Light, and who conveys celestial ‘teachings’, with the purpose for expansion of one’s consciousness and to the souls with whom that knowledge is shared.

There is a possibility that because an individual soul has had different incarnations and gained different knowledge of the universe and Divine Thought, the channelled information and teachings which is brought forward into this physical dimension is from the awareness which has been gained previously by the soul who channels. However, it is also accepted that some channels communicate and receive Cosmic knowledge from Celestial souls which are not, and have not, previously been of the channels incarnations, but are of a separate consciousness and are from other dimensions, planes of existence and worlds.

The simplicity and purity of knowledge that a channel conveys to the world reflects the refined wavelength, frequency or dimension of consciousness from which that soul attunes with. It is the Light of truth that gives substance to any channelled energy of the Divine Thought.

All souls work with, and have the capacity to, refine themselves and their Light of consciousness and become channels of the Divine Thought, to work with, and embrace Angels and Celestial Beings.

If the body, spirit and soul are in relative harmony to each other, and the chackras and aura are also in relative harmony, then a soul may ascend and attune with the dimensions of Angels and Heaven.

One cannot express in words the wonderful energy that one may encounter when channelling the Heavenly Light of Pure Thought.

CLAIRAUDIENT

One who ‘hears’ discarnate souls from and within this physical dimension, brought about by the refined sensitivity of the hearing capacity of the clairaudient or channel, to physically ‘hear’ the Thought vibrations of discarnate souls.

CLAIRSENTIENT

One who ‘senses’ discarnate souls from and within this physical dimension, brought about by the refinement of one or more of the 5 initial senses of sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch. All channels and mediums relate to the aspect of clairsentience.

Common features of a Spiritual clairsentient are the abilities to ‘sense’ discarnate souls and conditions which a soul may have had before they passed to the finer dimensions of the spirit world, such as physical, emotional and psychological conditions.

A clairsentient has the ability to smell a favourite fragrance or scent of perfume, or a flower, and also is able to ‘sense’ the waves of energy within the aura of another soul and its conditions.

CLAIRVOYANT

One who ‘sees’ discarnate souls from and within, this physical dimension.

A clairvoyant has the ability to ‘see’ various forms of spirit energy, from discarnate souls and animals, to Angels of Light.

CLARITY

Clear thinking of one’s consciousness, helped by the expansion and ascension of one’s Thought vibrations.

The Clarity of Thought helps immensely in the understanding of life and its workings. During spiritual development and progress, it is wise that one always remains free from unnecessary internal or external influences that may hinder ones Clarity of thought. This can be achieved and gained through the ‘stillness’ of one’s consciousness.

Ignorance and stagnation are the pitfalls of clarity. The removal of stagnant Thought energy within one’s subconscious gives Clarity, to one’s consciousness. Balance and harmony will always offer clarity in any situation that is brought to the fore of one’s consciousness.

The cleansing of one’s aura and the energy of Thought that is within it helps the clarity of one’s soul.

Healing, and breathing the Light of spirit also offers clarity to the energies of one’s Body, Spirit and Soul. Before and after working as a channel in a Spiritual environment, it helps if one ensures that their energies are clear.

The clearer the channel, the Lighter one’s being can be. Ones progress is greatly enhanced; this will help maintain a degree of clarity.

The clarity of consciousness is a very important aspect to one’s soul expansion and Spiritual unfoldment, it allows and encourages oneself to be progressive, optimistic and compassionate.

CLEANSING

As the Spiritual development of one’s soul takes place, one may wish to be aware of the cleansing aspect that can help and assist a person during development.

The Body, spirit and soul need constant care and attention; this can be achieved by the cleansing of their energies.

The physical body is like a vehicle with all its parts, to operate and run smoothly, each part has to be checked and serviced regularly.

The best diet, whenever possible, is healthy, the right intake of fluid, exercise and general maintenance is helpful and beneficent. Swimming, walking and any form of physical fitness, even in a gentle and easy way are a help to the well being of a person.

Ones energies, such as those of one’s aura and ones energies in general, are in need of constant cleansing. More so, if an individual is “opened up” and working with other spirit energies, as in the form of psychometry, mediumship, healing and channelling, by being open to these type of energies, one is prone to taking on board, or being influenced by unused energies.

One of the most important factors of one’s Spiritual development is one’s clarity of Thought. The soul, as the consciousness of the individual, should be kept clear and free of unused or stagnant Thoughts.

Cleansing in all these areas can be achieved by the stillness of one’s consciousness; Stillness automatically sends waves of Light energy to the fore of one’s consciousness. This energy dispels with any energy that may need to be cleansed and cleared.

Another form of cleansing is to focus one’s Thought energy onto the area that is in need of cleansing and project the energy of Light to that particular spot. One may physically sweep one’s energies by moving one’s hands through one’s aura and visualising Light or a particular colour upon the hands as one sweeps through the aura.

One is responsible for the cleansing of one’s own energies and it is extremely important that one should always be aware of the influence that one’s energies may have upon another soul and their energies.

Cleansing is a very important aspect of one’s Spiritual development and is helpful, internally and externally when embraced as a daily discipline by oneself.

Cleansing of one’s energies can be very refreshing and uplifting, it helps oneself to harmonise with the inner vibrations of one’s soul and to merge and blend together with the higher vibrations of the spirit world and the Spiritual Beings who exist upon the higher and finer realms.

Meditating with colour also helps in the cleansing of one’s energies.

Any environment that is used for Spiritual purposes such as a room of one’s home that has been set aside for meditation; healing or Spiritual communication should be cleansed constantly.

During a Spiritual meeting, many different Thought vibrations may amass; some of which may remain inside the body of the church. These Thought energies range from emotional Thoughts that an individual may release during their visit to the church, to suppressed feelings of hurt, pain, sorrow and grief which an individual may have within their aura.

The Light that emanates within a Spiritualist church helps to clear and cleanse some of these Thought vibrations, but on many occasions these types of Thought energy, hinder, and will continue to hinder the smooth and fluid progress within a church or centre unless they are cleansed. Furthermore and equally important, they may hinder the fluidity of Light and progress, on various other levels, of any soul who visits the Spiritualist church if they are not aware of Spiritual energies.

Therefore and most importantly, a Spiritualist church or centre should always cleanse the energies of the church before and after a service, circle or awareness and development group, Thought is a living energy. The purpose of cleansing is to ensure that the Thought energy of the church is clear and vibrant for each service.

Cleansing is also important for the medium, healer or channel who is conducting a service of spiritual communication, healing or any other type of spiritual work.

It is also extremely helpful to those souls of Light from the finer vibrations of spirit if the environment that they are visiting is clean, clear and Light.

The cleansing of these energies can be achieved by a small number of people who are willing, after each service, circle or group, to sit for a few minutes to project Light within the body of the church. This will channel and transform the energy that remains or is left over from a service.

Spiritual Guides and helpers inspire and encourage the cleansing of the church in this way and will help with the process. If incorporated, a Spiritualist church will benefit immediately, this will also help the standard of Mediumship, Channeling and Healing.

A little time or a brief meditation everyday to cleanse ones energies helps the Light of oneself.

Cleansing is according to one’s own sense of responsibility.

COLOURS

Colours are of Light.

The prism, by which Light is reflected, emits, emanates and permeates the array of colours. Each colour of the array is relative and associated to a specific wavelength, frequency and vibration of the electromagnetic spectrum.

All wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of spirit, all dimensions and plane of existence are emanating a great vastness of colour.

The wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of the finer spirit world are more intense than the 3^rd dimensional reality of the earth plane. The colours in the finer vibrations of the spirit world are much more vivid and amazing. It is a world of vibrant emanations. Like wonderful heavenly symphony in perfect and complete harmony with all other vibrations. It is a world where everything resonates at a refined state and because all things are of thought, the colours in the higher vibrations are so bright, clear and pure.

All life permeates vibrant colours for the eye to see and the consciousness to sense. Often the colour of life can leave one in awe and wonder of it. The natural world emanates many vibrant and wonderful colours. The earth, oceans and skies, the stars, planets and universe are alive with colour. Colours are an intricate role in life. The human body is a mass of matter. It is a mass of energy that is also associated with the array of colours that emanate from the electromagnetic spectrum.

The Spiritual Guides will often inspire a person by the use of colours, especially for healing, channelling energy and mediumship. Colours are vibrations, and the purer the vibration the purer and clearer one’s state of being is.

The aura is an emanating mass of colours, purples, pinks, blues, greens, orange, reds and yellows, and it is also of many shades, some of which cannot be sensed by the general perception of one’s consciousness.

All colours have specific meanings and purposes. The colour that a person may favour or is drawn to is, for a specific reason. The colours which a person may wear or dress in, reflects something about the person, it is a language of communication in some form for that person.

The colours of one’s home and its décor, reveals many aspects of one-self, ones likes and dislikes.

Colour reflects so many different aspects of consciousness.

There are many interpretations of colour but most importantly, one should always interpret colour in accordance with one’s own perception, for how one person may relate to colour, another person may relate to it in a different way.

The Body, spirit, and soul, all depend upon the vibrations of colour to maintain their well being.

One may use colour to help and inspire oneself in a complete way in their life, from self-healing, inspiration and the fruition of one’s aspirations, to Spiritual development and the unfoldment of ones soul and its glorious emanations.

The eyes are the window of the soul, if the Light of one’s soul is illumined, the wonderful colours of the rainbow and the Celestial colours of pure Thought will always guide one’s soul on its journey of eternity.

COMMUNICATION

The act of Spiritual communication between souls.

Spiritual communication is achieved by a medium altering their state of consciousness so that their mind is open and their physical senses are attuned with the finer dimensions and wavelengths of spirit energy. By doing this the medium is then acting as a channel with a heightened state and receptive awareness so that they may receive and interpret messages which are conveyed from discarnate souls that are upon the astral planes and other dimensions of Divine Thought.

Communication takes form in many other ways, for example, trance, psychic attunement, telepathy, auric communication, direct voice and independent direct voice. Different mediums are attuned to different vibrations of themselves, to the astral planes and the Light of spirit.

Spiritual communication is best achieved by a relaxed state of mind. The souls on the finer vibrations, dimensions and waves of reality always seek to inspire the act of communication.

To unify souls of all waves of existence is a Divine blessing.

Spiritual communication is always a three-way link.

While wishing to become a channel of spirit vibrations and communicate with the souls upon the finer realms, stillness, meditation and a clear aura help make the attunement pure and with clarity. Not only do the souls from the finer vibrations seek to inspire spiritual communication between dimensions, but also to inspire mankind’s maturity of soul consciousness to communicate with oneself and other people in the world in a Spiritual way.

The act of Spiritual communication brings forth intelligence and understanding about the philosophy of the reality in this world and all other worlds of existence.

The true act of communication in its purest form and finest vibration is with the stillness of ones own God within.

COMPASSION

Is the love and understanding in a Divine and spiritual manner, to oneself and others, without judgement or criticism. Compassion is a Spiritual gift of the heart, soul, and Divine Light.

How one views and senses the world and its affairs is of wisdom when one views and senses with compassion. The purest form of compassion is intuitive and spontaneous, regardless of what environment, situation or circumstance one may find oneself placed within.

Spontaneous compassion emanates from the wisdom and Light of one’s soul.  When one’s first Thought is always one of compassion and no other towards one’s fellow beings and the souls of the world. One also finds the gifts of tolerance, patience and an emanating love which ‘just is’, and one embraces a great peace within.

Spontaneous compassion is a remarkable gift of the Divine Thought. Its eternal vibration is found within the Light of one’s soul.

CONFIRMATION

One seeks confirmation to the many aspects of one’s Spiritual development and progress. One wishes to know that what they are thinking or doing is right, confirmation gives oneself the security of this.

Confirmation happens in many different ways, for example, a Spiritual message, a dream, or a psychic experience may confirm that one is on the right track. Even a meeting which one may think is of a coincidence may hold an aspect or some form of confirmation for oneself.

The need for confirmation stems from the emotional insecurity and the doubts and fears of one’s own consciousness, when the energy of worry and fear of getting something wrong is laid down and replaced by intuition, one’s sense of ‘knowing’ can come to the fore of one’s consciousness.

The purest form of confirmation lies within the truth of one’s own soul and its emanation of Light. It is the Light of one’s soul that allows the fluidity of intuitive knowing to occur. Intuition gives knowing and knowing gives confirmation.

Ultimately, one’s life and everything in it ‘just is’.

CONSCIENCE

The wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of God.

The part of a person’s soul which judges one’s own thoughts, words and actions, physically, emotionally and Spiritually, by the energy of the Divine spirit, in accordance with God.

Man is judged by his own conscience.

It is a myth that one is judged only when one takes one’s transition. One can be judged whilst here on the earth and at any moment. One should not be under any false illusion of this fact.

In part the Conscience is Spirit.

CONSCIOUSNESS

Consciousness is Infinite Cosmic Thought.

The Soul is one’s consciousness. It is the multidimensional awareness of being. One’s consciousness is the intellect and understanding. It is the mind, perception, knowledge and sense of reason.

Consciousness is conscious of itself. It is conscious of all realities of existence. All wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations, every aspect of an individual’s being is governed by the consciousness of Divine Thought. Everything is of Divine Thought therefore everything is consciousness. The consciousness offers logic, emotion and will.

There are an infinite number of vibrations to consciousness; all souls have the ability and capacity to attune with any of these vibrations whatever dimension or realm of existence the vibration or frequency may be of. To channel the consciousness of pure Thought, one’s own vibration of consciousness must be altered to attune with the vibration that one wishes to attune with.

In any particular day an individual vibrates in many altered states of consciousness, on a private and personal level, to a public and professional level. The more spiritually aware an individual is, the more refined the wavelength and vibration of Divine Thought that person is attuned with.

Expansion of consciousness occurs in the infinite ‘present’ of the moment. This is progress and development of evolution. The essence of being is to open and expand one’s soul consciousness. By letting go of the past one can progress continuously in harmony with the wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of Cosmic Thought in the present. One is then allowing oneself and ones consciousness to go with the flow of waves in the stream of life. This helps the fluidity and continuity of one’s vibrations of consciousness to be in a state of constant attunement with the waves of the cosmos.

All souls who wish to progress and develop are free to expand their consciousness at all or any time because this is so at all times.

One’s consciousness ‘just is’ in every moment and one has the free will of pure Thought to grow, expand and enjoy the immense multidimensional energies of one’s own consciousness.

It is possible that every atom, particle and molecule of existence has a consciousness, and because humans are multidimensional beings existing in various states of consciousness, all states of being are conscious of, and unified with each other.

The consciousness of infinite being encapsulates and emanates consciousness itself with many magnificent and wonderful vibrations, notes, colours and chords of Celestial and Heavenly harmonies that expands to the totality of existence.

When looking and questing the answers of existence, the consciousness of Divine and eternal Thought is the energy within which all answers are to be found.

The language of life is only a stepping stone on the outer perimeters of consciousness of pure Thought. As man opens the door and embraces the emanations of Pure Thought, Christ Consciousness, Pure Intuition, Telepathy, Spiritual Emanations of Light and Pure Psychic Senses of the illuminating energy of one’s soul and its consciousness, shall wash away and replace present languages of the world.

CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS

The Christ Consciousness is the Divine emanation of the Soul.

All people may channel the energies of the Christ Light within themselves to recognise that they are Celestial Beings.

The expansion of one’s soul consciousness reveals the Christ Consciousness within itself.

It is the purity of the Soul.

CONTINUITY

The constant and eternal fluidity of life and existence.

All energy is part of the continuous cycle of life. The continuous flow of the waves of the cosmos, all life and all existence in any realm or dimension is continuous, whether it be of a souls incarnate or discarnate reality, all is a state of continuity, all energy eternally evolves. All souls exist forever.

The continuity of life is inspired by Angels and Celestial Beings to be accepted by people of the earth plane. As one’s consciousness ascends and looks with an over view of the workings of life, one can see the continuity to all things within the dimensions of the earth plane and dimensions beyond mankind’s present willingness of comprehension.

As the soul expands and ascends, it merges with finer vibrations which give it the awareness and acceptance that all life is continuous, whether it be, a particle or a person. Continuity also reveals that cause and effect have a purpose and meaning, all lead to a more refined state of consciousness, awareness, and state of being. Continuity reveals the concept that the energy of human manifestations is an important process in the continuity of evolution.

The earth plane and mankind is but a particle in the teeth of a cog of a Cosmic wheel. The Cosmic wheel is also a part of the continuity of a greater structure beyond which present consciousness will continually evolve to recognise and accept with the simplicity of the logical mathematical equation of 1+1=2.

When one lays down or transforms the clouded emotions of worries and stress, the intuitive energy of the soul brings forth the revelation that all wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations, when allowed to flow freely, reflect the Cosmic fluidity and intricately linked energies of continuity.

Everything merges and unifies with everything. This is the continuity of the whole of existence.

There is no death only the continuous transition of cosmic energies.

COSMOS

The cosmos is all reality; everything is in the cosmos, it is endless and holds all worlds, galaxies, solar systems, planets, dimensions and planes of existence.

From the standing of this moment, the earth is within a particular solar system, which is in the universe, and the universe is in the cosmos.

Every soul, whichever dimension, plane or vibration of existence it frequents is within the cosmos.

The thought that one has experienced something previously.

Déjà Vu is a common experience for many people and appears to offer a concrete foundation to the belief that one’s soul picks or chooses its life here on earth vibration before it incarnates into the physical body.

Déjà Vu is a sudden and spontaneous Thought in a person’s present consciousness, but with the knowing that it has occurred previously. This could be because Light has a pre-planning ability and that, one’s soul in a previous pre-planning stage, experiences the future and Déjà Vu reveals a glimpse of that future experience when it occurs in the present.

Déjà Vu takes the form of a type of suspended animation. When one encounters it, it seems that one’s Thoughts are suspended for the duration of the experience. This may imply that when Déjà Vu occurs, ones thoughts have ‘locked in’ to a particular frequency of thought energy.

Another aspect of Déjà Vu could mean that if the soul has pre-planned its journey here on the earth and, when Déjà Vu occurs, then it reveals that the soul is on the right track. Déjà vu’s could be like direction markers or sign posts to ones life. For example; when Déjà Vu occurs it often involves one or more people present in the scene other that the soul who is experiencing it. Maybe it is saying that at that time, in that particular place and with that other person or persons, everything is right, it is meant to be for the soul who encounters it.

Déjà Vu also offers a significant revelation to reality, in so much, that it reveals that the past, present and future, is the ‘here and now’ of each moment and that life and existence ‘just are’.

DESTINY

The reason or purpose for being in existence. The belief that mankind and all souls are on a Celestial journey and pathway.

Destiny is shaped by phenomena, the phenomena of existence. Existence itself in every present moment is destiny. Destiny is the ‘Here and Now’.

Destiny is to be the Celestial Light which one is.

DETACHMENT

To separate oneself and the ability to remove ones consciousness from the influence of events and situations which may hinder or intrude upon ones soul, its aura and its vibrations.

Detachment offers the ability to perceive and understand life with a fullness and with clarity.

Detachment offers a greater freedom of expression physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It also allows a soul to communicate better, not only with family and friends here upon the earth, but also with discarnate souls.

When developing one’s knowledge of spiritualism detachment allows the emanation of one’s soul to be of a finer spirituality.

When one is detached from external influences and the emotions of these influences, one can self analyse with a greater clarity and sense of understanding in the Light of truth. In detachment there is oneness, a oneness with one’s own soul and spontaneously a oneness with others, even if others do not always perceive this sense of oneness.

Detachment also offers the Light of confidence, compassion and a sense of humility.

On a mediumship vibration the greater one’s sense of detachment, the greater the clarity of communication can take place between the worlds of spirit.

Detachment can be achieved by a Thought, a Thought of recognising that one’s aura is clear of any influences which are external to ones own Thoughts. Physically within oneself, a Thought to feel clear inside also gives detachment because often one has to detach from one’s own Thoughts which may influence oneself, therefore just by thinking that one’s energies are clear, a sense of detachment can be achieved by that single Thought.

Detachment is an important function, which if possible, should be maintained throughout the course of one’s daily life. To detach, one will find that the energy of stillness will offer a balanced perception from which clarity will reveal a sense of detachment. The stillness of one’s energies helps maintain the continuity of detachment.

As the Spiritually of one’s soul expands into the fore of one’s consciousness, one will recognise the freedom and Detachment which is given from a soul expansion and how positive energies help the clarity of one’s Light of understanding. One will then recognise and attune further with the many wavelengths and vibrations of the energy of Detachment.

DEVELOPMENT

Spiritual development is to offer the expansion of one’s soul and its wavelengths and vibrations of knowledge so that the soul may progress and evolve to further knowledge. Development is always based upon the achievement of attaining spirituality for the individual.

All souls can develop themselves as channels of the consciousness of Divine Thought. Throughout one’s development one encounters many vibrations of knowledge, and all these vibrations are energy, therefore all development relies upon the energy of the Divine Thought for progress. It is of one’s own free-will to choose what course of development one wishes.

The essence of development is to enhance one’s own spirituality for self-awareness and the awareness of this earth dimension, and surrounding dimensions. One is free to develop on a personal level or to place themselves in the development and awareness groups of spiritualism.

There are several factors which, out of respect for oneself, ones Spiritual Guides and the energy of Divine spirit, while developing, one may wish to vibrate with, these are:

Stillness,

Detachment,

Relaxation,

Meditation,

An Open Mind,

Respect, Tolerance, Compassion,

Gentle thoughts of appreciation to the Divine Thought for ones existence (prayer),

A clear Aura,

A refined vibration of Consciousness,

A request to the Divine Light for Protection,

Grounding or Earthing of ones energies,

Time to one-self.

It is of the utmost importance that one always builds up and continuously maintains one’s own energies at all times.

Incorporating these aspects into ones development on a physical and daily basis offers a gentle yet solid foundation for one’s soul, to spiritually grow and expand. This can all be achieved by Thought, as one thinks so one is.

With a little patience, confidence, and trust, with love and flexibility of one’s vibrations and those who guide from the higher vibrations of the spirit world, ones development is assured.

One is always welcome to invite the souls and Angels of Light from the higher vibrations to guide and offer inspiration to oneself for one’s Spiritual development.

DIMENSIONS

All realities of existence.  All spirit energy of the Divine Thought.

The cosmos is multidimensional and contains possibly, billions of Dimensions.

The Earth is currently perceived as a 3rd Dimensional plane of existence.

All wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations are of a specific Dimension of existence. The reason why this earth plane is associated with the 3^rd Dimension is because it is perceived by the consciousness as 3^rd Dimensional. Any Dimension exists according to the perception of ones consciousness.

When one thinks of the astral planes, which number 7 in principle, one may perceive that these 7 planes are relative of 7 Dimensions.

As one spiritually develops, one encounters various states and Dimensions of spirit energy, and as one’s soul awakens and expands, the vibrations and frequencies that one becomes aware of, offers glimpses of the many other Dimensions.

If one opens the mind one may visually, and by the senses, perceive other Dimensions of sub-atomic wavelengths. This reveals that there are many other worlds in other Dimensions, other than the earth and its presently perceived physical solar system and universe.

There is no such thing as space. Space is merely a sub-atomic world of Dimensions filled with yet to be experienced and encountered energy.

The five senses of human nature are but a beginning and foundation to assist in the structure of the true reality and its acceptance that all souls are Celestial Beings. And that, as a Celestial Being, one exists simultaneously in many other Dimensions at the same time as one exists within this earth Dimension.

The word, Mystical, has too often been a substitute to explain experiences of other Dimensions which people of the human race have encountered. There is nothing mystical about the existence of other Dimensions. As the Light of one’s soul unfolds, the wonderful simplicity of the cosmos and the vast Dimensions that exist within it are illuminated.

Many people have attempted to put into words, in the attempt to explain the experiences which they have had of other Dimensions, such as the spirit world, heaven and worlds of dimensions where other beings exist. So often, human words and language fail stupendously to put the relevant significance to the energy that emanates from other dimensions. All Dimensions wherever they exist are open for any willing mind and soul who seeks and wishes to sense and embrace such harmonies.

As one embraces the energies of other Dimensions, one realises that the breath of the cosmos is of such refined emanation that the peace, tranquillity and profound Angelic essence may only be perceived through the essence of one’s soul.

DIRECT VOICE

Direct Voice is: The communication by the discarnate souls of the finer vibrations of the spirit world, to souls of this world, by the use and manipulation of the energies of a mediums voice box.

Direct Voice communication is often acknowledged as one of the best forms of offering evidence that discarnate souls in the world of spirit exist.

It is often referred to during a physical circle and by the process of a medium being in trance. Although, there is every likelihood that a medium or any other person who is developing, no longer needs to be in a trance state to achieve Direct Voice communication. If a person is in a relaxed state of mind and the Spiritual vibrations are such, then Direct Voice can take place. In any circle or sitting for spirit communication, and if the conditions of the energies are conducive, then Direct Voice can be achieved.

Certain people have the inherent ability for direct voice, yet, if discarnate souls from the finer vibrations of the spirit world wish to choose a person at any time for the use of Direct Voice they have the capability of consciousness and awareness of multidimensional energies to do so.

INDEPENDENT DIRECT VOICE

Spiritual communication by the use of a totally independent voice box made by the spirit guides, chemists, scientists and doctors of the spirit world.

Independent Direct Voice communication is achieved by the manipulation and transformation of various states of matter, and possibly other energies not yet known to man, in which, a complete or partial larynx and vocal chords are used in the process to make a duplicate yet separate voice box.

An Independent Voice Box made by the spirit communicators can be placed in any part of the room where a development circle may be taking place. And there is a possibility that discarnate souls and spirit guides can transfer a voice box such as an independent one to different locations.

The process to make an independent voice box is achieved by discarnate souls taking various energies and sub-atomic particles from the sitters of a Spiritual circle, from their physical structure of matter and other emanations around one’s physical being, such as one’s etheric body. This process can take different amount of time to produce.

Independent Direct Voice is often associated with a physical phenomena circle and yet, as with direct voice, it can be attained by anyone dedicated enough to sit for such phenomena provided the Spiritual Guides of the sitters agree.

The Spiritual Guides will always help and inspire the dreams and aspirations that a soul may have.

DISCIPLINE AND RESPONSIBILITY

These words are often used within Spiritualism. They imply that one should be of a disciplined and responsible way of thinking and behaving, not only with regards to oneself but also towards others.

As a soul consciously progresses with the energy of spirit one is advised to be disciplined and responsible with the way one uses the spirit energy. One must treat it with the utmost respect.

‘Opening up’ to spirit energy must be disciplined but in such a way that ones discipline must be relatively flexible, too much discipline causes tension even stagnation and ignorance. Not enough discipline makes a person aloof and complacent.

One is wise to remember that life and the Cosmic Waves of existence are always in motion and to be of a strong discipline in an area of ones development where one should be flexible prevents the fluidity of progress. Flexible discipline allows a sense of responsibility to shine through and from this, love and respect are also allowed to emanate.

Discipline and responsibility are wonderful facets of spirit especially when one wishes to be focused or have strength in a particular part of one’s life.

Intuition shows where discipline and responsibility are needed in one’s life and one’s Spiritual unfoldment.

DIVINE THOUGHT

Cosmic Consciousness. The intellect of the whole. The essence of God.

Divine Thought is the totality of all existence. It is the singularity of the oneness of the Whole.

All wavelengths and knowledge within or upon any wave of existence, all dimensions and knowledge within or around all dimensions are of Divine Thought. Spirit energy is often referred to as the breath of the Divine Thought. Everything that is, ever was, or ever shall be, is of Divine Thought. Any man, creature, plant, ocean, planet, solar system or universe is of Divine Thought. Each body, spirit and soul is of Divine Thought. Divine Thought is evolution itself. Every mechanism, every cycle, every particle of energy and all the elements, known and unknown, are of the Divine Thought. Divine Thought is the essence of being. Divine Thought is God.

DREAMS

Dreams are an important aspect of spiritualism. The souls on the finer dimensions of the spirit world use dreams as a means of Spiritual communication, inspiration and guidance,

During sleep-state the physical body is resting, therefore one’s consciousness is more relaxed which makes it more receptive to other spirit vibrations. Spiritual Guides and loved ones often appear and convey messages to people on the earth plane through their dreams.

Some dreams can be vivid, this is to ensure that the individual remembers them upon awakening from sleep. There will be a specific or important meaning for one’s Spiritual progress when one has a vivid dream.

Precognitive dreams are also a form of guidance for the individual. They act as references for future events that the individual may encounter.

Another type of dream may be one of a mixed nature, where there are various aspects of information joined together; a dream like this is to help the individual unravel the meaning and purpose of it. One will find that this type of dream is to stimulate the Thought process of ones consciousness so that ones consciousness expands. It is another form of spiritual inspiration and guidance.

All dreams are of particular importance at this time of evolution. Yet, a dream that one may call a nightmare is of significant importance.

As the waves of Cosmic Thought energy wash across the world, the souls of humanity are awakening, they becoming clearer and of a more refined vibration of consciousness, to do this, the Thoughts which are locked away within ones sub-consciousness must be freed and cleared.

A so-called nightmare is a type of dream of this nature, where some of the suppressed Thought energies which have been ignored and stagnated, are bought to the surface so that they can be released.

The reason why dreams take the form of nightmares is because there is little order to them. They are of suppressed Thought energy that have compressed and packed together in an almost chaotic form within the sub-consciousness of oneself. They are of a mixed variety of emotional experiences and events, feelings of hurt, pain, or guilt, of love and joy that were never shared, they are Thoughts which the individual has not sorted out or dealt with as they have occurred during ones life. Suppressed Thoughts are Thoughts that, as they have occurred throughout ones life, have not been intuitively activated or used. During a nightmare the consciousness of one’s soul pushes these energies from the sub-consciousness to the surface of one’s present consciousness so they clear.

If one doe’s not understand the aspects of a dream in the form of a nightmare there is no cause for concern, it doe’s not matter, and if one is not inclined to do so, it is not worth trying to dissect or hang onto a dream of this nature. To be alarmed or worried over these types of dreams will only create further stagnation of one’s Thought’s and prevent the clarity of consciousness which the soul at this time wishes to have.

Positively speaking, when a nightmare occurs, it is a good sign that one is Spiritually unfolding. It is a wonderful reflection that the cleansing and clearing of one’s sub-consciousness is taking place so that the Light of one’s soul can shine.

Dreams are a good way of finding the answers to ones questions. If one is troubled or confused about a certain aspect in their life, the loved one’s and Spiritual Guides upon the finer and purer vibrations of spirit will wish to help. And by projecting the question into the spirit vibrations before one sleeps, one may awake and find that the question has been answered. This is another form of Spiritual inspiration and progress.

Dreams can contain a variety of symbols, such as colours, shapes, patterns places and locations, people and animals. All aspects of a dream have a significant purpose and one should always interpret ones own dreams with the simplicity of one’s own Thought.

All dreams hold information of a Spiritual energy, and whether or not a person understands what the dream is trying to inform them of, people should not worry or be concerned about dreams. The last thing the Spiritual Guides wish is that an individual worry themselves, rather the opposite, people may take dreams as a wonderful way of helping unlock the door to themselves.

The purpose of life today is to allow the progress and continuity of one’s soul to be fluid and in harmony with Divine Thought. Dreams offer the opportunity to experience the wonderful vibrations of the finer spirit planes to be sensed and embraced by a soul who wishes. They can show signs and Light up the pathway of ones journey. They can show good fortune and future events that will help one and others.

Dreams are vibrations of an Awakening.

The substance used by discarnate souls to produce a physical materialisation of a departed soul during a physical circle.

Ectoplasm is extracted from the sitters of a physical circle and utilised by the spirit helpers of that particular circle to achieve physical phenomena.

Ectoplasm appears to be the external properties belonging to a physical body, yet plasma is the 4th state of matter, hence ‘Ectoplasm’.

It is often referred to as a cobweb-like substance or appearance. Many sitters in a Spiritual circle sense a cobweb effect around their faces, this is possibly Ectoplasm which spirit helpers may be taking and it is best and advisable not to disturb one’s vibration when this occurs. It is also possible that Ectoplasm is a produce of the physical energies of the body.

EGO

The Self. The ‘I’ energy.

In the Light of truth, evolution dictates the course of events, therefore the ego has its rightful place in the cycle of evolution where there is no right or wrong but, where everything ‘just is’.

The ego is like any other energy and is used in accordance with ones conscience and like other aspects of human nature Ego can be used positively and negatively, Positively for, confidence, progress, strength and motivation etc,

Negatively for, ignorance, selfishness, greed and deceit.

Some of mankind’s greatest achievements have been assisted by the positive side of ego energy. And yet, when used negatively, the ego appears to have been the cause of much pain and suffering. This is often associated with the ignorance of pride.

Fortunately, Soul expansion and awakening of the Spiritual vibrations reveals that the ego is equal to all other energy. It may be that the ego is simply the energy of emotion, if so, then the present vibration of ego and emotion can be dispelled with and ascended beyond.

Divine Thought always inspires growth and progress and so it is, that ego is a vibration which every soul has the ability and opportunity to grow from and progress beyond.

ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM

The Electromagnetic Spectrum is the array of colours, which is reflected through a prism by a single particle or wave of Light, each colour is represented by a particular wavelength and measured by the Electromagnetic Spectrum. The wavelengths range from the long and slow wavelength, which is measured as infrared, to the short and fast wavelength of the ultra-violet and gamma wave.

The energies of Divine Thought work in the same way; all Thought is of a particular wavelength, frequency and vibration. All souls are a mass of Thought energy, individually and collectively, which can be measured on some Cosmic scale by their resonance.

Mankind is yet to tap into the wealth of Cosmic knowledge, therefore I am confident in saying that the Electromagnetic Spectrum of today’s world is but one in a kaleidoscope of billions.

ELEMENTS

Earth, Fire, Water, Air. The fundamental properties of existence. Everything that exists has an elemental make up to its being. There are possibly an infinite number of elements of Divine Thought.

In spiritualism the four elements are usually associated with:

Earth             =                Grounding

Fire                =                Energy

Water            =                Cleansing

Air                  =                Breath

It is worth noting that all spirit communication relies upon the energy of electricity, this is achieved by the generating of the elements of water and air.

All elements of the physical body react with one another to create energy and it is this energy. This is the energy that is the aura of a person.

EMANATION

The, wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of energy which, the Light of a soul or object emits.

All energy and all states of matter have an emanation to them. The aura is the emanation of a person. It is made up of the multidimensional wavelengths and frequencies of all the sub-atomic particles that a person collectively is.

One’s emanation is dependent upon one’s spirituality and their understanding of the Divine Thought and all its emanations of knowledge. As one develops ones knowledge of spiritualism and as soul expansion takes place, one’s consciousness also expands and becomes more refined, this inspires enlightenment and a greater emanation of one’s energies as a Celestial Being.

The more illuminated one’s soul is, the purer and more refined ones senses and sensitivity becomes. As the waves of one’s Spiritual awareness and emanation expands and ascends, ones sensitivity is enhanced to such a vibration that one attunes further with the waves of knowledge of ones immediate environment and the people within it.

All souls are encouraged to let their Light shine at all times, to be the Celestial Being and wonderful multidimensional emanation of Divine Thought which one is.

One could say that Spiritual Guides and discarnate souls are emanations of Light.

EMOTION

Wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of energy.

E            =    Energy.

Motion    =    Movement.

Emotion is the movement of energy.

Predominantly mankind is presently motivated by their emotions, but mankind is now awakening to the concept that emotion is only a single piece in the jigsaw of life. The emotions are seen as a part of the personality and characteristics of a person. Presently, emotions are perceived by global consciousness as the driving force in the freedom of expression and creativity. From emotions come the feelings within the human race, feelings of love, compassion, humility and inspiration.

The emotions are equal to the logic of the soul consciousness.

Stillness of the emotions allows the logical side of consciousness to offer an alignment and balance to oneself and their energies.

The emotions are presently understood as being a part of the genetic makeup of human nature, they are of the senses. The soul senses the emotion of any particular wavelength or vibration of knowledge that it comes into contact with, this is food for the soul so that the soul may grow by the energy which it experiences from emotional wavelengths and frequencies of knowledge.

Often the emotions are manipulated and influenced by oneself and by others.

Suppressed emotions are now at a point of clearing, they are coming to the surface of ones consciousness to be released. This is in tune with the present Cosmic wave of energy which is bringing about a change in the evolution of all souls and the nature of this earth dimension. There is a beautiful but humble joy in the recognition of the emotion of ones soul. The colour and vibrations that the wavelengths of the emotions emit are of a Divine gift of the cosmos. When one is free of suppressed emotions, the peace within, which a soul may sense, is of immense and Angelic presence, and reveals the Christ Consciousness and the reality that all souls are Celestial Beings.

The present emotions and their wavelengths and vibrations that embraces today’s world, are refining to a purer state. All souls on the planet are ascending to a higher understanding in their perception of the Cosmic waves of energy within their being. This will offer enlightenment, expansion of the soul, and thus, expansion of the consciousness. From this mankind will no longer be governed by the waves of emotions of old, but in a Divine way shall embrace and channel them with the intellect of Pure Thought so that the present can be brighter.

ENCOURAGEMENT

The Angels and discarnate souls in the Light of spirit inspire the teachings and knowledge of the spirit world and its waves and vibrations of consciousness by the energy of encouragement. The guides and inspirers always seek the gentle encouragement of a person’s spirituality.

Souls who are consciously developing their knowledge of Divine Thought are always encouraged to work and develop in accordance and in tune with their own frequencies, vibrations and emanations of knowledge. This is an ascended form of teaching through gentle encouragement, by teaching in this way one is encouraging oneself and others to move with the waves of their own soul emanation.

The purest and most refined energy of encouragement is achieved by the unseen vibrations of Thought energy, if one’s soul is expanded and emanating then the Light of knowledge upon the wavelengths and frequencies of a person’s aura is sensed by other souls who are within the vicinity.

The presence of this type of encouragement is multidimensional and of pure Thought.

ENERGY

That, which is created by the chemical reaction of atoms and particles of the cosmos.

All things are energy. All souls, the universe and the cosmos are energy. Thoughts, feelings, actions and all the senses of human nature are energy. Every thought that an individual has is of energy. All the structures to life, from a pebble to a mountain, from an ocean to a desert is energy and all energy is created by Divine Thought. Energy is of many wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations. If life was a complete universal void, it would still be energy. Everything perceived by man, including perception itself is of energy.

All energy emanates at a particular frequency and is determined by consciousness. As one is developing and awakening to the knowledge of spirit energy, a fundamental foundation is to accept that all is energy and all energy is of the Divine Consciousness. As every soul expands and awakens to the vibrations of the cosmos they are in fact awakening to the finer frequencies of energy of universal existence.

It is compassionate and important to know that oneself is personally responsible for all the energies of one’s own emanation. This includes one’s consciousness and the awareness that the Thoughts which one has creates a living energy which vibrates positively, negatively and with neutrality, and that the energy of one’s Thoughts must go somewhere, whether those Thoughts be of will, logic or emotional energy.

Any dimension, realm or plane of existence exists by energy. Every spirit Guide, Angel, and Cosmic Being is of energy and each and Celestial Beings are emanations of energy. Each soul on the planet is a wonderful Spiritual Being of Divine energy.  There is nothing in existence which is not of energy. All and everything is energy, from the person you meet in the street, and the street itself, any building, physical or otherwise is of energy, from a planet to universe and, no person, man or woman can govern or control the energy of Divine Thought. Each journey is to inspire every soul to harmonise and swim in the waves of energy which the Cosmic Consciousness eternally emanates.

The energy of Light is every soul’s destiny, and on their journey of Light one should always be vigilant to the effects which one’s own energies may have upon another soul and of the influence which another souls energy may have upon oneself. The energy of one’s sensitivity and the energy of one’s intuition will guide them through the energy of the stream of eternal life.

As one awakens to their soul energies, one attunes to the breath of the universe and the waves of energy which, emanate like a Celestial orchestra throughout all worlds. Every soul is a note and chord in the orchestra, and all souls are preparing their energies and finely tuning them so that a wonderful harmony of Celestial consciousness may vibrate throughout the cosmos.

The energy of the world is now changing rapidly, and one may sense the gentle heartbeat of the earth with its many vibrations of energy. When one senses a discarnate soul it is the energy of that soul’s emanation which one senses. When the channelling of healing takes place, it is the energy of the spirit that one is channelling.

No Spiritual development can take place without the presence and utilisation of energy.

If one is working with the energies of the spirit then one should be aware to maintain the clearance of energies before and after each session.

All is energy and no energy is ever wasted.

ENLIGHTENMENT

The Spiritual unfoldment of the soul and its understanding of knowledge.

Evolution is a constant wave of Enlightenment. It is always for the progress of life and existence.

Enlightenment is ever present with everyone and everything.

Spiritually, one is enlightened by the knowledge that is reflected by every thought, occurrence and experience that may be encountered by the individual.

Enlightenment is usually associated with a person of a Spiritual background, of someone who spends much time in deep meditation. This concept is changing, any individual and mankind as a whole is enlightened already but further, now mankind has the conscious opportunity to become more enlightened.

It is true that meditation helps and assists one in enlightenment, but the time of intuitive Thought is with the world, and enlightenment comes with every moment of the present for everyone.

The waves of the universe now merge with the soul and from this merging, the Light of the soul begins to emanate and shine brighter.

Enlightenment is for the understanding and intellect, for the dawning of truth and revelation within each individual soul, whatever one’s standing of earthly life. The meek and the mild, the weak and strong, the rich and the poor, all are Enlightened Beings of eternal knowledge.

EQUILIBRIUM

The harmony of energies, situations and events.

All things however they may appear are, in a state of equilibrium. All energy is mirrored by other energy, this is equilibrium.

The energies of oneself, the earth and the universe are formulated with such precision that in truth there is order in what appears to be chaos.

The intellect of Divine Thought holds all things in a state of equilibrium.

ESOTERIC

The esoteric is the sub-atomic reality of the dimensions of life and the consciousness of Thought. It is Spiritual understanding of the cosmos from within oneself.

ESP

Extra Sensory Perception.

The ability to sense and perceive wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations. ESP is of the mind, the psyche.

The world in its present state is understood to be of a 3^rd dimensional wave of reality. Someone who has the ability of ESP can be aware of energies and realities of the 4^th dimensions and beyond.

Future or past events may be seen or sensed by the use of ESP. If a person has the conscious ability of ESP it may mean that they might have the ability to sense occurrences that may be happening to another person, it is another form of psychic ability. Some of the images that come from ESP are clear and vivid or a mix of certain factors of an event, they may have to be looked at in a symbolic manner and understood only when they have been decoded.

ESP is present so that it can be a guide and help in ones life. On occasion, people who perceive and sense through ESP find that what they experience is distressing or disturbing to them, especially if what they are aware of and sense appears to them to be of a negative or painful nature such as an accident or death which is to occur. One is reminded that one is, or can be, influenced by ones own emotions as they view such occurrences. The greatest help is detachment. Detachment from the event is necessary and will help a person from being distressed. If an event is to take place and a person is not in a position to avoid it from occurring, then detachment will help a person remain stable.

ESP is a gift of existence, as life itself is a gift, it is a natural ability of the soul and everyone has this aspect and ability to their nature, although some are more conscious of it than others. ESP is natural in everyone and it is there to help positively yet how one uses this ability is as always governed by ones own conscience.

ESP may be utilised and encouraged for the benefit of the individual and humanity as a whole.

Once again, the clarity of ones Thoughts determine the accuracy of the information that is sensed by the use of ESP

ETHER

The ether is ‘Space’ that fills and surrounds all states of matter. It is referred to as a vacuum, created by the forces of electricity and magnetism. Spiritually, it is understood to hold all the Thoughts of humanity.

ETHERIC BODY (WEB)

A body, formed like a meshing or netting, possibly assists in the holding together of the properties of matter of the physical body. It is made up of lines of forces, and vortex’s of energy. The Etheric body is Spiritually represented and understood to be a duplicate of the physical body and said to hold many of the Thoughts, positive and negative, of an individuals consciousness.

The Etheric web around the world holds many of the Thoughts of the people of the world, on certain frequencies, both personally and on a global conscious level. All the Thoughts are of mixed vibrations, ranging from low, base, dense, and extremely negative thoughts, to intensely fast, clear, pure and heavenly Thoughts.

Electricity travels up to the speed of Light, therefore in minimum, the vibrational frequencies of the Ether and the Thoughts contained within it, also travels at the speed of Light.

1.   The Chackras are the centres of energy where the lines of forces of the Ether meet and cross.

EXPANSION

Expansion is progress and growth of the soul. Soul expansion is fundamental to, and the right of, every individual. Expansion is of the intellect and consciousness of oneself.

By expanding ones knowledge and intellect the Light of a person’s truth is more refined and intense in its emanation. To expand one’s Thoughts is to be open to new understandings and perspectives of one’s life, and life at large.

Spiritually, to expand one’s Thoughts is to open up and merge with spirit energy. By doing so, one is open to enlightenment and, one may move with the flow and stream of life with its many vibrations of wonderful truths and sensations of existence.

Expansion of ones soul energy is constant, always is the soul of a person attuning with, and entering further into, the knowledge of the cosmos.

In Spiritualism, it is often suggested that a person expand their auric field, this is for the benefit of the individual, rather than to be ‘closed off’ to the stream of life but to be open to it. From expansion comes ascension and from both of these comes enlightenment.

The world of knowledge is all around, the intellect of life and spirit is the very pool of life in which mankind exists, with its many dimensions and planes of realities. To expand is to be awake and born into the essence of existence, to be ‘closed off’ is to remain in a sphere of ignorance.

Expansion of one’s mind allows a constant state of Spiritual awareness and love to be at the fore of one’s consciousness. All things are possible by the individual when the expansion of oneself is used, utilised and allowed to be.

Anyone who seeks Spiritual knowledge, information and enlightenment has to be open to receive it, expansion is one of the main keys to the Light of understanding the consciousness of all reality, from the very core of one’s being, to the expanse of the cosmos and beyond.

FLEXIBILITY

Flexibility is a great aspect of spirituality. It is much needed when a soul develops with the philosophy of, not just spiritualism, but life as well.

Flexibility with oneself and others can help a person in a vast number of ways. Often things may not go as easy as one wishes, patience and tolerance may be called for. Other people and their energies may disturb or hinder oneself in certain ways, and one is wise to use the energy of flexibility during these times. When a soul is flexible the stream of life can flow more easily.

When visiting a Spiritual meeting one is stepping into a mixed and varied environment of energies, physically, mentally, emotionally and Spiritually, one’s sense of flexibility is of a great help in harmonising and blending with these different energies.

Spirit, spiritualism and spirituality are fluid and flexible energies therefore one will benefit if one is flexible in return.

It is better to bend to the flow of life than to be rigid and too solid.

If one is flexible and gentle with oneself, then one can be this way with others, and by being flexible one’s Spiritual pathway can be smooth and filled with much joy.

FREE WILL

The aspect of Divine Thought which offers freedom of consciousness.

Freewill is the part of one’s consciousness that allows one-self to make ones own decisions in life. It is dependent upon the clarity of one’s Thoughts, the clearer one’s consciousness, the better the decision ones free-will can make. Most people wish to make their choices in life so that they may benefit from them. Often the choice that a person makes may later appear as a misjudgement of their freewill, but freewill is not just of a person’s present consciousness, it is also of one’s sub-consciousness and soul-consciousness. This means that although one may use their present consciousness and its energy of freewill, it is always the soul consciousness that determines the outcome.

Often unseen and not sensed by the present consciousness of oneself, the soul always has one’s best interests at the fore. It always plans and determines one’s journey according to the calculations taken into account, not only of one’s present consciousness but also with the energies of Thought that lay within the realm of one’s sub-consciousness.

To ensure that one always uses their freewill in the clearest and purest of ways and with the best of intentions. One must open up, enter and, clear the energies of Thought within the sub-consciousness.

When A Spiritual Awakening occurs, one finds that the free will of oneself has been working in accordance with Divine truth at all times and that the energy of God and Divine Thought leads a person on their journey. This is not always sensed by the individual on a present-conscious level because much of one’s Thoughts may be clouded and unclear due to the influences of some of the Thought energies of themselves and the environment of this Earth plane.

Freewill is always present, but ultimately the essence of it lies in a region and realm of dimensions of Thought which mankind has yet to awaken to and fully comprehend. In the mean time, pure free will is of an ascended and heavenly consciousness; the door to it is always open. So when one finds oneself in a situation which one may not wish to be a part of, it will be in accordance with pure free will and ordained that one has been placed there for a wonderful Spiritual purpose.

One’s soul holds the key to one’s own free will and if one wishes to use it fully, it can only be when one’s intentions are of pure and Divine Thought.

FREQUENCIES

The measured oscillations of wavelengths.

All energy vibrates at a particular frequency and the energy of spirit is a multidimensional mass of frequencies. All dimensions are filled with, and made up of billions of frequencies.

The Body, spirit and soul are also a mass of frequencies and these frequencies are all attuned in accordance with the Thought energy of each individual. All the senses of an individual are of a vast array of frequencies, the physical, mental, emotional and Spiritual aspects of each individual spectrum. The world, although appearing to be a single particle of energy in the universe, is also filled with, made up of and emanating many frequencies.

The most important frequency is the frequency of Thought. It is from this frequency of Thought that one’s consciousness is able to be, and without it one would be void, and because there is no such thing as a void, the frequency of consciousness ‘is’.

An individual has many Thoughts throughout a single day, and they are of many and varied frequencies. Collectively, mankind as a whole, also has many Thoughts, therefore there are many frequencies vibrating simultaneously at all times upon the planet and each person on the planet is affected by these many frequencies. One may say that this is a collective consciousness, and ultimately, overall, these frequencies of a collective mass may be reduced to a singular frequency. The mass of matter that the planet is, and the environment of it, is made up of many more frequencies, from the solid state, to the plasmic frequencies of the world.

All frequencies exist exactly and precisely for a specific purpose and reason. This offers a glimpse into the truth of Thought that there is order in what may appear as chaos.

The array of the electromagnetic spectrum and its many frequencies tells us that each oscillation may emanate a single particle of Thought energy, a single particle of consciousness.

Although the Thought waves of oneself that operate at the lower and slower end of the spectrum are of a base and dense frequency, there is in their essence, still a purity to them yet they are of slower frequencies. If ones Thoughts are of a higher and more intense frequency, the consciousness and character of that energy is again pure but are more refined and of a greater clarity of Thought.

The spirit world is made up of many wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations, and in accordance with the electromagnetic spectrum these frequencies vary and differ from one spirit plane to another. When a soul from the earth plane takes their transition to the spirit world, the frequency of their Thought energy determines which frequency or plane of the spirit world they will go to.

The purer one’s mind is, the finer the frequency of one’s Thoughts. The clearer one’s conscience is, the finer the frequency of one’s Thoughts. The greater one’s Spiritual understanding is and the use of such understanding, the finer one’s Thought frequency is. These are some of the facets which determine which level or frequency of the spirit world an individual may attune with, in many instances, whether they are in a physical body or otherwise.

In spiritualism, when a medium informs a person that their loved ones have met up with each other on the spirit planes it is because they met and were joined together on the earth plane as like-minded people, they perceived and shared similar frequencies of thought. They then, after passing to the spirit world, are joined together once again because they are still like-minded, but they are on the frequencies of existence in the spirit world.

The guides in the spirit world also exist on frequencies of Thought vibrations, they exist in a world where their sensitivity is more in tune with the many wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of Thought energy, their knowledge and understanding is determined by this. This is why Spiritualists and channels of spirit energy are guided by many different souls, souls who guide from the spirit world have a more refined frequency of understanding, and this finer frequency helps them to inspire positively the Thoughts of mankind.

As mankind moves through the cycle of change, the cosmos is emanating at frequencies of high intensity and all souls are attuning with the event, the base and dense frequencies of Thought are being transformed, cleared and put into a new order. The Thought of Spiritual clarity of mankind as a whole will come into the understanding of ascended knowledge of Cosmic frequencies. Celestial Beings of other worlds beyond this world seek to inspire the knowledge that all things are of energy, of which, frequencies offer great intellect. These Cosmic Beings as well as spirit guides are intricately working to encourage the consciousness of this world to greater understand the harmony of the cosmos.

The energy which energy is and which interpenetrates everything in existence.

GRAVITY

All Thoughts are held by their own gravity.

Thought is a living energy, each Thought has a particular mass to it therefore it has a sense of gravity and because of the law of gravity and ‘like attracts like’, ones Thoughts are attracted to the vibration or frequency of its equal magnitude.

If one’s Thoughts are of a positive nature then one is attracted to positive energy, if one’s Thoughts are of a dense vibration then one is attracted to the same vibration.

The mass of matter of the physical body is held in position by the gravity of the Earth’s mass and its force of gravity. The spirit planes and dimensions work on the same principal.

It is interesting to note, through observation, how groups of people do gravitate to each other. This shows somewhat that the thought frequencies of their minds are pulled or drawn by the gravity of its same frequency. It is almost tribal, but it is the classic of ‘like attracts like’ and shows how the grouping of the peoples of the world are bound by gravity.

The concept that draws a soul here on the earth to their spirit guides works in the same way. It is the gravity of their thoughts that draws them towards each other.

Every soul has the opportunity and capability to refine their thoughts and gravitate to the vibration of their wishes.

GROUNDING

During one’s Spiritual development one channels many wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of Divine Thought energy to the Earth plane, and as this channelling of energies takes place one needs to ground or earth them so that they can be worked with in a Spiritual capacity.

The physical body is like the casing of a fuse and the spirit is like the fuse wire, it has to be connected appropriately for the energy to flow.

Grounding is important if one wishes to ascend their consciousness to the finer dimensions of the spirit planes. It also helps the mental, emotional, and physical energies of oneself to be balanced and in harmony during times of Spiritual work such as Spiritual communication, psychometry healing etc.

Grounding or earthing helps a soul to be a fluid, clear and well aligned channel and it is achieved by a simple Thought of imagining that one’s feet are connected to the earth like the roots of a tree. This it all it requires to ground one’s energies.

Although this form of grounding may no longer be necessary because the earth’s gravity is changing to such a degree that one doe’s not want one’s consciousness to become embedded in the Earth.

One of the greatest truths of the world could be the truth that the human race exists so that the Divine Light of Pure Thought may be channelled and grounded onto the Earth plane in order to bring about the Spiritual awakening of these dimensions. Mankind’s destiny is not only the evolution of its own soul, but the Spiritual evolution of the Earth itself and the ascension of this wave of existence to a purer and more refined wave of Cosmic Thought and its intelligence.

Grounding is but a simple act of Thought.

GUARDIAN ANGEL

A perceived discarnate soul from a purer and finer dimension of existence.

Said to travel with the incarnate soul from the spirit world to the Earth plane, and who inspires the incarnate soul throughout its life on the Earth and stay with them until they return to the spirit world.

Also seen and understood as a spirit helper and guide. A Guardian Angel is a Celestial Being who is aware of all the Thoughts, words, and deeds of a person whilst they are upon the Earth plane. One could even say that a Guardian Angel is a kind of medium between the individual and God.

One always has the opportunity to attune, especially through the stillness of one’s soul with their Guardian Angel and to the many vibrations of consciousness that they permeate. This is an essential aspect of the journey of one’s soul, to exist within the aura and knowledge of one’s Guardian Angel.

Guardian Angels are of the Light of Spirit, they exist within it and have the capacity and ability of Thought to travel through the many planes and dimensions of other realities of existence.

Guardian Angels are emanations of consciousness, Illuminations of Light who have the ability to move through different waves of dimensions.

GUIDE (S)

A Spiritual inspirer and helper from the many vibrations of the spirit world. A Spiritual Guide offers to teach and educate, by encouragement, their knowledge and understanding of life and its many facets of intellect. They seek to enhance the unfoldment and Spiritual progress of an individual and the world at large.

There are many different guides from many different realms and planes of existence, each with their own unique and special understanding of the knowledge and the workings of the Universe and cosmos.

Mankind presently perceives Spiritual Guides with the familiarity of this earthly environment. This is because it is easier to associate with familiar images. Guides come to the world in different guises, some or many appear to be of past incarnate souls of the earth plane and range from the full spectrum of the earth’s cultures, for example, of Chinese, Arab or Indian origin. Guides can be from any or all the continents of the world, yet these are only the incarnations which a soul may have had in this world, and of course there are billions of other worlds, therefore the soul has possibly, throughout eternity, existed in billions of incarnations.

One may wish to remember that the soul is a Divine Consciousness and if its essence were to be fully and totally revealed, the Celestial and Godly energy is of such magnitude that it would cause startling and mind blowing reactions. Therefore Spiritual Guides adorn their garments of previous Earth incarnations so that one may comfortably associate with them.

Due to the collective consciousness of the cosmos, a Spiritual Guide who guides one individual will also guide other individuals and further, a guide may inspire groups of souls.

A Guide may stay with a person for an instant or many years, this is always dependant upon the stage of Spiritual awareness and development which the individual or group of individuals are vibrating at. Because Thought is of multidimensional vibrations and frequencies and ‘like attracts like’ one is guided in accordance with one’s Thoughts, therefore because an individual constantly alters their state of awareness, their Spiritual Guides will change therefore, ones progress is helped by many Spiritual Guides.

One may find it constructive during one’s development to acknowledge the possibility that many of one’s Guides are of one’s own past incarnations and that, one is now awakening to them.  But rest assured there are those Spiritual Guides who are not of one’s own past incarnations but who are of other dimensions of existence. And, in Thought form, seek, in accordance with the Divine Thought, to inspire each individual and humanity as a whole towards the ascension and expansion of the Light of the cosmos.

As the future and the past exist in this very moment, some Guides have come from the future to guide, with their knowledge and intellect, the present.

Spiritual Guides are guided by the guides from each finer plane or wavelength of existence, so too are the guides of guides, guided by their guides who in turn are guided by their Spiritual Guides. It is an endless cycle of guidance. This is the merging and continuity of wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of the cosmos. Guidance is spontaneously or intuitively there when one seeks it and yet again, the more open and clear ones consciousness is, the easier it is to receive from this great ocean of guidance.

GUILT

Guilt can either be a hindrance or help on ones Spiritual pathway of life.

Thoughts and feelings of guilt regarding many aspects of ones life are often held within the sub-conscious, more so if one blatantly refuses to deal with this aspect of human nature. Those who have endured the loss or bereavement of a loved can carry guilt in some form or another. Guilt in this way can cause a tremendous amount of stress, not only for the soul who carries such energy, but also for those around one who does carry such guilt and, it can become a burden.

Souls on the higher spirit planes are constantly helping and trying to help to alleviate the profound pain and anguish that someone here on the earth plane may be encountering or going through. Often the guilt in this way is because a bereaved person, one who feels left behind, may be thinking that they did not do certain things or enough for their loved one while they were still here on the earth. There may be guilt for starting a new friendship or relationship with someone since a loved one has passed. There may be guilt for having not spoken certain words or not shown certain feeling towards a departed soul, even guilt for having misplaced or lost something of sentimental value or worth that may have belonged to a partner or friend, a present that was bought on a special occasion. These are some of the important concerns of guilt that many people live with but there are also many others. They are all a question of conscience.

The souls who have passed to the finer vibrations of spirit respect the thoughts and feelings of everyone in this way, yet, they wish that this type of energy may be turned around into loving thoughts and that the energy may be used positively for ones future. Material possessions longer matter to them therefore they have no hold over their thoughts, they view it only as material energy. However, what they are most concerned with is the value of Thought, of love and the well being of the loved ones who remain here still upon the earth plane. They understand and wholly encourage that life must go on for a person, they hold no grudges, no remorse and no regrets, and nor do they condemn their loved ones for getting on and moving forward with their lives.

Guilt as energy can and does prevent the fluidity of spirituality for oneself, although it is fair to say that, it is not the energy which blocks oneself rather, it is oneself blocks and allows it to happen. Wrong doings, mistakes and other aspects of a person’s life can be let go of and released. Life is eternal, yet many people are shackled and restricted by the guilt from the many situations in their life and because life is eternal it is wise to maintain that one continues to progress and not be chained by the energy of guilt.

All energy can be transformed and it is an important aspect to ones Spiritual growth that any guilt energy is cleared and transformed.

One may lay down the Sword of Insecurity within oneself and step forward with the Light. Trusting that mankind is still in an infant state of awareness and that the Divine Thought is all forgiving and all loving, it is compassion manifested in the Light of ones soul. And, because the Light of Thought is the most important energy to life, it is the love of ones Light that matter’s the most not the feelings of guilt.

HEALING

Healing is the channelling of pure Spiritual Light energy from one soul to another.

There are many aspects of Spiritual healing but all emanate from the energy of Pure and Divine Thought.

Healing takes place on a soul to soul vibration, as one soul opens themselves and their energies to Divine Thought the energy of Light is channelled to another soul who then channels the energy to that part of their being which is in need of healing.

Healing can take place by many forms, for example: hands on, absent healing, psychic healing and prayer. In whatever form it occurs, it always occurs in accordance with soul energy and its consciousness. The clearer the channel, the purer, intense and more refined the energy of healing vibrations can be conveyed. Spiritual healing is often channelled by the means of ‘hands on’; during this the aura of both souls meet and merge and the Spiritual Guides channel Divine energy through the aura and soul of one person to the soul of the other.

Absent healing is achieved by one soul sending loving and healing Thoughts to another soul, locally or elsewhere. Absent healing is also used by many people to send their positive and loving Thoughts to regions of the world that they think may be in need of Spiritual love and healing.

Psychic healing is achieved when a soul offers and transfers some of its own energy to another soul. One should be cautious when working in this way and be aware that the aura contains all the Thoughts of oneself including suppressed and stagnant emotional energies of Thought. And because of the density of these energies to heal psychically one must be responsible that they are not passing some of these types of energies onto another soul, however good and pure ones intentions may be.

A soul who wishes to channel healing energies must ensure that they are free and clear of their own personal Thoughts of hurt, pain and suppressed emotions as much as they can be. Stillness of ones thoughts will help in this way. In stillness Light emanates.

Healing is a wonderful vibration of spirit Thought and it is helping the world evolve into one of a Spiritual nature. Progressively, healing is a cure and help for the sick. The guides and helpers of the spirit world always seek to inspire in a gentle, loving and positive way. But one may be aware that the cosmos is an infinite and eternal expanse of energy, and although mankind seeks the answer to the question of life, it is the cosmos, through the light ones soul, that presently and ultimately holds the key.

LETTING GO

It is important at this time to let go of a loved one who has passed to the higher vibrations of spirit so that their journey may be as gentle and as easy as possible. Some souls may find it difficult to make their transition if a loved one holds onto or pulls them back with their thoughts and emotions. It is difficult for both souls, yet the departed make their way journey home to join and reunite with those who have gone before them as all must one day do.

Souls who are departing need the strength and encouragement from their loved ones who they are leaving behind to help them reach the light so that they may adjust and attune with the vibrations of the spirit realms. Once they have done this they will return to the earth vibrations to visit and help, comfort and guide, with loving thoughts those who they love upon the earth.

Often it is only by letting go of someone or something that it may return and become closer.

Departed souls are but a thought away. By being in the wonderful emanations of the spirit vibrations, their love is stronger, their minds are clearer, and they are free from the worries and stresses of this world and, their memories are eternal.

The hurt and pain and suffering felt by those who remain upon this earth plane is of the emotions, fear of being alone, lonely and lost, yet, no one is ever alone. Spiritual Guides watch over all souls. By letting go one is free from all these fears and insecurities. The senses may clear to feel the wonderful and magical love inside when a loved one comes to visit and embrace us once again.

LEVITATION

To rise into the air.

Levitation can sometimes occur within and, is usually associated with, a physical phenomena meeting.  Helped by spirit guides and remaining in the confines of a disciplined environment, levitation of this nature has been mainly kept from the view of the public masses.

As the waves of Cosmic energy wash over the world and people become more enlightened, levitation shall occur on a more regular and frequent basis. It will eventually become a common feature of all souls on the planet. It will become a normal occurrence that when a person wishes to travel somewhere they will do so by the means of their own levitation. This is being brought about by the shift in consciousness of mankind at this present time.

As the Thoughts of a person continue to clear, the intense Light of one’s soul shall be more to the fore of one’s consciousness. This will alter a persons state of gravity and the magnetic attraction which it has in association with the earth’s gravity, thus, the properties of matter which the physical body is made up of shall all become subtle and refined and attune to the new state of vibrational frequencies.

This shift will allow levitation to be normal practice to the souls of the world.

The brighter ones soul emanates the lighter the bodies are, the lighter the vibrations of the bodies, the easier it will be to levitate.

LIGHT

A wave or particle.  The emanation of a body or object.

All things are of, emanate and radiate Light. The soul is of Light, it is an emanating wave of Thought. All Light is energy, vibrating from the source of Divine Thought. There are many wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of Light which can be measured on the electromagnetic spectrum giving the world the wonderful array of the colours of Light, and yet there are billions more which present technological capability cannot measure or even yet, conceive.

Light is the source of life, it sustains life, the Body, spirit and soul, the World, Universe and cosmos are all of Light. It is the Past, Present and Future, it plans, creates and preordains. It is multidimensional and infinite. Light is the order of existence.

The dimensions, planes and vibrations which Angels, Celestial Beings and Spiritual Guides exist upon, or within, are all of Light. The cosmos is filled with marvellous emanations of Thought and intellects of Light.

Spiritual Beings travel through the many dimensions of the cosmos helping peoples and souls of this worlds and worlds that we have yet to meet. All are doing the work of Divine Thought, bringing peace and blessings of knowledge and understanding to help the evolution of a particular dimension or world with which they may merge.

It is from the vibrations of pure and Heavenly Thought that some of the knowledge and information in this A-Z is offered to all of us here on this Earth plane of existence.

The Light of truth emanates within and around everyone.

If there is a journey to this existence it is surely one of Light.

Never has this knowledge of Light been presented so much and in so many ways as it is in today’s world. And, it is being brought about by the reflection of Light not the essence of Light, for the essence of Light is yet to be awakened to, by the souls of this world.

If Light is pre-planning then mankind walks towards its essence as it follows up behind us.

Many people have seen the Light; they are touched by the Light and are being embraced by the Light. Light is the love which one is.

Light allows oneself to comprehend the complete understanding of who one is.

Light is the key to one’s own consciousness and the reality of one’s being.

The Light of truth is seen and witnessed by one’s own perception. When one seeks clarity, the Light of stillness offers clarity. For inspiration, confidence and confirmation of one’s soul, it is one’s Light that offers these and all things.

Light offers ascension and expansion, it offers vision and it illuminates one’s pathway, it reveals that one’s consciousness exists in many other dimensions and realities of Light.

Light is the Angel of the world, patiently soothing and watching over all the souls whilst they are on their journey of Celestial Light.

Light heals and caresses one’s afflictions so that the pain may be removed. The Light can transform and dispel fears and insecurities.

Light magnetises itself to other energies for one’s growth so that one’s Light may shine and illuminate brighter.

It is important that one concentrates upon one’s own Light and Spiritually progresses from that point.

The Light of one’s soul christens the ignorance of oneself.

The Light of Spirit is a realm so pure that no negativity can exist.

The Light of Spirit is a dimension of pure consciousness.

It is from the Light of Spirit that the Spiritual Guides and their guides are guided.

The Light of Spirit is of more refined energies than the vibrations of the Astral Planes.

LOGIC

That part of one’s consciousness that emanates clarity and precision.

The opposite to emotion.

The logic acts like a detached mathematician; it calculates all aspects and projects the simple and clear Thought of any situation or environment. The simple reasoning of the mind where 1+1=2 and nothing else. As one’s consciousness is governed with logical energy, then one is impartial and detached. The logic prevents the mind from being clouded and influenced by the emotional Thoughts.

Logical energy offers clarity, space, calm, peace and stillness; this helps to bring a sense of balance with ones emotional energies so that one’s energies as a whole can have a greater sense of equilibrium.

Spiritual Guides understand with clarity, the souls of the earth plane because they use their sense of logic to a greater degree and are not attached or influenced as mankind is by many of the emotional energies that are upon the earth plane. The more highly evolved the spirit guide, the greater their sense of logic, detachment and intellect of consciousness.

Logic helps prevent stress, by going with the flow of the clarity of one’s consciousness many things in one’s life would not be put on the shelf, but by not doing so, one overloads and clouds one’s mind, this eventually causes stress. By stilling the mind, one gives the logic an opportunity to freeze and neutralise energies of stress, this allows the logic to break down and dissolve these types of energies.

The Earth, also having a consciousness, has a sense of logic, this is why so many things in the world are so questionable and defy understanding.

The logic is an island of calm in an ocean of turbulence, especially if one is in or around an intense emotional situation. By using the energy of stillness, one’s logical frequencies can then allow and encourage one-self to remain calm and clear in Thought. This is a form of detachment and always enlightens, not only oneself but also others, bringing to the fore the energy of peace and gentleness of the spirit.

As mankind attunes more with the finer wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of life and existence, it too, shall attune with a greater sense of logic and the clarity of its understanding. All souls shall continue to advance in this way, continuously moving through and merging with, the clarity of the Divine Thought and its many wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of logic.

If both the logic and emotional frequencies of ones consciousness are in relative balance this allows the energy of one’s intuition to be used and channelled frequently.

Logic offers a sense of order to one’s being, and ones relation to the Whole.

LOVE

The emanation of love is all encompassing, from the very essence of ones soul to the very edge of infinity.

The most powerful love is the Thought of love; if one thinks love then one is love.

Unconditional love does not exist. It is a figment of ones imagination and is spoken by people who still put conditions on their love. Love in this way is but a stepping stone on the way to the thought of one-self being love, therefore, to be love is to allow pure love to permeate without condition.

Love ‘just is’, if one so wishes then one may, allow one-self to just ‘be it’.

Love is a facet of the soul, Pure Thought is the shining crystal that reflects and offers it to the world.

Attracting forces. Similar to gravity, where like attracts like.

Spiritual Guides are magnetised and drawn to a soul on the Earth plane by the vibration of that particular soul’s consciousness.

Often it is said that one person may be drawn to another person but they don’t know why. It is magnetism. It is the same with places and locations. Some people may find that they are drawn to a particular place or country. Again this is magnetism. At the moment we are witnessing a mass transmigration of peoples from one country or continent to another. They are being drawn to those various locations because the light of the magnetism of that particular location is pulling them. This is light moving from place to place in order to bring about a transformation.

The magnetic pull between souls reflects both their intellect and their needs and because of the magnetism of Light, people are very often drawn to share inspiration and knowledge, to offer support and to discuss the Spiritual teachings with each other.

These are some of the positive aspects of the way in which magnetism works with people.

Unfortunately there are also the disruptive and often painful sides to the way in which magnetism works.

When like-minded people come together they can often create a sense of favouritism, favouritism between themselves and favouritism towards their friends. Although this is still a stage of spiritual development it is best avoided. This results in a ‘clique’ being formed. This in many instances can and does lead to ‘cronyism’. This occurs in the wider world and in many forms but, it especially occurs in the churches and centres of Spiritualism.

Cronyism takes place when the running or participating in committees, groups, services and circles of Spiritual development are offered to ‘friends’ in the ‘clique’ of those who sit at the helms of the churches and centres. It is not helpful to those whom participate in it nor is it helpful to the people or discarnate souls who visit the churches or centres

Newcomers see and sense this type of aura of magnetism around people and they can be made to feel distressed and uncomfortable by it and they very often feel left out, embarrassed, and at times, intimidated by Spiritualists who act in this way. And, it is nothing to be proud of, especially when it is blatant and regardless of people’s feelings or for the way in which it portrays spiritualism.

This form of magnetism reveals that the people or ‘cliques’ who work in this way are magnetised together to work through their own egos. Cronyism, cliques, favouritism and bias reflect one thing only and that is the emotional insecurity of one who takes part in this type of energy.

This unfortunate energy gives cause for concern, particularly at this time when the world is at such a transitional stage and the forces of magnetism are making global changes which are having an effect on spiritualism as a whole.

A degree of detachment from such people and the energy that induces it is positive for ones spiritual progress.

For the sake of ones Spiritual development and the progress of the Light in our world, people should take into consideration that it is the Light and its positive magnetism that has drawn them together in the first place. And, it is the same for newcomers to Spiritualism who have come seeking with a questioning soul. The light has also drawn them.

The energy of the whole is magnetised in a collective manner.

MATERIALISATION

The physical appearance of a discarnate soul, or an object from the finer vibrations of the spirit world, achieved by the manipulation of sub-atomic particles and atoms of matter.

A Materialisation is generally associated with a circle of physical phenomena and is witnessed by one or more individuals. It is achieved by the use of the substance of ectoplasm. spirit guides and helpers collect ectoplasm from the sitters of a circle and form the shape of a full or partly formed physical appearance of a person who is known to have taken their transition to the spirit world and is no longer in the physical body. Once having created the form which the spirit world wish to achieve a deceased soul then may communicate on a physical level and in a solid form with the person or person’s which they wish to.

Most materialisations are done through an entranced medium who allows themselves to be used as a vessel while the spirit world utilise the energy to make an ectoplasmic mould.

Spirit materialisations often are for the benefit of uplifting a person so that they may accept more strongly in the continuity of soul and its eternal evolution and existence.

One cannot stress enough the sense of responsibility and respect of a disciplined mind for the utmost safety of the entranced person while a materialisation sitting is in process, because the physical, mental and Spiritual vibrations of an entranced medium is of a finely attuned state.

MATTER

Matter is the substance that occupies all space.

There are 4 accepted states of matter, these are – Solid, Liquid, Gas and Plasma.

The physical body is a mass of matter, made up of many sub-atomic particles, each particle or atom resonates at a particular vibration, so it is with the Earth. The Earth is also a mass of matter that individually and collectively resonates at many vibrational frequencies.

The world of spirit is also a world of matter. It is a world of sub-atomic waves and particles vibrating at many different frequencies, many of which are much finer and purer states of matter than the matter of the Earth plane. When a person sees or senses a discarnate soul from the finer vibrations of the spirit world, they are in fact seeing or sensing the finer vibrations of matter of that particular soul and the Light which emanates from that finer state of matter. The only difference between a person of this physical world and a soul from the spirit world in this way is the vibrational frequencies of both states of matter. This is one of the principle fundamentals, and one of the strongest pieces of evidence which confirms the proof of the continuity of life; once again, this is where spirit and Science merge as one.

Earth, water and air coincide with the 1st three states of matter; plasma is possibly that of fire.

All mediums seek communication with the finer vibrations of the spirit world and to do so they rely upon the chemical reaction of the different states of matter in the production of energy.

For anyone who has visited a demonstration of mediumship it will have been noted that, many mediums or Spiritualists in general, drink a lot of water during a service or demonstration of spirit communication. The body is made up of approximately 80% water, and if transformed, produces the energy like the form of electricity. This helps to establish and maintain a ‘link’ to the discarnate souls of the finer spirit waves of existence. Spirit communication is helped by the medium generating air and water in this way, simply by using the natural elements of the physical body. The more energy which a medium or channel can build up in this way, the better and longer they may use this energy. It is all achieved by allowing the states of matter to generate and vibrate at fine and subtle frequencies. This refines the thought energy of one-self and therefore helps one to merge with and sense the frequencies of the finer spirit planes.

As mankind and human consciousness evolve, it brings with it the knowledge that the many states of matter which make up the multidimensional worlds of existence, offer the potential for Divine creativity of Cosmic proportions.

MEANING AND PURPOSE

Everyone has a meaning and purpose to their life and existence.

That meaning is a spiritual reality to every soul, a reality that the reason of one’s journey on the earth is a spiritual journey. As ones soul awakens to spiritual truths, one begins to understand that life has a divine purpose. That we are all celestial souls and that there is more that the physical and material world which we view externally. The soul chose its pathway to bring light into the world, to bring knowledge and to gain knowledge. It chose the environment which, it was born into. It chose, with like minded souls, to undertake a purpose for its existence.

If destiny is in the present moment, then the collective vibrations and thoughts of those vibrations of ones consciousness are ones meaning and purpose.

Many times people ask what am I doing here what is the reason to all this. In the light of ones soul, within ones consciousness, are the answers. The light reflects to oneself what that meaning and purpose is. No-one can give it to you, no-one can say that this is your purpose or that is your purpose, you have to find it within the frequencies of your own thoughts. Although there is an overall picture that is of Light and Thought energy, the individual details of ones journey is for one to realise for oneself.

Accepting that one has a reason and purpose for being in existence is wonderful, it refreshes and invigorates oneself. It motivates and inspires. It moves one in harmony with ones vibrations of being.

Knowing that there is a meaning and purpose to ones life instils a sense of wonderment and amazement in one consciousness both, towards oneself and, towards the outside world.

MEDITATION

The relaxation of one’s being by altering ones state of mind. Meditation assists one’s awareness and helps the condition of the consciousness in a positive way. Meditation is extremely helpful to one’s Spiritual unfoldment and development.

Meditation offers awakening and the expansion of ones soul. It creates balance and stability for oneself and it helps to promote self-analysis, healing, channelling and awareness, the clearing of one’s stagnant and dogmatic emotions, Spiritual attunement and the ascension of ones consciousness.

The mind is always active, morning, noon and night; it is filled with Thoughts of hopes, dreams and wishes, concerns and considerations. Disturbed by its load, one’s consciousness seeks a time of stillness and peace, of rest from the never ending flow of Thoughts, many of which can be stressful, tiring and repetitive, Thoughts which linger and repeat themselves often for no clear and apparent reason. Memories from different times in one’s life, some of joy and happiness, some of sadness and remorse, the river of the mind can sometimes flood the barriers of emotions that one may wish to put up. Meditation can help ease and bring calm to one’s consciousness.

Meditation is a wonderful key to spirit.

There are many different ways to meditate. Stillness, focus, visualisation, healing. The most basic is to attune one’s consciousness with the rhythm and vibration of one’s breath and to harmonise with it.

Meditation can take the form of visualisations, of walks in the countryside, parks, lakes and woods. Rivers and oceans offer tranquillity, refreshment and cleansing, the mental journeying to mountains just to sit in peace and be quiet. Journeys to the stars, planets or out across the universe and to other dimensions of existence, all help promote Spiritual enlightenment and the well being of ones body, spirit and soul.

Meditation is for a person to gain the benefit of focus and understanding of their own world and the many worlds of existence. One’s guides and spirit helpers are always the best source of inspiration when one wishes to meditate, and often one’s guides will take a person on a Spiritual journey that they know will be of benefit for the individual and their present state of progress. Often a person may journey to the astral planes and speak and communicate with their loved ones, friends, guides and teachers of Spiritual knowledge.

Meditation offers the opportunity for one to attune with the Light of their consciousness, the Thoughts of their sub-consciousness and one’s soul consciousness.

Meditation offers confidence with humility. Humility without meditation creates insecurity.

One is wise to go with one’s own instinct and intuition during every meditation.

The single most important meditation is to attune with one’s own stillness.

Meditation gives information.

Stillness gives clarity.

MEDIUM

A medium is a channel of the energies of Spirit, Spiritualism and Spirituality. It is a person who communicates with souls on other planes and dimensions of existence and who, aspires to convey messages that are sent from those finer spirit planes to a person or persons here on the Earth plane

A medium is a go between, a middle link from one world of vibrational frequencies to another.

Spiritualist mediums are the souls who have developed their awareness of consciousness to give them the ability to attune their sensitivity to vibrational frequencies of other dimensions of existence. By altering their frequency of Thought and therefore their state of awareness, a medium may then attune their consciousness to the vibrational frequencies of the spirit dimensions.

Because we are of the spirit and within the spirit all people are mediums of the world of spirit.

Different mediums have different abilities such as those of: clairvoyance, clairaudience and clairsentience. Each ability enables the medium to communicate with spirit vibrations. Although the prominent and most frequently used of these abilities is clairsentience all mediums are sensitive to the others.

Most mediums attune their consciousness to the astral planes of existence. They convey the messages from loved ones, family and friends, who exist upon these planes but whom, constantly return close to the Earth plane to inspire upliftment, comfort, progress and enlightenment to those who remain here on the Earth.

All mediums work in their own particular manner. This is the beauty of diversity. And, because all people perceive and understand life in there own way, where their character and personality are born out of their perception and understanding, each medium is different. This can often be witnessed when, some of the wonderful facets of a medium’s character and personality shine through during a message.

The clarity of a message is dependent upon the clarity of the medium’s Thoughts and the medium’s ability to attune with the finest Thought vibrations of spirit energy. Stillness and meditation always enhance this, and it is the responsibility of the medium to prepare and build up there own energy level in this way, so that clear communication can take place.

Everything is becoming so refined by the thermodynamic process of the cosmos, that everyone, not just mediums, will be able to sense the discarnate souls from the many planes and dimensions of spirit.

The refined frequencies of Light that now begin to emanate offer the ascension of Thought for mediums and all other souls.

Note:

Mediums often ‘struggle’ with their ‘link’ and are not been able to obtain accurate information from the discarnate souls and wavelengths of consciousness of the finer vibrations of the spirit world.

This is because:

A)    The medium has not prepared and built up sufficient energy for the service.

B)    They have not altered or refined their state of consciousness, (the energy of Light from their own soul), and therefore, their frequency of Thought cannot attune with the finer frequencies of consciousness of the spirit planes.

C)    They are not open sufficiently enough to merge with the finer spirit realms.

D)    The medium is focused too much on the material and their mind is tuning into the energy in the room and the people in it, such as the people in the congregation or audience, and not the spirit vibrations, therefore, they are too grounded. In this instance, the medium is more connected with the earthly Thought vibrations than they are with the higher spiritual vibrations and discarnate souls.

E)    The medium allow themselves to get “pulled” or “drawn” by a person in the audience, congregation or circle who merely wants a message rather than needs a message.

F)     The energies and vibrations inside a church, centre or room that have amassed from previous meetings or circles, have not been cleared, therefore, causing the atmosphere within the church etc, to be heavy and dense, resulting in the messages lacking in accuracy, fluidity or indeed sincerity.

Again, one has to say that, it is the medium’s sole responsibility to ensure that their energies are built up, open and refined. If this is done then the medium will be able to overcome any of these conditions that may be present. If not then the messages and meeting will be of a low frequency and be jarred, the medium will then begin to make pieces of a message ‘fit’ and the recipient in return will not be enthusiastic about receiving or taking the message.

Detachment from a congregation and other people’s emotions helps in this area of Spiritual communication. Furthermore, it is fair to say that it is helpful if members of the audience or congregation do not ‘pull’ or ‘draw’ a medium to give them a message. There may be a person who is present that is in real need of a message, of upliftment or support from their family and loved ones or guides, who may be trying to get it through for them. The person then cannot receive it because people are ‘pulling’ the energies of the medium and therefore hindering the medium; this in turn hinders and blocks the communication from the spirit world. The opportunity to convey the message has then been lost and the soul in need has left a church feeling rejected, despondent, lonely and unloved. Ultimately it gets in the way of the work that the discarnate souls are trying to do to help all souls.

So often, one may witness many of these aspects taking place on the rostrums, platforms and in the open circles of spiritualism, lack of preparation and detachment is the reason for them.

All planes of existence are wavelengths of a particular frequency, the faster the wavelength the medium can attune within themselves’, the clearer the medium will be able to communicate.

MEDIUMSHIP

Communication of souls.

There are many forms of mediumship such as, clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, channelling, and trance, yet, when mediumship takes place, in minimum, it is a three-way soul communication between, a) The Discarnate Soul, b) The Medium, and c) The Incarnate Soul.

Often, what is passed of as a message from a discarnate soul is actually a psychic reading, it is the Thought energies of a member of a congregation, mixed with some information from the spirit world, and then given back to the member of the congregation.

And, it is always helpful that, one remembers and bears in mind, another soul’s emotions can be very raw and extremely fragile, more so during mediumship. The gravity of energy that is attached to a realisation often differs and can be of many vibrations and frequencies. Some realisations can be mild and of a gentle nature while others can be more intense and in some instances may lead to the person experiencing a Spiritual awakening of their soul consciousness.

A full and true realisation intensely caresses the soul of a person so that the individual may come into the Spiritual awareness of that particular vibration of Thought information. After an intense realisation one is fortunate that their sense of understanding then becomes more ascended and expanded.

Realisations are wonderful Spiritual events for any individual to encounter, they help the Light of one’s soul to grow and emanate brighter.

REINCARNATION

The belief that the soul has existed in a past or future life, and that it, or part of the soul consciousness, chooses to exist in this world at this present time.

In the case of reincarnation the reference is to one of repetition, the redoing or re-enacting by something or someone, in this instance, the soul.

The soul ‘just is’ therefore it is always incarnate wherever it is.

It appears that the soul has always existed and always shall. It is infinite. The soul has, and shall, continue to inhabit millions of different states of being, all for knowledge, understanding and the expansion of Divine Thought. Man cannot measure, nor calculate, with its present intellect, how old or how long the soul has existed for, or how long it will. Indeed, man is only now awakening to the acceptance of, and acknowledging that the soul actually exists.

Reincarnation does not occur specifically because one has to clear the negative energies of a past life; this is but a single particle of the reason for reincarnation. There are multitudes of other purposes. The essence of one’s soul is to be what it is, an emanation of pure consciousness. Reincarnation is to allow the knowledge of the Light of the soul and its consciousness just to be, with all its multifaceted array of colourful abilities of pure Thought to bring Light into the world.

When one speaks of an incarnate soul it is a reference to something or someone that is inside something, in this case, a soul that is in a physical body.

When one speaks of a discarnate soul it is a reference to something or someone which is outside or external to the physical body.

Having spoken on each one, one may wish to accept that all is incarnate wherever it is or indeed whatever it is and that ‘Time’ has been the link between all 3. ‘Time’ in the sense of the meaning that, the general consciousness of humanity associates with a principle of slow energy or frequency that is limited and restricted. So much so, that it prevents oneself from attuning with the finer and clearer energy or frequency of Thought where everything ‘just is’. Therefore, incarnate, discarnate, and reincarnate, only exist if one perceives the reality of the cosmos in this way of ‘Time’ energy.

Everything ’Just Is’.

RESCUE

Rescue is the assistance and helping of a soul who is upon a lower plane of existence so that they may get to the higher and purer realms of the spirit world.

A soul who is in need of rescuing is afflicted by the Thought energy of hurt, pain, suffering, guilt, fear, weakness and insecurity that has built up and amassed and not been cleared from around the Light of the soul. This type of energy may accumulate to such a degree that its force of gravity can be dark, and dense, to a point where it may hold a soul down. It can also be of grave and negative influence, not only for the soul what it is around but also for other souls who come into contact with it as it seeks to find its way onto the higher astral planes of existence and to ascend into the Light.

Although, it must be stated that the general masses of people, when taking their transition, go to the next higher plane of existence and are not subject to this type of experience.

Every soul is of Light, and every particle of Thought energy which is not utilised Spiritually, but ignored or suppressed by an individual builds up and remains within one’s aura. In layers around one’s soul, they are like blankets of dense energy, this in turn prevents the clarity of one’s Thoughts until it is worked through and cleared.

Rescue is one of the most important aspects, not only of spiritualism but also for mankind and the world as a whole. Many people of the world have taken, and continue to take their transition through conditions or circumstances that are quite tragic and negative in their nature and they wait upon the lower vibrations until they can overcome their afflictions.

Unlike the average person who is of a well balanced state of mind, and who has not undergone anguish and trauma of an intense nature, these souls are held down by the gravity of their own thoughts. And until they can find the strength within themselves, or be helped by others to clear some of this painful Thought energy from around them, they are indeed suffering terribly.

It is of important awareness to know that the Light that is generated by a Spiritual circle attracts souls from the higher, purer and finer and dimensions of the spirit world, yet, it also attracts souls from the lower astral planes who are in need of rescuing. And, the Light of a Spiritual circle offers those souls the opportunity to be guided onto the finer vibrations of spirit.

Rescue occurs at every Spiritual circle and 95% of the time it occurs without the circle leader or sitters being aware of it.

If one contemplates doing rescue work one should be aware that some of the energy around a lost soul might be extremely powerful. It is energy that can be heavy in its density and negative in its nature, more so if it has built up over a period of time.

It is important that a soul who is in need of rescue be sent Thoughts of Angelic guidance, Thoughts of love, gentleness, strength, and Spiritual inspiration so that they may enter the freedom, the healing, and the warm compassion of the higher vibrations of the spirit world. And, that they are not judged, criticised, condemned or sent any negative Thoughts, quite the opposite.

Silence offers the acceptance of life and the doorway to dimensions of greater understanding.

Silence is a beauty within every living anatomy.

Silence helps ones mind to cope with all the transmissions that are attuned to or picked up in today’s world.

It reenergises, it revitalises and stimulates the faster frequencies of ones Thoughts so that clarity in any given situation may be found. If one faces a dilemma, silence helps to find the solution. If one wishes to be able to breathe a little better, silence gives that space with which to do so. If one asks a question of life it is silence where the answer can be found.

Silence is the light that shines on all things. It is an illumination of clarity for ones consciousness.

SIMPLICITY

Simplicity is the clearest, purest or finest energy of an individual’s consciousness.

Simplicity is always according to one’s own perception, understanding and awareness. One’s own sense of simplicity is different to others. What may be simple for one person may not be simple to another.

If one prevents one’s mind from becoming clouded by complicated Thought processes then simplicity of Thought can come to the fore.

The finer the frequency of Thought energy that one’s consciousness attunes with the finer one’s simplicity is. Simplicity of Thought helps one’s Spiritual awareness. If one keeps things simple then one’s journey or pathway also becomes simple.

SOUL

The essence of oneself.

The essence of one’s being as a whole. God, Divine or Pure Thought. The soul is an energy of Cosmic Consciousness All people have a soul, it is the consciousness of each individual, it emanates within and around the physical body and it is the Thought energy, which gives intellect to the individual. It is the Christ Consciousness within all human beings.

All souls are of Pure Thought and all souls are Light in their essence.

The soul is eternal, ever growing and continuously expanding. It can never be destroyed. Its food is knowledge.

The principle of life is to allow the Light, knowledge, and expansion of one’s soul to be enhanced.

The soul vibrates at many wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of Thought. And, by allowing one’s soul energy to emanate into one’s present consciousness the flow and outpouring of Light of an individual can, and will, be immense.

The intelligence of one’s soul is gained by the experiences and events that are accumulated by the many lifetimes through various incarnations, possibly in many wonderful existences of Cosmic dimensions.

The soul is existing simultaneously on many planes and dimensions of reality and, the frequencies and wavelengths of Thought energy, which emanate from these planes and dimensions of existence feed knowledge and information to one’s soul at various levels of consciousness. All the information ever gained by the individual and the experiences of events, which one’s soul has encountered, are stored in the memory of one’s soul.

The soul is like a candle Light, encased within the physical body. Often the physical energies are like a towel placed around a light, it can prevent the freedom of movement of the waves of energy, which the soul emanates. As each realisation or lesson of this world is acknowledged, a layer of Thought around the soul is pealed back allowing the Light of consciousness to shine with a greater intensity and clarity.

Thought energy, once again, if left unattended, unused or ignored, act as layers of ignorance in ones mind, blacking out the Light of one’s soul and its consciousness.

Dense and negative energies cloud the soul and prevent awareness, creating fear, stagnation, hurt and insecurity, this results and leads to blocks in an individual’s development. Yet if channelled appropriately and respectfully, negative energy helps the soul to expand in knowledge. By chemically reacting the negative and positive Thought energy that is around one’s soul, produces new Thought energy and can be utilised Spiritually for the individual.

Understanding, perception, Spiritual truth, logical and emotional balance, healing abilities, intuition, psychic sensitivity, and one’s channel as a whole is greatly enhanced when the Light of one’s soul is allowed it’s freedom of emanation. All aspects of one’s life benefit by this.

The more freedom which the soul has, the greater its illumination, the greater its illumination the more freedom it will seek. This is the growth and progress of the soul.

If one recognises that one is a soul and that the soul is of Light, one recognises that all other people and their souls are also of Light. This is a door to spirituality.

All souls are connected to the consciousness of Divine Thought.

SPIRIT

Spirit is the energy generated by, and permeating from, the Divine source of the Whole, Divine Thought. Everything that exists, exists within the spirit. It is the breath of the Universe and cosmos.

Spirit is a multidimensional orbit of existence, which is made up of and, eternally producing, countless numbers of wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of energy.

The spirit encompasses all existence, it is the divine emanation which allows life to come into being so that whatever, and where ever, all life may be.

All worlds, dimensions, and planes of existence exist upon or within, a Spiritual wave of energy. The earth exists upon and within one or many of these Spiritual waves or frequencies of energy.

The spirit is continuously generating and expanding through chemical reaction, transformation, and renewal. There is no end or beginning to the spirit, it is eternally breathing in and breathing out, the ebb and flow of the wave of life reveals and confirms this. The spirit is stillness and motion, matter and anti matter, everything and nothing, illusion and yet reality. The spirit is all these and infinitely much more. The spirit    ‘Just is’.

All the functions known to man are uniquely of the spirit. It is the life force that allows all people to exist and function throughout their daily life’s, from thinking, walking, eating, and sleeping to every breath that one takes, all is of a vibrational wave of spirit energy. It is within and permeating all around, channelled daily, every breath of the spirit may be used in accordance with ones consciousness.

As one acknowledges and accepts that one is existing in the vibrational wave of spirit in the present of the here and now, and, the more spirit that one consciously breaths in, the more enlightened (by the appropriate means of positive Thought and deed), will the individual become. The use and utilisation of the breathe of the spirit is dependant upon how one transforms the energy in accordance with one’s own conscience. By positively channelling its energy, its life force, its conscious intelligence of eternal knowledge, one’s soul progresses and expands.

Spirit offers a person comfort and peace, its Light projects and promotes security and strength, confidence and respect, it is a lake of tranquillity that gives clarity and insight, vision and wisdom, patience and calm, hope and redemption. The spirit is the majesty of creation gently blowing truths of eternal life.

No person has the monopoly over spirit or Spiritual gifts, all is offered in accordance with the consciousness of Divine Thought.

When a medium, channel or psychic say’s that they are communicating with spirit, they are in fact communicating with a discarnate soul, which is made up of spirit, through spirit, by the use of spirit energy to do so.

Always encouraged by spirit guides and Angels of Light for good and positive purposes and when activated by the principal of one’s Thought energy through the senses, the spirit illuminates the Light of God.

To be awake to the spirit is to be alive. If one is not awake then one is asleep to God’s beautiful and Celestial emanation.

SPIRITUALISM

Spiritualism is the philosophical education system for souls who wish to seek and question further their understanding of life, its workings and its meaning. It is a school of global Thought that reflects the conscious reality of a Divine Intelligence and, as a school of Thought it acts as a prism for the energy of spirit.

Spiritualism is the mass movement of spirit knowledge. It is represented by people who, as ambassadors, channel and use the energies of spirit positively and progressively to aid the growth and well being of themselves, others, and one could say, the planet as a whole.

Spiritualism is a type of ‘sorting office’ where people who wish to expand their understanding of life can attune with the energies and vibrations of the spirit so that they may utilise and transform this energy into conscious and intelligent information about existence and its reality. One may decode, decipher and decide what relevance that information is in accordance with one’s own intelligence, wants, needs, yearnings and aspirations. As a ‘sorting office’, spiritualism reflects to this world the knowledge and information from the other worlds and dimensions of finer vibrations of spirit.

One could also say that spiritualism is a ‘collection point’, a place to pick up the philosophy and knowledge, or a ‘data-bank’ of spirit information. Many people from all walks of life, all types of professions, have found some of the answers to their questions through spiritualism.

Any information that mediums, psychics and channels offer through the movement of spiritualism can be dissected, decoded and digested by the individual who is fortunate enough to receive such information from spirit.

Spiritualism has a broader concept to it than is generally acknowledged. It’s history, past and future are infinite, it’s meaning, one of Divine continuity, it’s embrace, for all or any whom wish, desire or who are in need.

In a certain perception of Thought, one may see that spiritualism is an umbrella for humanity. Anyone who works with love in their heart and compassion in their mind for the betterment of themselves and the world is working for the pure Light of Divine spirit. No one is outside of this movement.

Spiritualism has one commonly held principle, the knowledge that life continues after the decay of the physical body.

In a general sense, spiritualism as a movement of belief also accepts that the ‘After life,’  ‘spirit world,’ or ‘Heavenly Realm’ is somewhat more harmonious, loving and brighter than this physical world. And, that the spirit World or Heavenly realm is a land of peace and tranquillity, a world without war, hatred, pain, and suffering.

Spiritualism promotes and encourages the Light of the world to grow – it seeks not gratitude or appreciation for doing so, for its humility is of pure grace. As a movement or educational system it does not force or manipulate any person to believe in, or conform to the spirit.

Ones free will is of paramount importance. It is sanctioned by God’s will.

Spiritualism offers enlightenment and insight to many truths that await acknowledgement. Truths that are of great simplicity and so special for the world. Truths that offer hope for everyone and, hope for the world itself. It offers freedom, a freedom, which tells mankind that it may stretch its wings and soar to the heights of greater understanding. An understanding that there is a reason to everything which unfolds in the world, whatever the hardship, anguish, or pain that one may have to endure as a compassionate human being.

Spiritualism itself is a medium, a go-between of spirit and spirituality and as a medium; spiritualism always inspires the positive Thought to be the principle of spirituality.

SPIRITUALITY

Spirituality is the positive action of Spirit and Spiritualism. The positive use of Pure Thought.

A principle of life is the using of creative spirit energy.

When information that emanates from spiritualism is received, studied, dissected and absorbed, the next stage is to put into action that knowledge of spirit energy by the act of spirituality. Love, understanding, patience, tolerance, kindness, empathy, compassion, fairness and equality, etc, all are aspects of positive progression, and when placed into ‘practical deeds’ they are acts of spirituality.

It is important that the 3 energies of Spirit – Spiritualism – Spirituality are unified and in harmony with each other so that the circle of life and its fluidity is one of Divine continuity. By the act of spirituality, one is helping the 3 energies to unify in this way and positivity is greatly enhanced, bringing Spirit – Spiritualism – Spirituality to merge in unison.

A time of contemplation and reflection for oneself is helpful as one builds their energy of spirituality. Only by using positively and practically can one create a solid and substantial foundation of truth and understanding for oneself. Responsibility is important when channelling these energies, internally through personal use and externally with others.

By absorbing these energies and not putting them into action there is discord in the important link between the 3, this will create stagnation and imbalance within a person, which in turn leads to stress and anxiety. When one is awakened to the spirit, the fluidity of all 3 energies is of immense benefit for oneself and humanity.

The wonder of the world is such that, the Light of Spirit – Spiritualism – Spirituality promote a harmonious circle of Light, as this takes place on a regular basis then shall the Light of the world truly shine.

The greater the action principle is attuned with, the more clarity and awareness of the individual. The greater the fluidity, the greater intuition will become and, intuition of a Spiritual kind will help guide mankind towards a future filled with spirituality.

All people of the world are joined to these 3 energies. It is a link, which is inherent within all life. This is the beauty of existence; all are joined to the Divine Source. The peoples of the world are a collective mass of souls, souls whose purpose is of a majestic cause.

The Angels of Light truly shine to inspire all souls to the great truth of Spirit – Spiritualism – Spirituality.

Every soul is a medium to all other souls, forming a great prism of Celestial Light. It’s immense and glorious colours await to be acknowledged and channelled. Truly it is a gift to humanity.

SPONTANEOUS HUMAN COMBUSTION

The overheating of a physical body by its physical, mental and Spiritual bodies. It takes the form of an explosion, yet is an implosion of internal energies.

SYMBOLISM

Images pictures and Thoughts used to represent an aspect of an individual’s life and life in general.

The use of symbolic messages is commonplace within spiritualism. Symbols are received by a medium or channel from discarnate souls on the finer vibrations of the spirit planes and offered to a receptive audience in the form of symbolic messages. The Spiritual Guides see, that by the projection of a symbol representing an aspect of an individual’s life into a medium’s or channels Thoughts, as an easy way of Spiritual communication, so that the individual may be guided and inspired to continue positively on their journey of soul progress.

All aspects of life and the environment which life is made up of may be used as a means to convey a symbolic message during a Spiritual meeting. For example: if a medium receives an image of calm waters, symbolically it represents that an aspect of an individual’s life may be calm and peaceful at that time. If the waters are not calm, but tumultuous and choppy, then aspects of an individuals life may be in a state of disruption or the individual may be feeling all at sea with themselves due to certain aspects of their life.

These are some more examples of symbols and what they may represent and, as with all things there is a positive and a negative angle to them, therefore, one’s sense of simplicity, understanding and compassion should be used when dealing with or using symbolism.

Clock = time:

a) – An individual may be rushing about in their life and may need to slow down and give a little of their time to themselves.

b) – An individual may have more time than they realize to achieve their goal or aim in life.

Vehicle = body:

a) – This may represent that one‘s body is in need of some care and attention in some way.

b) – An individual may have a concern about their state of health, when in fact their health may be fine and the concern is unfounded.

Forests and trees:

a)     – An individual may be searching for a particular answer to a question in their life and cannot find it; this could represent the individual may not been able to see the wood for the trees.

b)           – On the other hand the symbols of forests and trees can represent that a person may live next to, or near, a forest, or even often go for walks through the trees.

Glass with water – This often represents an individual’s level of energy,

a)  – If the image is of a half filled glass of water, it can represent that the individual needs to re-energize themselves before their level of energy drops any further and the individual may then cause harm to themselves by being depleted.

b)  – If the glass is overflowing with water, then it may be that the individual has an excess of energy and may choose to Spiritually, channel some of it.

Places, Locations – Towns, Cities and Countries,

Often if a place of location is seen or sensed by a medium or channel then the individual whom it is for will be connected in some way to that particular place,

a) – The individual may have visited it.

b) – The individual knows of someone, such as, a relative, friend or someone else who either lives there, or who has visited the location.

c) – The individual may be visiting that particular place in the future.

Colours represent many aspects of spirit, if a medium receives a particular colour it can be symbolic of many things.

The sensation that one has a physical illness or disability and even an amputation of a limb is used for symbolic purposes.

Symbolism is often used as a means of confirmation. If an individual has experienced something of a Spiritual nature, such as seeing or sensing a discarnate soul, a loved one or friend who has passed to the world of spirit, then the spirit guides will often use symbolism as a means to confirm this for the individual. This will also be for the purpose of encouragement so that the individual concerned may recognise and accept that they have the ability to perceive the spirit vibrations in this way and hopefully will develop it.

When a medium or channel receives a symbol during a Spiritual meeting, it may be required that the symbol needs to be offered to a person in its most simple form, in the form in which it has been received and no other. No interpretation or explanation is either necessary or required, for example: a flower such as a single red rose is, a single red rose, and nothing else. It may be the one piece of evidence that a person has waited a very long time for and if it is given in any other form other than a single red rose it may not be accepted as the evidence, which the person has waited for.

The Spiritual Guides are aware and know the Thought vibrations of an individual. They know how an individual is going to perceive and understand that which is presented to them, and if it is not given with the same accuracy and precision in which it is received from the Spiritual Guides, it is then marred or tainted in some way.

It is always wise to offer the information, and if one is inspired by the Spiritual Guides to interpret it then to do so but, if an interpretation is not inspired from the Spiritual Guides, it is for a specific reason or purpose and it should not be done.

Symbolism relies upon perception:

a) Of the person for whom it is for.

b) Of the medium or channel who receives it.

Symbolism, if for oneself, should only and always be perceived by one’s own understanding, and by doing this, it will help one to remain clear in Thought whilst progressing Spiritually.

Symbolism is a wonderful gift of consciousness, and if it is used with the simplicity in which it emanates, it can illuminate the Light of any, and all souls.

Spirit, Spiritualism and Spirituality as a whole, is a teaching system for all souls.

Life is filled with a multitude of many forms of teachings of existence. The consciousness of the Whole emanates infinite teachings and every soul emanates according to their vibration of knowledge, therefore, teaching’s that a soul receives or emanates, is in accordance with their own vibrational frequency of consciousness.

Spiritual Guides, Celestial beings and Angels of Light offer the world an absolutely phenomenal amount of teachings which are always for the expansion of one’s soul and its understanding, wisdom and love of life.

An open mind can both receive and transmit many wavelengths of consciousness, each containing various vibrations of teachings.

One must always go with ones own understanding of their own teachings. Teachings are always in accordance with the vibration of one’s understanding. When the soul has sufficient teachings to expand and ascend to a new vibration of Thought it may do so. There is no end to the teachings of life because life is a continuous cycle of knowledge.

All teachings are gained through experience. It is best if one experiences the teaching for oneself, but ultimately if one has received teachings and uses them with wisdom it is still a positive attribute. As each new teaching is received and absorbed the individual’s vibration of consciousness is transformed and a new sense of equilibrium takes place. This process is occurring constantly to all souls.

The equality of existence promotes the philosophy of: “When the teacher is ready, the pupil will come,” not just: ”When the pupil is ready, the teacher will come.”

There are many teaching’s that appear to conflict with other teaching’s, this is because the sense of simplicity and perception of knowledge of one soul may be of a different wavelength of Thought energy to another. This is not chaos; this is the beauty of diversity.

The Cosmic existence eternally permeates and reflects teachings on many wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of Divine Thought, on all levels of life, from the physical reality of matter upon this 3^rd dimensional vibration of existence to the dimensions beyond.

The Spiritual Guides and inspirers wish to convey the teachings of their perception to this dimension so that the souls of humanity may progress Spiritually. Yet it is always left with the individual for themselves to put into action any teachings which are received.

TELEPATHY

Thought Communication. The ability to communicate mind to mind through Thought waves.

Telepathy is a natural ability and all people have the ability. Telepathy can take place when one’s consciousness is open, clear and of a particular sensitivity so that one may receive the Thought vibrations which another soul may send.

All mediumship is achieved by the sensing of Thought vibrations. The discarnate souls upon the finer spirit planes communicate between themselves and people of the earth plane by the process of telepathy. When a medium, channel or psychic conducts a Spiritual service they are doing so by the use of the psychic faculty of the mind to attune with the vibrations of Thought energy of other souls. This is a form of telepathy.

One could say that all communication takes place by the means of telepathy because all energy is of the Divine consciousness of Thought.

The energy that is presently emanating upon the earth plane is of a particular vibrational frequency. As the cycle of evolution continues to turn and if the frequencies of thought are utilised to a greater degree, telepathy will become commonplace and shall eventually be the basic form of global communication.

Responsibility is of the utmost importance if one is wishing to develop the ability of telepathy, Thought is a living energy therefore one must respect any Thoughts that one may send or project externally.

THIRD EYE

A centre of consciousness or window of visualisation positioned slightly above the centre of the eyes.

The third eye is a vortex of energy that is generally recognised as the 6th chackra and associated with the colour indigo, although the colours of the chackras are interpreted by one’s own personal perception.

The third eye centre is very prominent at this time of mankind’s awakening to spirituality. There is a great deal of activity taking place at this part of the human body. Importantly, this area is very strongly connected to ones consciousness and Thought energy.

Energies and images from 4th dimensional frequencies and beyond may be experienced if one meditates or attunes at this point of their being.

Thought is fluid, yet stable and fixed, it is still, yet in motion, it is all the elements of creation and creation itself. It moves in waves yet it is tranquillity itself, the question to life is Thought and yet Thought holds the answer. Thought is good and bad, life and death, order and chaos. All is of, joined to, merged with, and emanating from, the Divine consciousness of Thought.

The emotions are of Thought, the Logic is of Thought, the character, personality and perception is of Thought, Thought comes before anything. Love and hate cannot exist without first having the Thought.

Thought waves dictate the intelligence or ignorance of each soul. Every Thought inspires and reflects what a person may or may not understand both the intellect and ignorance are represented by the many wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of Thought.

One does not act in any way whatsoever without first having the Thought to do so, no senses can sense without the Thought, the eyes cannot see without the Thought, the mouth cannot speak without the Thought, the body cannot be animated without the Thought. One cannot feel without first having the Thought to feel. The Thought is the essence of all existence.

The contents and all the chapters of this book are energy, it is Thought energy. For example; you are thinking about reading this book and these words therefore energy is involved in that Thought, an energy which allows you to read the words, to think to read the words, this is the Divine Thought, the consciousness of the Whole, that which allows everything to be.

The collective energy of the Whole breathes life into all things, governed and determined by one’s consciousness and one’s sense of conscience, all Thoughts manifest in the way the individual soul relates to existence.

Thought is a living energy, what an individual thinks can ultimately only be used Spiritually. If it is not used and utilised it stays within the individual’s aura, goes out into the world, or rests upon the planes of the ether, until the time when the individual transforms the energy and uses it for a Spiritual purpose.

The 7 bodies are made up of a collective mass of wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of energy and they too are of Thought, therefore all the energy of them also needs care and attention. Meditation is helpful in every way. It helps an individual maintain their sense of equilibrium and clarity of Thought.

One of the most special aspects of Thought is pure intuition, the purer the vibration of Thought which an individual is attuned with, the greater their sense of intuition.

Spirit, spiritualism and spirituality are of the Divine Thought. Spiritual knowledge and Spiritual awareness emanate from Divine Thought.

When an individual senses and attunes with the finer vibrations of the spirit they do so by the means of Thought. The souls on the finer dimensions do the same, all is Thought.

The aim and purpose of life is to bring the Light of Divine Thought into the world, to enable Divine spirituality to emanate and illuminate all souls so the Celestial Will and Pure Thought of every soul may shine in the cosmos.

THOUGHT is the Whole Consciousness of THOUGHT itself.

TIME

On a Cosmic scale, this 3^rd dimensional reality of life is measured by time energy. This is because time energy is of a long and slow wavelength, but in the finer spirit dimensions there is no time energy. Time does not exist because the wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations which emanate in the finer spirit planes are much shorter and faster, so in comparison, time energy is too slow, therefore it is too dense and cannot exist in the finer spirit vibrations.

The energy of time limits the emanation and freedom of one’s Thought. As one’s Thought vibration becomes finer, faster and more clear, the time vibration can no longer keep up to the ratio of the consciousness, This gives the sense of reality of timelessness.

Time is relative to Thought.

TRANCE

Trance occurs when a discarnate soul inhabits the body of a medium.

In spiritualism, trance is used for the purpose of Spiritual communication so that philosophy, teachings, guidance and inspiration, can be conveyed to sitters on a physical level and in a clear manner.

There are many states of trance, for example:

DEEP TRANCE

When a mediums body and consciousness is taken over by a discarnate soul, to such an extent, that the medium is no longer conscious of this physical world.

MILD TRANCE

When a discarnate soul is allowed by a medium to enter a part of their aura and physical body to such an extent that the discarnate soul may use the consciousness of the medium to communicate. The medium in this instance is to a degree, still aware of the communication that takes place.

SHALLOW TRANCE

When a medium allows their finer vibrations of consciousness to be used by a discarnate soul from a distance. Inspirational speaking can occur when a medium is in Shallow Trance.

All Trance is achieved when a medium or channel enters into an altered state of consciousness.

Note:

There are many subtleties to Trance. Some discarnate souls who communicate through an entranced medium often use and speak in the dialect of their native tongue, the language they used when they were on the earth plane. Others speak in broken English, and at some stages of development, some souls can speak in the normal voice of the medium.

During a sitting of trance, the people present may be aware of the changes to the atmosphere in the room.

If an individual is open and has the ability to sense spirit vibrations, they will be able to sense the vibrations of the discarnate soul as it enters the aura and the body of the medium. They will also be able to sense the waves of vibrations which emanate from the discarnate soul as it enters further and further, until it is in sufficiently enough to communicate. The process of sensing the waves of consciousness and the Light that emanates from a discarnate soul can be a joy to experience. As the discarnate soul draws closer into this physical environment the waves move outwards so that most or all of the sitters who are present can feel the love which permeates and radiates from the aura of the discarnate soul.

Physical changes can take place to the medium’s body when Trance occurs, such as guttural noises coming from the medium’s throat, the face becoming distorted or altering shape or the body shifting slightly. These are kept to the minimum and are only done while a discarnate soul attunes to, and acclimatises with, the energies of the medium.

A vibration change is the alteration and transformation of the individual’s energies as a whole. This is done so that the individual may realign to new states of consciousness.

A vibration change is the attunement from an individual’s present wavelength, frequency and vibration of Thought (consciousness), to another wavelength, frequency and vibration of Thought.

A vibration change is brought about by the emanations of wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations that eternally permeate from the Divine Thought of the Whole. As these waves of Divine consciousness wash across the cosmos, all life is transformed by them, all worlds, planets, solar systems, dimensions and planes of existence are affected by these wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of Thought energy.

The Earth is a particle of Thought that also emits waves of consciousness.

The soul of each individual is a particle of Divine Thought and as the waves of the universe and cosmos constantly expand, every soul constantly expands also, yet it can only do so by the means of a change to its vibrational ratio. Because the soul is within and around the physical body, the body also is affected, furthermore, because there are an initial 7 bodies of energy to each individual soul, these too, and their emanating frequencies, are all affected by a Vibration Change. One could say that the Body, spirit and soul and all their relative bodies as a whole, undergoes a transformation every time there is a Vibration Change.

Vibration Changes are constant.

The purpose of a Vibration Change ultimately is to generate and illuminate the Light of consciousness.

A Vibration Change is an intricate part of evolution and reality. They represent evolution itself, constantly transforming and transmutating all energy.

With each Vibration Change, one’s consciousness expands, allowing the soul of the individual to be more open and understanding of life and also to enable an individual to become more conscious of their own soul energy and its emanation. When a vibration change takes place all the wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of energy of an individual are affected, bringing about an ascension of ones consciousness to a higher and more refined degree.

The finer the frequency of one’s consciousness, the greater one understands the order and simplicity of the cosmos and Divine Thought.

A Vibration Change constantly, and often dramatically, affects an individual’s emotional frequency. This is because the waves of Cosmic Thought emanate and move at a constant. The present wave of emotional energy across the world is of a particular frequency, but as all wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations are continuously becoming more refined and purer, this represents a general or collective theme of Vibrational Changes that is affecting the emotions of all souls on the planet.

Now is the time when all souls are awakening to the Light of spirit, and as the energy of one’s soul attunes with the Cosmic waves of change, the energy of one’s soul sends vibrations to the fore of one’s consciousness. The individual then feels the effects of these waves of energy, although at first they are not clearly defined, there is a distinct pattern to them and all people are affected in the same way.

Vibration Changes effect and alter an individual’s perception on life, one’s belief, faith, sense of tradition, habit and even materialistic values which one may have, all become refined and often lose their sense of worth during a Vibration Change. This is a type of refinement, even a purifying of one’s Thoughts.

A Vibration Change can last a number of days or a few weeks. It is dependent upon and according to, each individual soul and their own attunement with the energies of consciousness. The more open ones energies are to the wavelengths of the cosmos, the more consciously can one feel the affects of a Vibration Change. Yet as evolution continues, Vibration Changes will become consciously constant.

Vibration Changes are to refine a persons energies so that the spirituality of one’s nature comes to the fore, but during a Vibration Change one may find themselves becoming agitated, irrational and feel that their life’s are unbalanced and chaotic. Thoughts of anxiety, fear and loneliness one moment, followed by Thoughts and feelings of great love and compassion for oneself, others and the world as a whole, the next, all are signs of a Vibration Change. During a Vibration Change one will lack motivation, inspiration, even self discipline, after which, one may sense that they are filled and bursting with energy, sensing that they are rejuvenated and on a high. Often one’s sense of intuition is heightened, the close sensing of spirit guides is clearer, the energy of one’s instinct is sharper and the Spiritual abilities of a medium, channel or psychic are stronger. Even Thoughts of heavenly and celestial realms come into the awareness and surface of one’s consciousness. These are all due to the refinement and Light energy that a Vibration Change brings about.

As one encounters a Vibration Change there are prominent signs that one may wish to be aware of, by been aware of them an individual can be more stabilised and cope better with them. One is free to ignore this information, but rest assured, change is constant, therefore one learns how to swim or surf the waves of Divine Thought, or one is washed away with the tide until the next wave washes across life.

It is important to say at this point that, a Vibration Change, although for the purpose and benefit of expanding one’s consciousness and, to help bring about an Angelic and Spiritual awareness to the souls of mankind. It is also bringing a mass of emotional energy to the surface of the world. Present global affairs not only reflect this, but solidly confirm it. Detachment, regular space and time to oneself or meditation will help one from becoming too affected by these energies.

Stillness is the best energy to which to attune with when one is experiencing or encountering a Vibration Change. Stillness will help oneself to maintain a degree of stability and peace. Vibration Changes are the Cosmic oscillations of the wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations that are emitted by Divine Thought, like a wave, one needs to ride them. They are the ebb and flow of life.

VISION

Seeing a particular event, situation or image.

Most if not all Visions represent a Spiritual message. They are signs of inspiration for the individual who experiences them. They reflect the individuals Light to sense images or events of the environment and dimensions of life.

There are different times when people experience visions, for some it may be during meditation for others it may be during sleep-state. A vision may occur during an altered state of consciousness when an individual is in a state of ecstasy or when an individual is feeling at a very low ebb in their life or are in need of Spiritual upliftment. A Vision depends upon the Thought frequencies of ones consciousness at that particular moment in time.

A vision is often in the form of a Spiritual image and many visions are associated with Angels and Spiritual Beings and are so moving that they can change a person’s faith or belief to such a degree that one’s life can change forever.

One cannot put into physical language the sensation of love and Divine Thought that one may experience and be embraced by during a Vision, some are so enthralling that they may captivate one’s soul with a wonderful Angelic presence.

If an individual experiences Visions on a regular basis it is wise to keep a record of them because there will be a Spiritual purpose for them, even if the individual is not aware of the reason for them.

Because the past, present and future exist in the moment of the here and now, it is possible for an individual who wishes to experience a vision to prepare and alter their frequency of Thought and attune to some of the energies of life and other dimensions.

VISUALISATION

Visualisation is used for many purposes. Like meditation, one can visualise pleasant scenes or images of life to help ones mind to relax and become calm. One is helped greatly by the activation of visualisation.

One’s sense of spirituality is illumined and progress can be enjoyed by Visualisation.

Focus – One’s state of consciousness is helped by focusing onto an object, to visualise an object one can discipline one’s consciousness helping it to strengthen and become clear and balanced.

Healing – If one wishes to receive or send healing Thoughts then one should visualise upon that part of their body which is in need of healing and focus upon it and send Light and a Thought of healing to it. If one sends healing to another soul then one will visualise that other soul, focusing upon them and send Light and the healing Thoughts. The same can be said if one wishes to focus upon a particular place.

The frequencies of ones aura and chackras can be utilised by visualising upon them.

Much Spiritual work is achieved by visualisation, the Spiritual Guides use this energy of their consciousness to help them draw close to the Earth plane and to remain close so that they may guide and inspire the souls of the Earth plane. Will is the energy of Divine Thought that allows everything and existence to be.  Space, Time, Energy and Matter all exist by the Will that emanates from the Divine Thought.

Will is the generating force that allows the projection of life, the emotions of love and the compassion of the spirit. AGENDAS

The essence of any spiritual group is Light. And, however one may perceive it to be, the Light of the whole, is the cause for each group. When an individual sits for spirit, a light emanates, when groups of people sit for spirit, a light emanates. It is this light which then emanates out into the world and therefore bringing enlightenment to the world.

The following agendas are guidelines for spiritual advancement. They are for both, the individual who wishes to sit alone, or for groups of people, who wish to advance their understanding of spiritual matters, such as, spiritual communication, channelling and meditations etc. They are also an aid to help the individual to establish contact with their Spiritual Guides and Guardian Angels. These agendas have been put in the book to hopefully inspire people to unfold their spiritual abilities.

The discarnate souls of the finer vibrations of life, love to attend and play a part in the spiritual development of people. They are always present, whether it be on an individual basis or on a group basis. They dedicate their thoughts to the group and the sitters within it. Most importantly, they reflect back to the sitters that which is already within ones soul, all the qualities and capabilities of consciousness. The discarnate souls offer strength, courage, motivation and a sense of pride to the sitter, informing them, inspiring them, to allow and let their Light emanate and shine.

Many people appear to be under the impression that a spiritual group may only happen or take place in an environment such as a Spiritualist church or centre. This is not always the case, a group may take place or be held anywhere, outside on a sunny day in ones garden, at ones home, or indeed at a Spiritualist church or centre, As long as it is conducted with love and compassion, in a respectful manner and, is for the reasons of Spiritual unfoldment, then the location for a Spiritual group is not important. Although most groups do take place within the churches and centres of spiritualism there are many home circles now being conducted. If a group of friends wish to form and sit in their own spiritual group then they should, by all means do so. The discarnate souls in the finer vibrations of the spirit world will guide and encourage them to do so.

Spiritual groups are to be enjoyed. They are a communion of Light, and as such, the information and Light that permeates in Spiritual groups is a joy. There can be a feeling of oneness and a bonding between both the sitters and, the souls who visit a group from the higher spirit planes. A group may inspire many things, the expansion of consciousness, a time of release and comfort, a time of work and unfoldment or, a time to discuss and debate the philosophy of spiritual matters. Whatever the reason one sits for, it is always for progress, to move forward with the Light and the Light of ones Soul. This is the journey of enlightenment which every soul is walking.

The reason for incorporating agendas into ones spiritual development is for the purpose of clarity. For instance; many centres or churches of spiritual development do have groups but do not have clearly defined agendas in those spiritual development groups. By not incorporating agendas into the groups, the churches and centres of spiritualism become repetitive, chaotic and lacking in positive fluidity, slowing ones development considerably and keeping everyone going around in circles. This creates confusion for people as to what stage of spiritual development they are at.

An agenda offers people the opportunity to move through spiritual knowledge in ‘stages’ or ‘vibrations’ of Thought energy. It can be looked at in terms of the stages of educational advancement ie, infants, juniors, seniors, college and university etc. One may also view the various areas of spiritualism as one would view the different areas of learning at school ie, Maths, English, Geography etc. All are under the one umbrella of education but they are different subjects and different levels.

Often people go in one group and are taught a mix of spiritual teachings, this is fine if the group is set up to work in this way, but it does not always offer clarity of ones stages of development. Sometimes people already have the knowledge of different areas of spiritualism and spiritual awareness such as, auras, chackras and colours etc, but, for their next stage of spiritual progress they may wish only to learn mediumship and the various aspects that are connected to mediumship, yet to do so, often the only group which is available to them may be going through the aspects of teaching about the aura, chackras and colours again. This is not much help to people if they already have this knowledge nor is it helpful, to the spiritual guides; it means that they have to keep going over old ground. It is ok when one is inspired by ones spiritual guides or if oneself wishes to do this, but, it is not ok when it is the churches or centres idea to impose this upon people. It can cause stagnation to ones development. By sorting the groups out and offering these types of clearly defined agendas, the Spiritual churches and centres are helping the people who wish to develop and expand their light and, spiritual awareness. Also, they are assisting the discarnate souls from the higher vibrations of life in maintaining the fluidity of the wavelengths of knowledge from the Spirit world to the people here on earth who, in turn wish to maintain fluidity to their spiritual development in order to continue the work of Light in our world. So it is best if spiritual teachings are conducted in the form of clear tiers or layers of development, this is one of the most effective ways of bringing the light of thought into these planes of existence.

Most people go into a spiritual group with the right intentions and the purpose of advancing their spiritual awareness and spiritual abilities, to share their light and to be open to spiritual vibrations. However, after having spent some time in a group, an individual may decide that the group is not for them. This can be for any number of reasons, the vibrations are not conducive to oneself, the group is not advancing in a way which the individual would like it to, there is slight conflict with peoples energy or, there is an energy that is of a disruptive nature which is being allowed to infect the positive energies within the group and the sitters. Whatever the reason, it is up to the individual to discern for themselves and assess the situation to determine whether the group is right for them or if they, indeed, are right for the group. Honesty within oneself will reflect the answer and it is always better that, if oneself is not comfortable within a particular group, then one departs and leaves the group to find another that is more conducive to ones energies. Sometimes the mixed vibrations of people sitting in the same group do not always blend and harmonise. People are attuned to a variety of frequencies and vibrations, some to faster frequencies of spiritual progress than others and visa-versa, nothing is wrong with this, it merely implies that the great picture of evolution is acting itself out in its own form and we cannot always see what that may be.

It is far more honourable to remove oneself from an environment where the vibrations are not harmonising as one would hope, and to avoid a potentially disruptive situation, than it is to be asked to leave.

Spirituality and respect are encouraged to be at the forefront of any aspect of Spiritual development. And, whatever the pathway one has chosen to walk, alone or as a group, one must always go with the light of inspiration of oneself.

There are no set times for how long a group should sit for, providing that Spiritual knowledge and constant harmonising with the spirit world is progressive and productive. The duration of Spiritual groups varies in accordance with what people wish to sit for. Many awareness and development courses that have, ‘set agendas’ do run for 8, 10, or 12 weeks. Trance and Physical Phenomena groups can be ongoing. But, the times and durations of a group may be decided by the people themselves. It is entirely up to the people involved as to how long a group should last. When either a Spiritual Awareness or Spiritual Development group has run its course and, unless there are specific parts of an agenda that people wish to do again, then it is best if the group finishes on the agreed date. This is only to prevent repetition of the same information and to stop boredom setting in, boredom creates stagnation and stagnation is the last thing that a Spiritual environment should have in it.

If members of a group feel that a group has run its course and that it is time for the group to come to an end but cannot make that decision, this is usually a sign that the group has indeed run its natural course and it is time to move onwards, yet, if the same people still wish to sit together then they should, by all means do so. This is a good sign that harmonising has taken place and very positive. But, the group should go to its next vibration of Spiritual development and awareness, and to seek further the information and knowledge of the spiritual reality of life. It is important to do this if people in the group wish to move onward together.

It is fair to say that, every soul who attends a group of Spirituality gains something in return for their time and effort. I make no reference to material gain or gratitude; I refer to the Light and inspiration which expands from within oneself, from ones soul, to the understanding of life and all that it encapsulates.

An important factor for any group is that all people in a group are encouraged and guided to work in their own individual way. That, each individual sitter links with the finer vibrations and discarnate souls of spirit in a relaxed and comfortable manner. The role of the circle leader, if the group has chosen one, is to help guide the sitters of a group during development, but, the circle leader, should not make a sitter link with the spirit vibrations in any way that is not comfortable or conducive to the Thought waves of the sitter. If the circle leaders own methods of spirit communication suit one or more of the sitters, this is wonderful, but if not, then the circle leader should not insist that a sitter link in the way the leader does. This is a process of “cloning”.

All souls are Individuals. Individual souls, whose beauty lies in their difference to others. The souls in the higher vibrations do know a lot more about each individual and their vibrations than anyone else. They also know how a sitter will think, respond and react to the Spiritual vibrations and information which, are conveyed or placed around them, such as symbols, thoughts, words or sensations, or any other form of spiritual communication. They know how each individual will sense the vibrations which they bring. Therefore, it is important that all people in a group are guided and encouraged to connect and work with the souls in the finer vibrations in their own individual way. That, the circle leader acts as a guide and helper to encourage this, and positively steers and guides each soul in the group into becoming an individually, spiritually enlightened, expanded soul. The fluidity of one’s own Thought vibrations are of, paramount importance when harmonising and working with spiritual frequencies. If this is what is reflected to each sitter by a circle leader then this is what the sitter will become. Giving them the confidence and sense of security to be able to take their knowledge and their light, and share it with many others in a competent, polite and professional manner. Of course, the circle leader needs to be equipped with these aspects of spirituality within themselves first, by their own sense or level of enlightenment, in order to promote and reflect these levels of spiritual teachings outwardly. As one is within, the inner, so one is upon the outer.

Prayers — Because of the importance of energy, The Opening Prayer in a Spiritual group or circle should be focused internally into the group only. This is very important. And that, a request for the energies which build up and form during a circle or group be used for the Spiritual awareness, development, progress, growth and enlightenment, of the circle and the sitters only. If in the opening prayer, external thoughts are asked for then the thought waves and focus of the sitters, become external also and are not on, or concentrated within, the circle and its development. This interferes with the vibrations of the circle because the thoughts of the sitters are external and this slows down the development of the group and the sitters. A request and the asking or invitation of Spiritual guides from the Light, for Spiritual protection and guidance is always advisable, if not a must, for anyone who wishes to sit for spirit. At the end of the group or sitting The Closing Prayer may then contain external thoughts, thoughts and prayers of healing for the world, to the sick and to family and friends, of people and the animal kingdom etc.

Every time a group or circle of people sit for spirit, be it an awareness group, development group, an open circle or any other Spiritual group, a wonderful Light is generating and glowing. Souls who are in need of rescue from the lower planes or realms of spirit energy, are drawn to this Light and, unless the group is sitting for rescue, the members of the group or circle may wish to incorporate a separate prayer, inviting and offering assistance and help, to these distressed souls to move to the higher vibrations of Light. This sort of prayer may be done after the development has taken place and finished and, just prior to the closing prayer of a group. If these aspects of prayer are incorporated into a Spiritual group or circle they will help to maintain that the full focus of energy within the group is more positively concentrated on development while the group is in session. It then allows the energy at the end of the circle or sitting to be more concentrated, as it utilised and sent by the sitters and the Spiritual Guides to where it is most needed.

As one develops one’s Spiritual awareness, trust, friendship and equilibrium between and amongst the sitters takes a little time to grow, one cannot expect to find this in the first weeks of a group. Remember also, it is the energy that has built up in a group that provides for the development of the group.

The more “open” the sitters are, the more development can take place.

To attune to different spirit vibrations one enters an altered state of consciousness, ranging from a slight variation of ones normal state consciousness, to a deeper or higher state of refined attunement. It is therefore very important to say that, immediately after being in a sitting or group and, after being in an altered state of consciousness, ones vibrations are extremely delicate and fragile, (depending upon which frequency of thought one has being attuning with) and that, as one descends ones thought vibrations back through and, into, these earth vibrations, the mind can be disturbed by the thought energies of the earths vibrations. This is because the wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations which make up the earth vibrations contain a variation of mankind’s thoughts and are a lot denser than the vibrations which, ones consciousness has just visited and attuned with on the higher spirit planes. Sometimes one can be agitated even feeling annoyed by other peoples energies or the words that are being spoken by other people who may be next to or near to oneself as one brings ones mind back to its normal state.

Having ascended ones thought vibrations to higher and finer frequencies of the spirit planes, the energies on those planes are much more purer, clearer and lighter than the energies of this earth plane and, as one is coming back, these earth energies can ‘grate’ upon ones light, they may even feel ‘course’ and ‘rough’. This is also because ones consciousness and aura have being open in an expanded capacity and can ‘pick up’ the dense emotions that are within and around the world and other people and their auras, as one is descending. If this occurs to oneself then a little time to be silent and still, will help make the adjustment from the higher planes to the earth environment easier. Removing oneself from the immediate environment also helps until this adjustment has taken place. With this knowledge in mind and a little time and practise one will find it easier each time one makes the transition from the lighter and purer vibrations to the denser and heavier ones here on earth. It is also fair to say that each time one enters an altered state of consciousness and ascends to the finer vibrations of light; one always brings the light back with them to this earth.

One must also accept that it is one’s own responsibility at the end of each Spiritual circle or group to ensure that one’s own energies are, cleansed, clear and free, of any unwanted energies that are within or around one’s aura.

By encouraging these aspects of awareness, a person may progress with confidence and respect for themselves and others. One’s sense of peace will be greater, calm, tolerance, love, understanding and compassion may come to the fore, but most important, a person will learn how to be aware of Spirit and Spiritual energies for the benefit of themselves and the world at large, giving them the ability to be, and spread their light has a whole.

These aspects of spiritual development may be introduced and looked at within a spiritual group. Sometimes certain people in a group are ready to enter a state of trance; this should be encouraged provided that the circle leader or others in the group are competent enough in their understanding of these matters. And, contrary to popular orations, just because a person may have only being in spiritualism for 5 minutes does not mean that they are not ready to go into trance, far from it, they may be closer to it, and more capable of it, than some who have been familiar with spiritual energies for many years. The discarnate souls upon the higher vibrations of spirit may have been preparing that individual soul for many years previous to them entering a spiritualist church, centre, circle or group and, that soul has the right to be encouraged in the same way and with the same respect as everybody else in a group if, they so wish to experience and go into trance. It often leads to more exciting times for people who attend the group, that, is the beauty of diversity. Remember, there are many branches to the tree of spirit and when one is called to work with their gifts of the spirit, it has been ordained from above.

However, if it is established that a sitter wishes to sit for trance but that it is interfering with the development of the other sitters, or if, the sitters wish to sit for and work in any of these fields of spiritualism on a regular basis then, it is preferential that it be done solely in the form of a Trance Group or a Physical Phenomena Group. The reason for this is because these types of spiritual abilities rely upon the energies of all the sitters to develop. Therefore, any energy which has built up in a group can be solely concentrated and focused on the aspect of trance. Using the energy for any other aspect such as mediumship etc, will only interfere with the development of trance or physical phenomena and defeat the object of that particular group. It is best that a specific time and a specific amount of dedication be given solely to concentrate upon groups such as these.

By incorporating these aspects into a development group all people present will be guided by their own consciousness, their own intuition and their Spiritual Guides only. This helps ones spiritual progress and the unfoldment of ones soul energies. It also benefits the confidence and clarity of oneself and, the sitters will find that they themselves and the group as a whole will become open channels for the Light of spiritual energies that are conveyed from the Spiritual Beings on the finer wavelengths, frequencies and vibrations of Divine Thought.

PITFALLS

It would not be right to brush over or put to one side the many frustrations which so many people encounter when dealing with Spiritualism, singularly or, as a movement. Therefore, it seems only natural to mention some of these aspects and put on show, the pitfalls, which so often, are swept under the carpet or ignored. After all, they have, and continue to, infer and infringe upon many souls. One cannot possibly calculate the untold disruptive consequences of them.

So we have a picture, an image or thought. We are souls that are multidimensional. In any given moment we may attune to any wave or frequency of existence, be it an ascended thought of God, Angels, Discarnate Souls and wavelengths of Light or, be it low and dense vibrations of painful and stagnant emotions.

Man has with him the capacity, all too often not acknowledged, to allow life to generate the Great Spirit of the universe. It has within itself the strength and power of God to create harmony on the earth plane of existence. Yet through the trials and tribulations that take place within mans life much suffering is holding back life too much of the time that it prevents the free flowing of Cosmic Thought, the Thought that is Divine, Is the Grace of all existence, to embrace the soul of life.

It is within mans capacity to allow the stream of life to flow with tranquillity and love. This love is of the Divine. It transcends all problems, all issues and all worries of your earthly life. In this ability to flow, one has the knowledge to find the answers to the questions that all mankind seek to find. A shift of consciousness, a wonderful Cosmic event is taking place and we are players in it. Inspiration is all around.

This A-Z INDEX OF SPIRITUALISM is intended as a help with one’s foundations as man merges and gets ready to meet this wave of new thinking. A great cosmic adjustment occurs. A new alignment of planes and vibrations of existence now begin to open up to mankind. The soul now senses the changes “What are they?” “What do they mean?”  “Where is it all leading mankind?”

So much is given to Spiritualism and its flow of information but what is now important is that as many people as possible be ready for the changes that are coming to this world. One could say that every soul is entering deeper into planes of energy in order clear them and put Light into them. Its foundations of security and safety are beginning to tremble to the winds of change. “Is it the bad coming to the surface in order to be realised, cleansed and cleared?” “Is the duty of man and his soul to don a diving suit and descend to the murky depths of an ocean of stagnant Thought energy?” Like a pearl diver, the deeper he dives the more beautiful and radiant is the pearl.  As the descent takes place the energies that are in these planes then cause a reaction to the soul. A Light in the dark, “Is the abyss a psychic one, are we entering a Psychic Abyss?”

The Cosmic oscillations are now speaking to us, warning us, inspiring us, to be ready for their arrival and, regardless of the pathway or avenue that one may choose or wish to work with during ones Spiritual development, it is not mediumship and the giving of messages, it is not psychic ability and the use of psychic props, it is not healing and the ailments that may be cured, these wonderful gifts are second to that of bringing Light into our world. They are second to the spiritual enlightenment of the world.

To be a pure channel of Divine Thought and its many workings, that is the work of this incarnation. It is the Divine Thought of every soul and its ability to emanate and Light up these dimensions of existence which is the true destiny of the Human Race.

I believe that the Spiritual Guides and Angels of Light have pierced the darkness of this world with a Light. They now ask and offer their knowledge of the great changes. Ignorance may be bliss but it is still ignorance, And the souls and Angels of Light do not wish anyone to be ignorant at this time. They call upon us to make that effort to prepare ourselves for these changes. They inspire the people of the world to prepare their Spirits and their souls. Whether one ascends or descends, stability, equilibrium, peace and security are present with a soul that has prepared itself. And, through the quest to obtain spiritual gifts one must maintain ones state of preparation, otherwise, ones aura becomes dense and leaden with a mix of these negative energies and one then becomes concerned, agitated, feeling aggrieved and intolerant towards others. If the psychic awareness is to come to the fore then it is important that Spirituality stands along side it. Stillness, Light and meditation helps oneself to remain compassionate and tolerant, it offers oneself the understanding and awareness of what is happening to ones awareness when and as the energies of this change caresses ones soul and the awakening process runs its course on these planes of existence.

Stillness is the key to the clarity of a channel.

The souls on the higher vibrations know that Stillness helps the Light and balance of souls here upon the Earth through the many vibrational changes which are encountered during ones Spiritual unfoldment, awakening, development and progress. The sense of calmness and peace which emanate from the Light of Stillness is a Beacon of Hope. All Spiritual gifts are enhanced by the energy of Stillness, be they Mediumship, Psychic abilities, Healing or the Channelling of Philosophy and Cosmic energies. Stillness and Preparation are the keys and, it is most helpful and beneficial for every soul to take a little time every day to attune with the vibrations of their own Stillness within themselves.

Look lightly into the dark, know that it cannot harm or hurt you. Know now that you are a Light that can hold power over all things. That, as you awaken, the environment around you also awakens. To take heed of the here and now of this very moment is the essential ingredient of all things. Tomorrow is a mystery remaining to be opened, yesterday is past which can be closed behind you. It is today, here in this moment of this Thought that all life revolves around.

It is in the flowing of the Stream, in the flowing of the spirit, that, life can transform into its next frequency of reality. One has the Source of the Divine to take the transition from one state of being to another state of being. The Source is always open to help, guide and protect. It is the beginning and the end, it is time and timelessness. It is life and death. The Source is the essence of all essences, it is the power which transcends all other power, it is the one and only Source, All things are of the Source and the Source is the Source of itself.
